Guest house holiday rentals in Puerto Plata Province

Kenias place is a true home away from home: First of all her little family run hotel (no colmada anymore, there's one a couple of meters beside her place) is set RIGHT across from the beach and Punta Rucia has a Dream Beach, plus beautiful playa ensenada, a little up the road. P.R.is really still what you call an authentic fishing village and you really do not have to book overpriced tours to cayo arena to enjoy yourself here! But if you decide to do so, start your little sandbank trip from here, not from 2,5 bus hours away puerto plata, otherwise you're spending 5 hours in a bus! Kenia is an outstanding host, and so is her husband. She speaks fluently!! English and German and very good French. We are a german/ Belgian couple and met a very funny French couple there, she fluently switched between all our languages plus English. Its a VERY comfortable family place (the family has 2 sweet daughters )and we could cook in the fully equipped common kitchen and wash our laundry for NO additional price, it was all included. We were being served fresh and very good dominican coffee in the morning and there's drinking water throughout day and night - all for free.I found that was an excellent value and due to Kenias friendly attitude and her communication skills we got to know great tipps on the area and where to eat and how best to travel on. OUTSTANDING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.! Again, muchas gracias por todo! P.S. not to mention spotless clean rooms and bathroom..

La famille est très accueillante. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le seul petit inconvénient était que l’annonce disait que nous avions accès à une cuisine partagée alors qu’à notre arrivée, Kenya nous a dit que ce n’était pas cette réservation qui le permettait. J’ai pourtant une preuve écrite noir sur blanc qui disait que nous y avions accès. Je n’ai pas voulu insister car le mari de Kenya venait tout juste d’être admis à l’hôpital pour un accident de moto et Kenya semblait déjà avoir assez de stress. Je me dois tout de même de le nommer dans ce commentaire afin que les gens qui réserveront à l’avenir le sachent. Comme je dois impérativement y mettre des médicaments au réfrigérateur et que est une des raisons pour laquelle je dois avoir accès à une cuisine, elle a quand même accepté que nous utilisions un petit frigo. Le prix payé est le plus élevé de tous les logements que nous avons loués en République depuis 2 mois, donc sans la cuisine, ça fait cher. Très bien situé!

Our stay at Sebastiano & Julia was truly an unforgettable experience for us. We felt comfortable, their place was easy to find and the check in was so smooth. We highly recommend this little piece of heaven to anybody travelling to Cabarete and we look forward to going back. Molto grazie!

Me encantó la comunicación y la hospitalidad de Angelina. El alojamiento súper limpió y ubicado muy cerca de todos los atractivos de Puerto Plata. Lo recomiendo 100%

The bungalow itself is beautifully designed with thoughtful details throughout. From the fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to the comfy bed, air conditioning, and stylish decor, you can tell everything was chosen with care. It’s the kind of place where you keep discovering charming touches that make you smile. The host is incredibly welcoming and responsive, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Whether it’s a quick question or a local tip, you’ll always get a helpful answer. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. You’re within walking distance of several stunning beaches with crystal-clear blue water, great restaurants, gyms, and supermarkets. I’ll be back!

Me quede por 3 dias con mi pareja y fue una experiencia muy bonita, amamos el lugar, Casa Milo fue sumamente acogedora, y creo que disfrutamos mas de la piscina que de la playa, desde que entras ves la naturaleza, todo sumamente cuidado y colorido. Los host fueron un amor, muy amables y atentos con nosotros, si necesitabamos algo siempre estaban alli, tambien nos recomendaron muchos sitios donde ir y lo mejor para ultimo… Ella, amamos a Ella, es muy linda, juguetona y tranquila. Nos encanto todo, definitivamente una de nuestras estadias favoritas, quisieramos volver en un futuro 🫶🏽
