House is stocked with card/board games & beach amenities. Starlink internet for those that still must do some work while they play. A/C units in each room. Generator & cistern so if the power is interrupted your work & paradise experience won't be. Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

Tropicoco Vega Baja pool steps from the beach

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.

I t is a second floor. 45 min away from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. 5 min away driving to Puerto Nuevo Beach Vega Baja, one of the best beach of the Island. 10 min to Ojo de Agua, Charco Azul and Laguna Tortuguero. Has many restaurants around. Vega Baja has Uber and Uber eat services, however my recommendation is to rent a car. The property has solar system. Important note: No central AC, just AC in the bedrooms, Fan in the livingroom. House isn't in front of the sea.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has 3 bedrooms with AC and also AC in the living room. It has 2 full restrooms with stand up shower and hot water. Fully equipped kitchen with pans and pots and electric stove and microwave. Dinning table and breakfast bar. Walking distance to the beach in 10 mins. Close to supermarket, drugstore, bakery and bars.

Our home is a gated property located about 2 minutes walking distance from one of few beaches in the world awarded with the Blue Flag certification on November 8, 2018. Puerto Nuevo Beach also knows as Mar Bella Beach. Has impeccable astonishing views and crystal clear waters will captivate you with its beauty. Great to stay with family, friends, or couples.
