Great location in historic old San Juan. Loved the house and Javier was very attentive!

This place was amazing. The views, the space, the privacy, the peace. It has EVERYTHING you need to not have/want to leave AT ALL. We never did. We had such a relaxing and fun time just kayaking, using the hammocks, the hot tub, the pool table, grilling, enjoying nature... We loved it and were so sad we had to check-out. Pedro truly has a unique and special place ❤️. Pedro was also SUPER responsive and gave us plenty of great recommendations of places to go to around the area. He's even helped us with something we left behind after our stay! Wonderful host! You will never regret staying here.

The apartment was as-described and well-built. You can tell that the design and layout was carefully considered and the location is very convenient. We did not rent a car and were able to easily walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, etc. The pool and outdoor area are very nicely laid out and kept clean as well.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

This place is a gem if you are in the mood for being a beach bum or to do a family reunion. Plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped, clean, airy and across the street from the beach. Lots of space to relax in a very secure neighborhood. My little happy place in PR and you get great bank for your buck!

We arrived in the dark after a long drive through bad traffic. When we woke up and walked out onto the covered porch and saw the beach we agreed we were in paradise. It was worth the drive. The beach is beautiful, clean and private. The house is comfortable. This is my seventh trip to PR. I have found the place I want to return to when I come back.

Our stay was wonderful. The location of the villa is amazing, walkable to a very private and beautiful beach and close distance to lots of sights. The interior is filled with unique antique furniture (which I, as a designer, appreciated a lot). The house is calm and tranquil. Several great food spots nearby. Hosts were very responsive and provided us with lots of recommendations. Kitchen appliances are somewhat old and outdated, but that was a minor nuisance for us. Highly recommend and would likely return

Read this review: I booked this stay to spend new year eve and day. The check in and check out times were a plus. My family and I were ready to receive the new year relax by the beach until... a major blackout left the whole island without electricity. Luckily, the host had provided what we needed: flashlights, solar lights, solar fans, big cooler for the refrigerated items, gas stove. Next to that, games for entertainment and a fantastic ocean view to enjoy.

Easy check in Owner sent information and wifi password ..netflix is a plus thank you so much ….Park your car and you have everything nearby..we did not have to drive anywhere…location , location ,location…ocean front view and walk 3 minutes to reach the beach…food trucks and restaurants steps away ….definitely this will ne my place to stay when invisit PR from now on thank you Ernesto

Very lovely place. Enjoyed hearing the waves at night and being able to walk to the grocery store. Marianela provided very detailed directions and was a pleasure to chat with. When I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely try to stay at her place again

The Host was the best and nicest family you will ever meet. They knew all the great spots and the beach was incredible. What made the place even more great was the host and her family made us feel as we were family and treated us that way. My wife and I recommend this place 100% :)

Aquaville was a modern and clean Airbnb in a fantastic location. The outdoor pool and hot tub area is amazing and very well kept. I would totally stay there again and have recommended to various people already!

We stayed in Diana’s condo for 6 weeks. From start to finish we felt at home, comfortable, and surrounded by a lovely landscape. There were 3 pools and a beautiful open-air community house; one pool was a very short walk from the condo. As many others have noted, Diana provided beach chairs and towels, a big umbrella, and coolers for picnics at the beach. The beach was a five minute walk, plenty of space to enjoy the diving pelicans, breaking waves and lovely vistas. Diana recommended several great restaurants - our favorites were nearby Oasis, and KGB in the shopping center. Cerro Beach was a short drive and the perfect place to swim, and spend an afternoon. Punta Salina’s Beach was a bit further but worth the time there. Diana was always helpful, replied promptly, offered suggestions. I never actually met her, but grew to think of her as a good neighbor. Her dad, Adrian, installed a battery back up which would be welcome if we lost power. We highly recommend this Lakeside villa!

Where do I start?!? We just returned from staying here and man oh man was it everything I hoped for and more!!! We arrived late and Lilly made sure check-in was a breeze! The views and privacy is amazing. You have a private balcony with outdoor shower and deck to watch the sunset or just eat and drink coffee. We walked the beach everyday! The place was updated and very clean! Lilly was very responsive and helped with places to go and where to eat! The location is prime!! You can go to the East and be in San Juan or go to the West and be at beautiful Crash Boat Beach! Also felt very safe being in gated area with a guard at the gate (who is also just so friendly and nice) He greeted us every night when we returned from our busy days exploring the island. We had the pleasure of meeting Lilly just before our departure and she is amazing and we will definitely be returning!!! If you’re looking for a great place to stay here it is!!! A little slice of heaven at Mar Chiquita in Manati, PR

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was relaxed and oasis like. Very peaceful and tucked away but just short drive away from shops and restaurants (7 or 8 minutes). We enjoyed walking to the neighborhood beach. Also driving around the community in the golf cart. The property itself was as advertised and in pictures. It was very comfortable and felt like being at home (away from home). Luis was prompt with checking and responding to questions. He even assured us there would be no problems with the power at the property even thought the entire island lost power for 24 hours since there was a generator. The only somewhat “issue” we had which was outside of Luis control would be the periodic blips watching cable. Didn’t prevent watching shows just sometimes had to fill in words from the blips. Not the end of the world just noting. There are no issues using streaming platforms, just the local cable network. Would certainly recommend this property and would stay again.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Iris in May 2025. The villa was very spacious and clean and we felt very safe with it being in a gated community. We loved having access to a private beach right behind the villas. We walked on the beach our last night there and got some great photos of the magnificent and colorful sunset! We had lots of fun exploring many places in Puerto Rico. One of our favorite adventures was going to EL YUNQUE National Forest. Alma and Alex were both great hosts and communicators and responded quickly when we had a couple questions. The villa was a wonderful place to stay and we highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The grounds are beautiful and we felt safe and comfortable there. The private beach was very nice. We liked walking over to the Hyatt and ordering drinks and food from the Mahi Mahi pool bar and restaurant. The Villa was VERY spacious and every amenity was provided. I think there were 3 types of coffee makers! We like to have our own kitchen so we can make our own gluten/dairy free meals. We had everything we needed to cook for the family all week. We would definitely return for a stay at the Villa.

Alma was so responsive to the few questions we had. We could not get the TV to work and Alex came right over and got it going. They also allowed us extra time to check out which was so helpful.

Place was very spacious. Location was great! Not too far from San Juan and not super touristy. We had a family of 6, 2 older adults (60+), 2 adults (40+), 1 young adult (19) and a 7 year old. We all loved it! The host was easy to contact. The pics online matched what the place looks like. It is a bit dated but was worth the cost. Loved that the pool is only steps away! Recommend Puerto Nuevo beach, Restaurant Metropol. Walmart 15 minutes away and Super Max less than 10. Be aware everything closes early. We rented chairs and umbrellas for an extra cost which was well worth it! PROS: location (everything about 10min away), spacious, pool is steps away, brand new grill for use, big kitchen, great host, laundry in unit, they provided paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of items for daily use, sand toys, full kitchen,new grill, AC in entire space. Cons: (minor) bathrooms could have been cleaned better, outdoor furniture needs power wash
