We had an amazing experience in this house during our trip to the south with a group of 7 friends. From the first moment, Cristóbal was very friendly and communicative, he welcomed us with great willingness and was attentive until our departure. We loved this apartment. We had a big favorite for Alicia, a more than friendly hostess, and for her beautiful wooden house so comfortable. We would have stayed there for a long time!!!

We were between paying for a hotel or Airbnb but saw Mauricio's place and the photographs don't do justice to how beautiful the house is and the setting itself is. A green place where you look, overlooking the Calbuco and Osorno volcano. Minutes from Puerto Varas and different tourist points. In addition, Mauritius is extremely attentive and kind. Without a doubt, if I return to the X region, I will return to this same place.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped: it has an electric heater, a coffee maker with coffee beans, an electric oven, ice, spices and everything you need to feel at home. We were able to enjoy lunch on the balcony, taking advantage of the sunny day, a real luxury. The place is very quiet, no noise is heard, ideal for resting. We are very grateful to Monica, who was super attentive and understanding with the check-out schedule. We would definitely come back!

He even offered to light the fire on one day that rained a lot and lowered the temperature. The unit has everything you need. Everything was very clean. The kitchen/dining area looked somewhat bigger in the photos. In general, it's not too spacious but enough to spend a few days. We were very comfortable and recommend it to other guests.

The property is very nice and conveniently located. It has details that make you feel at home... The only thing to improve is that the waste container is a recycled plant pot that has perforations inside, so the whole piece of furniture got dirty from throwing away Yerba mate. I suggest buying a waste container for the kitchen. The rest is impeccable!!
