Holiday rentals with beach access in Puerto Montt

The apartment is completely independent, clean and cozy. Fernanda and her husband are welcoming and willing to solve any need. The place is safe and quiet, close to several attractions, restaurants, coastal. Excellent as a starting point to travel on the austral road or to return after touring it.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment, it is comfortable, clean and has everything you need to rest and enjoy. The location is ideal for touring the area as it is close to everything. Mauro was very attentive from the beginning, always willing to help us. Totally recommended.

It complies with what was published in the ad, an organized and clean place. It is located in a central location. Marcela was flexible with the check-in schedule. We were delayed and arrived at about 10:00 pm.

Excellent place with all the amenities, in a quiet place that allows you to rest, the parking is for visitors, it is on a very nice beach, although there are no places to buy groceries that you can walk to

The apartment is spacious and modern, bright during the day, at the time of arrival we find it clean. The entrance door leads to a well equipped kitchen with a bar that separates it from the living room. Good refrigerator with freezer. On one side and another of this integrated sector are the bedrooms, with spacious closets and en-suite bathrooms, very warm. The double bedroom has its own dressing area, something that offers a lot of comfort. The mattresses were quality and in good condition. It was a very nice experience, everything worked perfectly, the balcony is big and the view, great even the water pressure in the bathrooms! As a suggestion we would only recommend: Being able to close the door to the balcony, which by not having the key remained unlocked throughout our stay; 2) Place a second TV in the living room. Everything else is as agreed, highly recommended.

It was a dream vacation with my friends. The place is comfortable and cozy.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

Our experience at Monica and Jaime's house was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Everything is impeccably clean, organized and with a very welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by nature, which makes the stay even more special. The house has all the necessary amenities for an extended stay, and the audio system is a 10, a detail that we really appreciate. Monica and Jaime are exceptional hosts, very friendly, attentive and always concerned about the well-being of their guests. In addition, his pets give an even more special touch to the experience, especially Chimuelo, his Labrador dog, who is affectionate and friendly, always ready to welcome us with joy. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in. Full recommended and we would definitely come back. Thank you for a memorable experience!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. We really liked the cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is great, we were able to see the main points of the city on foot. We were very pleased with our stay, we felt at home.

The apartment was great and in a perfect location in puerto varas. Paulina was very helpful with the check in process and was responsive to any communication we had. She helped put us in contact with a tour guide who was fantastic. Highly recommended place to stay if you are going to Puerto Varas.

Excellent place. There were 6 of us and we were super comfortable. The place is super quiet and the apartment has a beautiful view of the lake and the volcano. We'll be back anyway. Claudia was very attentive to our arrival. Thank you very much ☺️

A very well located, comfortable and spacious apartment, also very nice. It has entertaining games and many books and they leave you what you need for your arrival.

We had a wonderful time at your place. The view from the bedrooms and living room were magical being 14 floors up overlooking 180 degrees of the bay. So many extras, we felt right at home. We loved being at the beachside end of Puerto Montt away from the noise and traffic, too.

My stay was perfect. The place is just as shown in the pictures: comfortable, clean and really beautiful. The service was excellent, always very attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back and highly recommend it. A 10-star experience!
