Fantastic Stay! The house is withdrawn from the urban area and at the same time with very good connection, ideal to disconnect in a further environment, no noise and surrounded by greenery. The house is very comfortable, cute and clean, we had a very pleasant stay! Best of all, the environment and it has children's games! Highlighting that the jet was spotless! And that the hosts are a love , they welcomed us as a family even with Perla their golden dog! I would recommend it with my eyes closed!

Juan Ignacio was very friendly and always very well prepared to solve any questions and give good advice about natural attractions. The environment is silent what is appreciated to rest, car is required to arrive, although there is a collective stop right in the access to the house, so they could find out schedules and even go without a car. Meets the needs for a group of 4. Jaime guided us for our arrival, which was very helpful, answered our questions quickly and cordially, and suggested beautiful nearby places. The cabin has a forest that pleasantly tempers the home. We would only improve the pillows on the beds, the rest was excellent! It's a safe area and the road to get there is in very good condition. 100% recommended.

Although I am local it was difficult to get to. However, Tamara was very attentive to calls. Maybe a better attitude in welcoming the guest because on arrival it was a little predisposed as well as: "there is all the information written and I also sent it" one is usually located with the GPS (like everything) for the accuracy and what she shares makes you enter a street before (as if taking the location of the cabin but by a place where there is no entrance) so one tends to get lost. Otherwise, that's great! The place is as described and the best is that you can rest.

A very good experience and excellent stay at the cabin during the 9 days I was in it. We were comfortable and welcoming enough for three people, with everything you need for guests, totally clean, comfortable beds and all utensils and cooking equipment. The environment is beautiful and quiet, with a direct view of the Trapen River wetland, in addition to being close to all the tourist places of Puerto Montt (20 minutes from the city), which allowed us to leave almost every day of visit to one of them. I am very grateful to Ximena, Valentina and don José Luis for allowing us to stay in the cabin, always very attentive and concerned about your stay and comfort, definitely excellent hosts.
