The apartment was lovely and very quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the beautiful sunny balcony. The host was great and always responded promptly. Would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed the apartment very much - it was perfect for me. They were very kind and helpful. I could have kicked myself for leaving my one and only phone charging cord on the plane, and without hesitation he offered me his to use while I was there. I was beyond grateful!! Everything about it was great. The only things I will mention (which would not discourage me from staying there again) was that it said in the description breakfast was included, and it was not, there was no welcoming goodie basket with snacks and a bottle of wine as pictured, and on one of the nights, although this is no fault of theirs, sirens. I'm a heavy sleeper and 3 times between 4:00 and 5:00 am sirens screaming down the street. So loud it was as though the windows were open. Being on a major street has it's pros and cons!

Everything was amazing. Fernando made every recommendation and it was all great. I would definitely return.

A special place,central 3 minutes from the obelisk and 5 from the house rosada,I felt comfortable , the place is clean you have all the utilities,and Margarita is very kind, I will definitely come back with great love next year when I will return to Buenos Aires

Great place to stay.. Very secure place and close to everything. Puerto Madero in Buenos Aires is the right place to stay. Carmen is a wonderful host: very nice and proactive. I will visit this place again.

The building is a 10 minute walk to San Telmo, one of the best neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, and overlooks the water and other parts of Puerto Madero. We stayed for a month and got to know the area well. You'll need to get a cab or an Uber to other neighborhoods like Palermo, but that's easy enough and cheap enough to do. The wifi worked great, as did the air conditioning/heating. It's not the Ritz, but it was fine for two of us (even though it's a two bedroom, unless you're bringing very young kids I'd limit occupants to two), and we appreciated being able to swim in the indoor pool and take saunas at will. Our host was very responsive when we asked for things, and met us upon arrival from the airport to show us around the building. It's a very secure building, with 24/7 staffed front desk that buzzes you in and out.

Beautiful building, beautiful location, comfortable and above all safe. The garage is easily accessible and the security guard is always on the lookout. We enjoyed the balcony a lot, and I was afraid of all the elements at our disposal. We felt very cared for A constructive criticism would be to rotate the mattress, but everything else is a 10.

The owner was extremely friendly and helped us with everything we needed, making our stay even more special. Wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation!”

An unforgettable experience for our group of friends. We are several families and coordinate to stay some and spend the day others. We felt very comfortable, the house is equipped for everything you need. We were able to cook, order supermarket shipments, enjoyed the pool, board games, roasted and celebrated a birthday during our stay. The rooms were super comfortable and clean. On hot days, the corridor air-conditioning allowed us not to get hot (just keeping the doors open for a while). During the cool nights, we had in all the rooms heating and blankets to warm ourselves excellently. Last but not least, the constant presence and collaboration of Charly, who answered us all the questions as they arose and drove us twice. We feel accompanied and safe at all times.

We had a great time! The accommodation is easily accessible from the dock where the collective boat leaves you (includes crossing a bridge on foot). The house is much cooler compared to the outside climate, but with the salamander or the air conditioning it is perfect. Silvina and Esteban were very attentive from the first inquiries and throughout the stay. The area is very nice and quiet and at the same time close to stores/restaurants.

I recommend a natural space, a comfortable and cozy house, everything you need to spend a few days relaxing.

We went three days with my girlfriend and had a great time. We rest, cook and we went kayaking. Recommended.

This place is amazing and Gabriela is an incredible host!! She thinks of every detail and goes out and beyond to help make your stay the best it can. The house is great and the pool is awesome. We enjoyed receiving friends and making barbecues. The house is near the river in a great area, near train stations that take you to the city. There's lot of supermarkets and shops nearby. I totally recommend staying in Gabriela's home!

We had a very beautiful weekend. The house was impeccable and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Xime, the co-host, was very kind and always attentive, she helped us with the transfer to the house and made sure we didn't miss anything during the stay. Highly recommended everything!

Javier is an excellent host. Always responsive and very friendly. He strived to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment is nice and clean, and the location is great. Can accommodate up to three adults (or two adults and two young children) comfortably.

Apartment in a prime and safe area. Nearby park, river, trot or bicycle circuits, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with receptionist day and night, security key to enter the building and to take an elevator or enter common spaces. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the post, the desk is appreciated for those who work remotely. Despite being 1 ambience, it is spacious and private. Hostess Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous way. A very good experience to recommend.

The accommodation was excellent, close to everything, quiet and safe. We went as a family and felt right at home. Ignacio is always attentive and mindful of our comfort.

Everything was excellent and the apartment was very good. It was clean and complete. A safe place. The only thing that was difficult was finding a parking space for the car.

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!
