Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Navia

We have been here for 5 days and the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Very well decorated, totally renovated. The parking is very good. It is true that it is a little far from the center to walk but we went by car and in 10 minutes we were parking near the center. Also, keep in mind that not having an elevator makes it hard to go up with suitcases. But if you want a quiet and well-equipped apartment in a quiet area of Aviles, I definitely recommend it.

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

It was a little tricky to ‘get in’ as there are two train stations and two parks nearby and that was our directions. Since we got in late, Andrea was so kind and helpful making sure we made it in! Also the locals (especially those at El Cubano) were very friendly and helped us out. MasyMas was close by (store) and the town was great to visit and just hang out. Wonderful food, great Celtic feel and amazing Cidra pouring bars…a TRUE are form! We hung out at El Cubano and loved their food and Cidras. Andrea was helpful in giving us advice (and we gave her our experiences, photos for the next couple). We are older so stairs are hard but it wasn’t bad, just at the beginning. The lock is tricky, keep trying until you get in. That was our only issue, other than that it was a wonderful place! Nice to close a door when partner is sleeping! Lovely views from room! Perfect stay in Salinas Consolación super Maja and very attentive to us having a good stay Salinas is a perfect place to rest, eat, and have fun surfing.

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

House located near Luarca and 30 minutes from Tapia de Casariego and little more in Ribadeo, in case you want to know the surroundings. We've been very comfortable at Raquel's place. The stay was pleasant, the house is nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The garden is very cuckoo.

Excellent accommodation. Everything was impeccable and practically new. Highly recommended. We already knew the area and we love it. You can walk to Santa Gadea beach in 5 minutes, Tapia, Ribadeo and the surrounding beaches… a wonder. Special mention for María, the owner who was always attentive and aware that we did not lack anything.

My wife and I spent March 2025 here and really loved it. Pablo was an excellent host and seems like a very nice guy as well. When we told him that our flight to Asturias would arrive late in the evening he very kindly offered to collect us from the airport and drive us to the flat, which was very tidy, clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. Pablo seems to have thought of everything. He gave us a very thorough tour of the flat and also brought us a water filter jug partway through our stay. At the end of our stay he also came by in person to say goodbye, which I thought was very nice. The location of the flat is beautiful and peaceful, and very close to the beach and forests, which is great for walking. The weather was often sunny and warm during our stay despite it being March. This was a nice surprise because we live in Finland and one of the reasons we came to Spain was for some sun. The beach seems a popular place for surfers and kite-surfers too. Highly recommended!

Lorena's apartment is very comfortable, we really liked that the floor is illuminated and has large windows in the living room where you can enjoy the sun! Very well located, has the west park next door and from the windows you can see from El Naranco to Las Campas. The neighborhood has several bars nearby and all amenities within walking distance and at night it is quiet and sleeps very well. We would definitely repeat. Lorena and Amada were very kind and understanding. Thank you so much!

Amazing place to disconnect or visit villages of interest. A very cozy apartment with a fireplace and jacuzzi to relax. We were attended by Silvia, very friendly and for any problem she is available. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine. We will be back!!

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Unbeatable accommodation to get to know Mariña Lucense. The home is top, one of the best we've been to in the last 10 years traveling on Airbnb. It has everything you need to be with family (terrace, pool, beach less than 10min walk, spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms....) Alejandra, the host, makes things easier from the time of the reservation, with information of the area, ease of entry and departure. Definitely create the ideal accommodation to get to know all the coast, which is by the way... beautiful.

Bane and her husband are super nice. We had a problem on the trip and arrived late at the apartment, and they showed their support and understanding for the delay. They left us everything we needed for breakfast, very thoughtful.
