We enjoyed our stay very much. Susanne welcomed us very nicely and gave us a clear intro to the building, appartment & neighborhood. Definitly a good & quite place to stay in Puerto de la Cruz.

The place was great, clean and accurately resembled what is on the pictures, we very much enjoyed our stay here. The garden is also nice and well kept. The place also has a (shared) roof terrace, which is great for cozy nights. We received a coffee machine for our stay and all the kitchen, bathroom & cleaning equipment (washing tablets for dishwasher and washing machine) were provided. The host was also very nice and easily reachable by whatsapp/call. We broke a glass on the last night and no extra costs for this was charged. Please note. especially for Tourists who want to enjoy a quiet holiday, this place is located next to one of the biggest roads from the highway to Puerto de la Cruz. Therefore there is constant noise of cars coming by. However, for people who will likely not spend most of the time at the apartment but just need a place to stay while visiting, this is perfect. Further, during our stay we got locked up in the bathroom once, probably because the locks of the doors are old and not properly working anymore. Luckily we were able to fix this issue ourselves in a short period of time.

Great place to stay. Spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We cooked several meals there. They also have different coffee makers available upon check in and nespresso pods for sale. 6 euros a day for onsite gated parking, I recommend. Place is in good location. Close to TF-5 so you can get anywhere on the island fast, and just outside of Puerto de La Cruz. The terrace is beautiful and we had it to ourself over 4 days even with other guest staying onsite. Only critique is that the walls are kind of thin. You can hear loud engines and sirens occasionally, though it never woke us up or really bothered us. I would stay here again.

Totally recommended. It was a great experience, the studio is just as you can see in the photos, the magnificent space, its facilities in perfect condition, the jacuzzi too. Good communication and attention from the owners. The best thing is that our dog could also enjoy the experience, we will be back!!

Everything is as described, very clean and well maintained apartments. We stayed in one of the apartments for a month. We can surly recommend this place!

Clean and modern apartment close to all the necessary amenities (restaurant, port, bar, beach), I recommend it for a stay in puerto de la Cruz!!

Very comfortable apartment, spacious with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well located, with the guaguas station and taxis next to it.

It was an amazing experience! Communication was smooth and prompt, the check-in process was very easy, and the apartment was beautiful and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was great too, a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around. Bibiana is truly a superhost—she responded to all our inquiries within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment right between the center and the auditorium with the African market a 5-minute walk away! Communication with the host was also fantastic!

I stayed in this apartment for a week at the beginning of June. The apartment is small, suitable for two people, well-kept, including everything you need. The location is optimal both for getting around the town and for going to other places. There are bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The host is very kind, quick to answer any questions and very attentive to the fact that you can have a great vacation.

Excellent apartment—very spacious, spotless, and fresh-smelling with crispy clean linens. Great location close to main attractions and perfect for a long stay. The rooftop was spectacular, and parking at the building was super convenient. Bibiana was a great host, easy to communicate with, gave helpful local tips, and was flexible with check-in. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Tenerife

Our stay in Santa Cruz was really wonderful, largely thanks to this apartment. It is very well located, in a pleasant neighborhood, close to everything, while remaining quiet and relaxing. The apartment is bright, clean, well furnished, and perfectly equipped - we immediately felt good there. A real plus: the huge roof terrace, with a superb view of the city and the mountains. We loved spending time there - whether it was sunbathing, doing a little sport in the dedicated space, or simply cooling off in the outdoor shower. A rare and very appreciable space! A big thank you also to our host, always caring, available and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We leave with great memories and a lot of gratitude. And if life brings us back to Santa Cruz one day, we will return here with great pleasure. Thank you for everything!

Great place to stay. Everything was stated and place was very clean. The view from the balcony was really nice. The beach promenade can be reached in 15-20 minutes on foot, where there are many restaurants. In some cases, a slightly longer search for parking is necessary, near the accommodation.

Everything very good in relation to the price, it is like an apart hotel with what you need, the only bad is the parking, there is no devant, but for the hospital area it is can find, about 200 meters approximately
