I had a great stay in Playa del Carmen! The condo was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the easy access to the pool and the super comfy bed — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommend!

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us, quiet, roomy, with access to both pool and beach. We loved the pool by the beach!! The building complex is great, although the walk to the unit is somewhat long especially when carrying luggage or groceries! We had a car so getting to restaurants and grocery options was easy. Tulum is not far, appx a 20 min drive where there are lots of restaurants and 2 large grocery stores. I would not recommend staying here without a car. Shana and her co-hosts are great, very responsive and friendly, as are the security folks at the entrance. We recommend this location without hesitation and would definitely return if ever back to Akumal.

great place, we liked the furniture, the design and the decorations. We were the only ones at the apartment complex and felt like our own private resort. The pool area was great and we did take advantage of it. The staff was very helpful and explained to us how to use the laundry. Everything was really great. The location is great to explore the cenotes in the area. Likewise, it is close to, both, Tulum and Playa del Carmen. I would certainly recommend this place to friends and family next time they would want to stay in between these two cities. I would certainly recommend to add as a recommendation for dinner the restaurant called "La Buena Vida" (labuenavidarestaurant). If it was recommended to us, please disregard. I liked and appreciate the fact that you were aware of our fun by providing suggestions of what to do. Thank you for that. By the way, we did not have to open the main outside door (black) since it was always open. With nothing else, thank you again, loved it very!!!

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

Our recent stay at Aventuras Club was a delightful experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, with a lovely walk to a variety of restaurants, making dining out both convenient and enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which was great for unwinding during the day. One of the highlights was the awesome coffee and breakfast place next door, which became our go-to spot each morning. Dining at Los Mottos was another culinary delight, offering fantastic food that we thoroughly enjoyed. The beach nearby was nice and provided a serene setting for relaxation. The check-in process was seamless and communicative, setting a positive tone for our stay. Traveling with three kids, we found the space to be perfect for our needs. The two-bedroom setup allowed our baby to have their own area and older kids too, resulting in great sleep for everyone. The town and its people were amazing, and we would definitely come back!

Our stay with Andres was great. We were early so we were able to enjoy the amenities prior to checking in. Andres was responsive when we had questions. The amenities were amazing and the view from the pool was beautiful. I will be back!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

La casa es hermosa y muy tranquila, mucho más linda que en las fotos!! Por la ubicación recomendamos llevar o alquilar un vehículo en la isla, de igual forma está muy cerca de un sitio de taxis y de una avenida con mototaxis pasando todo el tiempo. Nos encantó la estancia aquí y poder conocer la isla.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Spent my bachelorette party at Villa Mayan Breeze and it was the best weekend ever! Easy check-in, awesome location steps from the beach, and the hosts gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. 10/10 would book again. Thank you for an unforgettable weekend with my best friends!

One of a kind snorkeling and bay location. Private Oasis which is very hard to find in Cancun. Located in the middle of everything. Snorkeling equipment provided, meal service also provided and 24 hours security. Hot tub got very HOT!! Was super happy with the place and host. Will be back.

Definitivamente el mejor lugar que puedas encontrar en Playa del Carmen, el departamento se sentía como estar en casa, no le hace faltama absolutamente nada, tiene todo, su departamento y las instalaciones de lujo, las amenidades grandiosas, Olivia fue muy atenta y muy amable, caminar a la 5ta avenida era un grandioso paseo, son como 12 minutos, definitivamente regresare! el mejor lugar de Playacar está aquí!

La estancia con Antonio y Karina es ideal para descansar el ambiente es tranquilo, hay cerca de todo no hay necesidad de salir del complejo se disfruta mucho Nosotros fuimos 5 y estuvimos muy a gusto y relajados Lo recomiendo ampliamente Están los anfitriones súper pendiente de ti y si hay algún detalle lo ven enseguida

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

The condo was wonderful and Michaela was an incredible host. We enjoyed the amazing views and comfortable apartment and felt very well taken care of. Michaela was remarkably responsive when a couple little things came up and made the entire experience smooth. The location on Half Moon Bay was perfect- we snorkeled right out front of the building, using the ample equipment they provided, and loved walking to the beach bars in Akumal (especially Buena Vida and La Lunita). It was also an easy walk to the lagoon, which was a must see as well. Having seen Tulum, we were so glad to have the much more laid back vibe of Akumal. The condo was perfectly located for an easy but peaceful stay with lots of swimming in the pool and staring at the blue water. For what it’s worth, the elevator was working almost the entire time we were there, but was out for part of a day. We did not end up making use of the rooftop area- it wasn’t really necessary with the lovely deck on the apartment.

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.
