The place was perfect for our needs! Really appreciated the advance and on-site communication and assistance. Loved the rooftop pool, close proximity to the beach, restaurants and 5th Avenue!

If you hate resorts then this is the place for you. Everywhere you go you'll get a "Hola" when you make eye contact with the locals. People are friendly and go about their day to day business as you do. The streets and area are safe. I personally have walked many kilometers going here and there without a care in the world. Everything you could possible need is close by, from supermarkets to little corner stores to fine dining and clubs, all without a car. Book this place once, guaranteed you'll be back. Ask me how I know?

The host was always responsive. He had co-hosts on the property that would promptly help in anyway. The communication was amazing! The condo was clean and beautiful. Great wi-fi for work or school.

Great stay at their Marina Mia apartment. Puerto Aventuras is quite a large gated community of condos, houses, apartments and hotels, there is a large marina backed complex of bars, restaurants and shops and this apartment is easily walkable to both the main beaches and the Marina in around 10-15 minutes but if you want a golf buggy these are rentable from a few different vendors. The apartment has loads of space and the facilities are excellent, the bed in the master bedroom is so big and comfy. Fans and air con worked well. It is really well equipped, though the listing said snorkelling equipment was there so we didn't bring ours, this wasn't the case and there's plenty to see, particularly in the nearby cenotes so that was a shame. We needed to buy bin bags water and toilet rolls, totally forgot they were offering bikes which would have been great so can't review that bit! Highly recommend this apartment and Miguel was helpful and fast to respond to questions throughout our stay.

Great place for great price!

This was our first Airbnb experience and Stephanie (Fanny) and her team made it a wonderful experience. They were quick to respond for both routine maintenance items and QR codes for visitors in our gated community. For those with kids, I highly recommend the Caribbean Flare Vintage Vibes as there was a gaming console and multiple board games there for them.

We were there for four weeks. The communication went smoothly. As our plane was delayed, the host was waiting for us. He was very helpful and courteous the whole time. For example, once the air conditioning didn't cool properly, the host responded immediately and someone from the staff took care of the problem. We can recommend the host and the accommodation without hesitation. We will be happy to return to this accommodation in the future if the dates are suitable.

Antonio‘s house was absolutely wonderful and everything we hoped for. The outdoor living space is phenomenal and where we spent all of our time when at the house. The kitchen was well equipped, and if there was anything that we needed, we were provided it after asking. Each bedroom was comfortable and had its own bathroom, a bonus when traveling with other people. If Antonio offers for you to visit his glamping facility and take the jungle tour, take him up on it! It was one of our favorite parts of the trip. A couple things we were unaware of the pleasantly surprised by: - The house comes along with a housekeeper that stays a minimum of two hours per day. She is incredibly sweet and will assist with anything you may need, whether it be dishes, laundry, cooking etc. - The house itself is in a gated community. Shame on us for not researching the area so we were quite surprised, but also ended up having a really fabulous time with so much going on around us. There were tons of restaurants, a beautiful beach, great areas to walk around, and lots of close towns to visit. We did not rent a car so so we ended up renting a golf cart to get around Puerto Aventuras. This worked out fabulous and just provided an extra element of fun for the trip. All of the locals seem to be taking Covid extremely serious. That was a bonus for us and much appreciated when visiting different areas. Thank you Antonio and Ayda!

We enjoyed the stay from the very first moment. The apartment, it´s kitchen, bathroom all is brand new. At the same time it feels modern and cozy. The balcony is great and we loved how quiet and peaceful the entire area is. The communication was working very well also. We´d be happy to come back to Puerto Aventuras and for sure would select this place again!

El alojamiento es excelente, superó mis expectativas, muy amplio y confortable. Puerto Aventura es un lugar increíble para descansar y disfrutar del mar caribe. Danely de las mejores anfitrionas que me han tocado, siempre pendiente y amable, dando atención a todas nuestras solicitudes, inclusive aquellas que no estaban relacionadas con el hospedaje. Mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla y nos hospedaríamos ahí de nuevo sin dudarlo.

Andrea was a truly exceptional, delightful, sweet, perfect host! He clearly really wanted us to be as happy as we possibly could - we had no idea breakfast was part of the package, and his beach recommendation (X'cacel) was an unexpected pearl we would never have encountered otherwise. We got the tucked-away jungle experience we wanted without being too far from the amenities of Tulum pueblo.

Highly Recommended this condo!! Definitely will come back again! I felt extremely safe with lots of security checkpoints and community was amazing!!!

Amazing house!!! Exactly what we were looking for!!! Just 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean!!! We came with two couples and the house gave us all the amenities necessary to enjoy or stay. The decoration is very tulum style and the huge garden gives this jungle feel or being in a full home. This is ideal for 3 couples or to come with your family. The marina, 3 beaches, kayak tours at the canal and lovely boating experiences are inside this extremely safe complex called Puerto Aventuras, located between Playa del carmen and Tulúm. If you want to be safe and having a house just walking. Distance from the beach, this is the right place to be!!! Malosa homes have amazing properties ans you can also contact them and see all pics and reviews at their site or IG for info!!! We love full homes and the owners will make next month a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, so we can’t wait to come back next Holliday!!! Also a plus is that we could rent a boat to go to the islands, cause Puerto Aveturas has the only Mariana of this area, cause Tulúm or playa del carmen haven’t got one, so it was super convenient to stay here and being able to walk to marina and to restaurants and shops near by without using a car, cause everyone here uses a bike or a gold car. So book this awesome home!!! We had papaya and bananas for breakfast from the garden ... and we hired a cook and a housekeeper so the stay was lovely, a real Mexican Holliday!!! Fantástico !!!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is just a few feet from the beach, which made every morning and evening feel like a dream. The home had everything we needed to create unforgettable memories — from comfortable spaces to fully equipped rooms, each with its own private restroom, which was a huge plus for our group. There are so many great restaurants and places to explore nearby, making it super convenient to enjoy the local scene without going far. We can’t thank Chris, our host, enough for the outstanding communication, attentiveness, and genuine care. We especially want to Thank Gisel! She helped us in every way and whatever we needed she was there. And at the last moment she helped us with transportation from the condominium to the airport. Chris and his staff made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to coming back and will definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends!

Great place in PA. We didn’t cook in the unit, but looked well stocked. Great communication from host. Marina was buzzing with boats, weather was great. Pools even better. Could have used a few extra pillows on the bed to make it more comfy. Having separate pools and bath towels was awesome. Even had bottled water!

Loved staying at this place! It was a clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There are lots of basic supplies for cooking although I did buy some pepper and spices. There’s a newer supermarket about three blocks away which was nice to pick up some fresh veggies and breakfast items. The pool, gym and coworking space were all on the top level which was convenient. The view from the roof is unmatched and the pool was never crowded. I loved being able to get a frozen margarita at the bar while I lounged! Gerard was a very responsive host. I can’t recommend this place more.

Ubicación muy tranquila, zona segura y sin ruidos, el departamento tenía una vista espectacular, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la comunicación con José fue de gran ayuda, siempre atento con nosotros, sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos!

We visit PDC usually 2x a year. This is one of the best places we stayed. 1 block to beach. Close to 5th but also far enough away from the crowds close to playa centro. This side of town is much more chill than Calle 20s. Pools were refreshing and the roof top was quiet and peaceful. No loud djs blasting electronic music, only the sounds of the birds could be heard from the roof. Luis was a great host, responsive and communicated clearly. Building is clean and nice. Was always greeted upon entry and exit. Highly recommend!!

Alojamiento limpio, con buen mantenimiento, cerca de tiendas y lugares para comer. Si eres sensible al ruido debes saber que no es de los edificios más silenciosos.

We absolutely fell in love with this space, and Akumal. The jungle setting and view was stunning. We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach, playing in the waves and searching the tide pools for treasures and creatures. The kids loved the pool time, (all the pools). Casey thought of absolutely everything one would need to make a relaxing fun vacation with a well stocked and fully equipped condo. From beach chairs, and water socks, to snorkel gear. My personal favorite was the coffee bar and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed making meals and grilling out in the common area while the kids enjoyed more pool time. Lastly, beds and linens. Absolute heaven. I’m going to be thinking about that bed for a long time. Thank you Casey for helping make our family vacation memorable and all your fantastic suggestions.
