Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

The place is very clean, impeccable as in the photos, I enjoyed 4 days with my family, we were very comfortable, there is the possibility of hiring Blanquita to cook and clean the place and I recommend her 100% it was worth it, excellent cooking and she has a beautiful attitude, what is worth taking into account is that the cost of the stay depends on how many people are staying, I would come back and I highly recommend it

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

Highly recommended accommodation! It is in an ideal environment and location to rest and get distracted, it has all the necessary amenities and also several entertainment options to share with family and friends! Communication with the host was very good, always attentive.

Had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Omama Wasi. It is a wonderful house and compound inside a very safe neighborhood. Maria was very communicative and easy to chat with. She was always available when I needed help and treats her guests with respect and privacy. Internet was incredibly fast, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and necessary dishes. The place was very easy to live at for the months that I did and would highly, highly recommend staying with Maria. Thank you!

Very nice place with a great location ! Stunning and swiping views on the Basilica Del Voto amongst other ! The loft is very nicely designed with a modern and industrial vibe. So many carefully designed and though through elements. I asked to check in early and they had a short amount of time in between guests. Eduardo was really helpful and made it happen !

The stay as a whole was very good and would repeat it. The apartment has many shops around, such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy. It also has a bus stop with several lines. It is a beautiful, organized and comfortable apartment. A facilitator was having a safe to pick up and hand over the keys, no need to rely on someone to enter the apartment. The host always answered questions quickly and kindly. I had a problem because the electric stove spoiled the second day of lodging. However, it was replaced the same day. There was extra bedding in the apartment, extra towels, cleaning products, toilet paper in the bathroom, a portable heater. The village had a washing machine, however, I did not use it because it had a lot of dust inside. The only negative point was related to the kitchen, for those who stay for many days and need to cook. It has very few cookware and utensils. And, facilitators such as microwave, blender, oven are missing.

Fabricio's place is truly a gem in Quito! The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and he responded quickly to all our requests. His thoughtful support made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Esteban's property is very beautiful, it has a visibility of beautiful landscapes. The time we were with my family, we had a beautiful time on the premises and in the large courtyard it has, in addition Esteban was always attentive to us, so Miryam gave us all the necessary directions. Esteban's property is highly recommended.

this house was spectacular! It exceeds to photographs, it is spacious and beautiful. The views were also outstanding. The only downside to the location is that it's on a hill on a busy city bus route, so there is a lot of noise from the air brakes. But the gem of the house is Carmen, the caretaker. She will take care of anything you need with a smile. She doesn't really speak English, but with our learning level Spanish and translation apps, it worked. She and Maria made a fantastic breakfast for us on Easter morning. I highly recommend treating yourself!

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. Mathieu’s home is a unique piece of art that pictures cannot justify. It is a large, sprawling home above the cafe he runs, which serves awesome Louisiana inspired food. Beyond the large bedrooms and bathrooms, there are many furnished spaces for relaxing, but inside and outside. Right in the heart of old town, you are walking distance to many restaurants and surrounded by beautiful architecture. Mathieu’s was a very welcoming host. He always made sure we had what we needed, and had plenty of recommendations. I will definitely book again next time in Quito.

Absolutely recommended . The house is very unique and the location is superb. The design is right out of an architectural magazine and the decor is very tasteful . The rooms are large and very comfortable . Some have amazing views of the volcanos . The common areas are very cozy and inviting . Wifi worked well and the showers were fantastic . The caretaker/cool are very helpful and friendly and made our stay special . I would definitely come back !
