Wow. We found Edolfo’s place because it was on our route across Mexico, but it turned out to be the best part of our holiday. It is the most beautiful and peaceful place. The view is stunning, the cabin is perfect and we had a great nights sleep. Chino made us a delicious dinner and breakfast, and of course the coffee is amazing. We walked with Edolfo in the hills, where we learnt about coffee and nature. We will cherish the short time we stayed and just wished we had longer. It was magical for both us and the children

Our home in the desert! Lovely house, beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed. Has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the sunrise, the sunset, the silence and gazing at the stars at night. The Wifi is not very strong but it works. The host is responsive and affable. Highly recommended!

An excellent place, super beautiful and quiet, as well as the attention they give you is very warm, make you feel comfortable; as for the description of the site, totally according to what they offer, 100% recommended.

Amazing stay ! Nice get away from the city noice . Getting there was fan driving a 4x4 but other might find it a bit hard due to the rocky uphill roads .if you want peace and quiet this is the place to be . The bathroom was clean and the water was hot ! We asked Oscar about firewood and he even offer to bring some up to the maintain for us .

A very quiet weekend. The house is perfect for 4 people; it has beautiful views and all the amenities for cooking and spending a few days out of town. It is 15 minutes from downtown Tepoztlán. The house has several rest areas for home office and living. Many thanks to all the staff who supported us :)

The Earthbag home was absolutely incredible! Jamie did a phenomenal job creating this off-grid paradise. It was so well laid out, with walking paths, plenty of outdoor areas to hang out & star gaze. The views here were incredible from sunrise to sunset the views were breathtaking. I even enjoyed the private view from the outdoor shower! Jamie was extremely communicative & detailed with instructions which made it easy to navigate. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was an incredible experience and was everything that was promised and more. Hector and his family are the kindest and most welcoming people. Me and my fiancée both really enjoyed our stay at his place and will be definitely coming back soon

Central location. The house has board games and a table for ping pong. The patios are nice and the bed is very comfortable.

We had a great time at Linda’s place with our two kids. Her house is a lovely little museum where you feel cosy and at home. Very nice backyard where you can enjoy the sun and the peaceful neighborhood.

a good option to connect with nature, privacy, cleanliness and comfort. Missing hot water in the shower and the separate bathroom is not so practical. Very good service and very friendly all.

The three of us had a wonderful, peaceful retreat. We learned to cook some of the local cuisine. Enjoyed floating in the pools and stream, massages, walks in the forest, sustainable architecture with bamboo and thatched roofs. The compound is astonishingly beautiful in its natural beauty. We can't say enough about the hospitality of the host and her cooking and knowledge. The peacocks were particularly enjoyable to watch, we never minded their calls. We also found the steps a good daily exercise for us. It was a perfect stay for us who enjoy nature and the sustainable ways in which we engage with it. We also visited the nearby villages and city of Cuernavaca and the archeological site of Xochicalco, which we loved.

I feel more at home here than at my own house. This property is a sanctuary. Surrounded by nature, unique art everywhere you look, balcony overlooking the entire town, the comfiest bedding, walkable to anywhere you need to go in Marfa -- I could really go on and on. But words don't even do this place justice - it's truly something that must be experienced. My family and I booked both of the houses on Robert's property (the hill house and the canteen) and being able to enjoy the entirety of the grounds and different hang out areas was incredible. Although located off the main road, we still felt secluded and like we had plenty of privacy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a peaceful getaway. My family is in love with this property. I don't think we will stay anywhere else in Marfa. I can't wait to go back.

The cabin is very nice and different. It's a very comfortable place to be with the family. I highly recommend it.

Rustic Barnyard was amazing! My husband and I celebrating our 3rd year anniversary, this getaway was exactly what we needed. It was as so peaceful that I had an amazing nap on the porch swing. We definitely highly recommend and will be coming back again.

This is our 3rd time visiting here, first time with little snow around and we are already talking about when we can come back. Its an absolute beautiful place both in the winter and spring. Being secluded and backed up to tons of BLM land with unlimited hiking opportunities right outside the front door is so great for any outdoors enthusiast. The home it self is beautiful and truly feels like an earth ship that's built into the surrounding rock itself which is just incredible. The pure tap water from the natural spring will have you wanting to come back on its own!Right between Taos and Angle fire there is tons to do and see from shopping, hiking, hot springs, fishing, skiing in the winter and so much more. Garrett is a genuine great soul and we appreciate him sharing this slice of heaven with us and anyone who is able. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful and secluded !

Everything is super good ! The place is super cozy and safe , an excellent place if you have dogs, there is a lot of area so they can be free and safely. Very quiet and clean with everything you need. Diana was always attentive and all the directions were very clear, she would definitely come back.

The house is beautiful and is very nicely decorated and equipped. The pool can be heated and enjoyed to the fullest even in winter. Alonso is a very nice person and is always attentive to your needs. I think the only complicated thing is the access, not in our case because we had an off-road vehicle, but for cars it can be complicated. Really a very nice place if you're looking to disconnect and not be going out to town all the time. We'll be back!

Everything was amazing. The house is beautiful. The pool is warm. Everything was great. They answered quickly and were always attentive. It's super close to downtown. Everything was excellent. I hope to return soon.

As always, the house los capulines is wonderful. We discovered this place just a year ago and have visited at least 3 times, and it gets better every time! Our favorite place to be with our dogs, the place is completely fenced, very comfortable, impeccable, Douglas is super attentive and kind, not to mention Claudia, excellent service, wonderful! We'll be back soon!

We thought the house was excellent for many reasons: the rooms are in separate spaces, which allows for more privacy; the pool and gardens are very nice, despite being in the center of the village; the service of the lady who helps with the cleaning was excellent and we also hired her to cook and she did it very well. We would definitely come back.

Rancho Oro Prieto is a beauty!!! If you are looking to travel to the Taxco area and are aware of traveling without harming nature, this is the place where you must stay. Rocío is very friendly and very attentive. Also, you will meet the people of the community. Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything in order. 100% recommended
