Amazing new villa on the shore of Lake Simojvi. The villa is located in a scenic, quiet location at the tip of the peninsula. The villa has four bedrooms with beds for 10 people and 2 extra beds with sofa beds. In a spacious kitchen-living room, it prepares food for a large group and has space for 12 people to dine at a time. The villa has two large saunas (electric and wood-heated) and an outdoor jacuzzi for 8 people. Good beach, rowing boat, 2 sup boards and rubber kayak for guests' free use.

A larger group of Suofutis 2025 can accommodate well when the yard fences are introduced. Fences are available by appointment. The cottage has received good feedback on elegance and good equipment. Passel sized apartment for two adults and two children. Both neighboring apartments had residents, but there were no noises. Nearby slopes. Electric car charging plus. The TV could be bigger, but on the other hand, we won't be watching it on these trips.

Peaceful and beautiful location with a river view. The neighborhood is very quiet. A short trip to Oulu and the Koitelinkoski outdoor area is nearby. A nice forest path right next to it, nice for a walk with a dog. A clean and welcoming “mummola stay” with a cozy vibe to spend relaxed time with a small or larger group. It was a good sauna, we thought the beach was bad for swimming. Otherwise, everything matched the description and equipment very good. The host provides good and clear instructions and answers questions quickly.
