Holiday rentals with beach access in Pržno

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Ljiljana varışımıza kadar iletişim halindeydi ve net bilgiler sundu. Erken varmış olmamıza rağmen kolaylık sağlandı. Konaklamamız esnasında hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Konumu oldukça iyi ve teras manzarası olağanüstüydü. Önündeki deniz biraz soğuktu, belki kaldığımız dönem itibariyleydi. Genel olarak Horizonti plajını tercih ettik denizi daha sıcak olduğu için. Araç için kendine özel otoparkı olması, doğal ile iç içe olması, budva merkezine 15 dk olması, taş ev olması sebebiyle gündüz serin geceleri sıcak olması, harika manzarası sebebiyle kesinlikle memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama oldu. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Haixi. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, tout est très propre, les instructions sont très claires et Haixi est une hôte très réactive. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Je recommande ce logement !

if you don’t mind being a little bit away from the major towns its a beautiful place to stay. Lovely birds sing and fly around and have stunning sunsets. Air conditioning works great all round beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The view from this apartment is breathtaking. It’s out of town enough to be quiet and not too hectic, but an easy stroll away, saving you from fighting through traffic and parking hassles as Kotor Main Street is very busy. The apartment was well appointed and had everything we need, plus lots of extra touches (coffee pods, toiletries, washing powder etc). The washer and dryer was such a blessing and the private parking space made for an stress-free arrival. Friendly and responsive host, great communication and helped straight away when we had an issue. Would highly recommend.

Kendileri son derece içten ve saygılı idiler. Hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Kızımın deniz kolluğunu unutmuştuk nereden alacağımızı sorduk. Kendisi akşama doğru bize hediye etti. Biz onu kullanıp daha sonra başka birine gerekebilir diye tekrardan orada bıraktık. Otopark sorunu yoktu. Kendisine bir konuda özür borçluyuz. Bir meyve bıçağını yanlışlıkla poşetimizde kalmış. Onlara bir ufak meyve bıçağı borcumuz var😅 Her şey için teşekkürler.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Park yeri yok fakat yol kenarında yer bulmamız için Ado yardımcı oldu. Park yeri olmayışı arabayla bir yere gitmek isterken bizi korkuttu. Ev anlatıldığı gibiydi sadece ingilizce bilmedikleri için çok anlaşamadık. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi. Aracınız var ise park yeri olan yeri tercih edebilirsiniz. Bunun dışında gayet iyiydi

Milica Harika bir ev sahibiydi.Bize Yol tarifini resimlerle gönderdi bulmamız cok kolay oldu.Evin konumu merkeze 20 dakika yol cok keyifli ve cok güzeldi .Bizi kapıda karşılaması ve evi tarif etmesi cok kibar bir davranıştı.Evde hersey düsülmüs eksik hic bir sey yoktu .Tesekkürler takar gelecegiz

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

The house was in a really great location and had everything we needed. The bed linens and towels were very clean and smelled wonderful. In the evening, you can enjoy the balcony and during the day, you can even work at the bar on the balcony. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Igor & Boris, you are very kind hosts!
