Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Couldn’t recommend Nick’s apartment enough. My best friends and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t believe how beautiful the view is. The existing photos do not do it justice, it is truly spectacular and the windows, French doors and balcony allow you to really enjoy it. Our stay was totally painless and we were even shown into the property on arrival to understand everything and make our stay super comfortable. The only point of consideration is if you’re driving from the airport to the property make sure you take main roads as Google may take you via the country hills and this is quite scary for the average driver!

Very nice place, 100% as described, the host takes great care of customers, answers to messages and questions about various express issues at different times of the day, and the transportation you can order at good prices and instantly to different places. I highly recommend a nice time in beautiful Montenegro.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance to the beach and Budva Castle. Rooms and Living Room There is a spacious and large balcony. The host was helpful when we arrived late. Thanks

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

The stay was wonderful — everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the cultural center, full of charm and history. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this place to others. Thank you, Nikola, for hosting us so kindly!

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

We stayed 4 days in the accommodation, it was a pleasant stay with a super view, wonderful bed, beautiful spacious bathroom and really very easy to find. Tijana was very friendly and helpful during our stay, she gave good tips about the area and responded quickly. I definitely recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Tivat.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! It was our first experience for Karadag, communication with the host was very easy. I asked about everything that was stuck in the air conditioner and got very open-fast donations. The house was very clean and the view was legendary. The host has thought of everything for the house, everything from our needs to our coffee and everything has been considered. It was a very nice experience.

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful accommodation located not far from Kotor. Very nice accommodation, very well decorated with a lot of very appreciable utensils (washing machine, IPTV (some problems anyway), hair dryer, etc.), just missing a microwave in the kitchen to heat up baby dishes or other. A little difficult to find because Google always takes you through a rather dangerous road but Sanja sends several addresses to find the accommodation and then it's quite simple. Very peaceful accommodation, the terrace of the apartment overlooks the Bay of Kotor, magnificent view. We came for 1 week with our 16-month-old son and Sanja provided us with a high chair and a crib, it was perfect. I would this property.

Everything was perfect. The place is spotless. The pool exceeded our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable! There is also access to the beach, good restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk! We'll be happy to go back!
