Dolly war sehr aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. ideale Lage für Ausflugsziele, aber ein Auto ist notwendig. Der kleine Markt in der Nähe ist super und bietet auch Backwaren für das Frühstück. Die Abende auf der Terrasse waren toll! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Dolly. Vielen Dank

Nice straightforward place with everything you need. Quiet location with 30 second walk to the beach and lovely garden to relax in too. Spare parasols for the beach were particularly useful and AC kept the place very pleasant. Responsive host and Gianfranco who greeted us and checked us out was very helpful despite the language barrier (translate function on the phone was very helpful).

L'appartement correspond aux photos et descriptif. Il est très propre et pas loin du centre du village à pied. La vue du balcon est magnifique, coucher ou lever de soleil garantit ;-) en fonction de la période où vous y êtes. On a passé un magnifique séjour. Emanuela est géniale, de très bons conseils, petites adresses, et hyper sympa. Si je peux, je vous recommande ce lieu. Badesi est un village typique avec quelques commerces de proximités et est situé à mi chemin du nord ouest et nord est. Bonne continuation à Emanuela et bonnes vacances aux prochains ;-)

Carlo was the perfect host, friendly, responsive and proactive when required The house is perfect sized for 2, and could sleep 4 with a sofa bed in the living area(although possibly a bit snug for a longer stay for more than 2 adults) It is well appointed with everything you need, and nicely decorated. The outside area is well shaded, and although there is no Aircon the house did not get too hot despite 30 degrees outside. San Teodoro is a lovely town, with plenty of bars, restaurants and beaches The town is 10 minutes easy stroll, the beaches a little further(we were glad we had a car, but lots of people walked to the beach every day) We had a lovely time here, and Carlo and his house contributed hugely to that Thank you for a great stay

This was a wonderful place to stay when visiting the Old City. Location could not be better! The host was wonderful with directions and flexibility. Home was extremely clean with wonderful decorations to enjoy. Very spacious! We will be staying again when we return.

We can't thank Paolo and his parents Dino & Antonella enough for our beautiful trip to Sardinia. The house matches 100% the pics and is located in a beautiful quiet area 5 min away (driving) from San Teodoro main street. The place is a 20 min driving from Olbia Airport and a 5 min driving from La Cinta beach & 12 min away from Cala Brandichi. It is so convenient & helpful to stay there. The best part was definitely the warm welcome of his parents, a lovely couple who made us feel at home. They were so kind & patient explaining everything about Sardinia, gave us the best tips for our trip. We've had such a great time that when we did the check-out it felt like we were going away from our own home, leaving our family behind. If you want to stay in a lovely spacious, quiet & clean place enjoying the best of San Teodoro & being hosted by the sweetest couple in Sardinia, you need to book this place. Forget about any other Hotel or Airbnb and book this now! God bless you all 😀

Appartamento come da foto, la comunicazione è stata ottima, tempo di risposta quasi istantaneo. La sorella, Lella, è stata molto chiara e ci ha dato molti consigli per vistare al meglio la zona. È vicinissimo sia alla spiaggia "la cinta" che al centro, come da descrizione. Davvero tutto perfetto, lo consiglio!

My friend and I had an absolutely amazing stay in Olbia thanks to Floriana and Kristiana - they were super responsive, gave us amazing reccomendations and the flat was absolutely wonderful. 10/10 would come again and reccomend to my friends!

Das Haus hat einen einzigartigen Charme, und ist sehr liebevoll, stilvoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da! Wir waren begeistert und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. („Wartungsprobleme“ oder „veraltete Einrichtung“ konnten wir nicht erkennen). Mit der Terrasse in den schattigen Garten hinaus und der Klimaanlage im obersten Dachgeschoss haben wir auch in der Zwischenetage so entspannt geschlafen wie vorher im Osten und Süden Sardiniens (trotz Klimaanlage) nicht. Das Haus hat alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Maristella ist ein wunderbarer Vorort von Alghero: Sowohl die Altstadt als auch viele zauberhafte Strände und Buchten sind schnell erreichbar. Ein kleiner Hausstrand morgens und abends für das An- und Abbaden auch zu Fuß, ansonsten (wie meistens auf Sardinien, schon wegen der Hitze) ist ein Auto/Mietwagen hilfreich. Marina ist die netteste Gastgeberin die man sich vorstellen kann. An die Woche und das Zusammentreffen werden wir uns immer gern erinnern.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt mit allem was es dazu benötigt! Gute Grundaustattung und schön, dass das Resort noch einen kleinen Laden besitzt!

Great place for a couple, the terrace is perfect. The studio is small but you don’t miss anything :) Be prepared that in case you come in the summer months, the place will get very warm- there is a celling and a standing fan, no AC. We checked-in quite late and had to pick up the keys, towels, and bedding from a neighbor; we had to make the bed ourselves which was not ideal, especially coming late at night. There was also no toilet paper. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a grocery store ~200m from the place which is great. There seems to be a party in the distance almost every night, bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper :) (not a crazy noise but you can hear it for sure)

Appartement en RDC avec piscine en accès direct. Parking privée. Tout en étant situé ds le centre ville (supermarché a 2 pas), la propriété est très calme. L'appartement est très propre avec tout le nécessaire pr passer des vacances agréables. Ornella est très réactive aux messages. Je recommande cette location. Rapport qualité prix irréprochable.

The house looks even better in person than in the photos! It has a lovely backyard where you can hang towels to dry, and from the terrace, you get a partial view of the sea and the mountains—a really nice touch. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay super comfortable. There are 2–3 beaches within walking distance, but it's even more convenient by car—only about a 5-minute drive. A special thanks to Anna Lisa for her warm hospitality, helpful tips, and kindness. She really made us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Giulia hat uns in der Wohnung selbst begrüßt, uns alles gezeigt und hat uns auch mit einer Informationsmappe versorgt. Die sardischen süßen Köstlichkeiten, die zu unserer Ankunft bereit standen, sollen nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Die Erdgeschosswohnung ist eie auf den Bildern dargestellt, wir haben den Garten genossen. Der Checkout wurde nach unseren Wünschen festgelegt, Giulia war pünktlich da. Also insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung und deshalb gerne wieder.

Freundlicher, großzügiger und sehr flexibler Gastgeber, wir durften einenn sehr späten Checkout machen. Sehr viel Ausstattung, wir durften alles nutzen. Perfekt für 6 Menschen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Haus, Terrasse und Park sind wie beschrieben - alles sehr schön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Es gab ein nettes Willkommenspaket /Frühstück (verschiedenen Keksen/Zwieback, Nutella, Honig, Marmelade, Grissini, Wasser, Milch, Orangensaft). Die Terrasse hat eine Markise, die zusätzlichen Schatten spendet. Bei Wind fährt sie ein. Das Zimmer und Bad im 1. OG sind durch die Dachschrägen nicht gut für große Menschen geeignet. Die Animation/Lärm vom Nachbarhotel fanden wir störend, sie schallte über die ganze Residenz (und das in der Nebensaison). Man kann mit dem Rad in Stadt und zum Strand fahren, man muss aber einen sehr steilen Berg überwinden, dafür hat man zur Belohnung eine tolle Abfahrt. Wenn alle Häuser auf dem Gelände belegt sind, dann wird es sicher auch unruhiger, da ca. 10 bis 20 kleine Reihenhäuser nebeneinander sind. Das WLAN ist nicht verlässlich und schwankt stark. Für private Zwecke ausreichend, aber nicht zum Arbeiten. Es gibt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Check-in u.a..

Daniele, Host Eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni ed inoltre le istruzioni del check-in son state perfette. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei dolcetti e delle bibite, davvero molto gentili. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio, sia per il prezzo che per la posizione vicino alla spiagge più belle.

La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla e strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le splendide spiagge dei dintorni. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e ben distribuiti, ideali per famiglie o gruppi di amici che vogliono godersi un soggiorno in pieno relax. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti che meriterebbero maggiore attenzione: alcune lampadine erano bruciate, il prato non era tagliato da tempo e l’ingresso risultava un po’ trascurato, con l’erba alta e il portico esterno pieno di foglie. Anche la porta d’ingresso si apriva con difficoltà, e al piano inferiore non arrivava acqua calda né al lavandino né al bidè. Con un po’ di manutenzione in più potrebbero essere facilmente risolti, rendendo l’esperienza davvero impeccabile. Nonostante tutto, ci siamo trovati molto bene e il contesto naturale ha ampiamente ripagato. Con qualche cura in più, la struttura ha un potenziale davvero eccellente. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Claudias Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder. Anfahrt und Zugang waren ausführlich beschrieben und der Kontakt zu Claudia schon im Vorfeld sehr nett. Es war alles vorhanden was wir und die Kinder brauchten und der ruhige Strand fast vor der Haustüre. Man sollte wissen, dass dort einige Algen angeschwemmt werden, aber dafür gibt es auch wunderschöne ruhige Buchten, die man (zumindest im Juni) ganz für sich alleine hat. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich, und die Lage war einfach unschlagbar. Besonders toll war der Pool, der direkt in der Nähe lag und zum Entspannen einlud. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, entspannt und zuverlässig. Er hat uns nicht nur herzlich empfangen, sondern uns auch wertvolle Empfehlungen zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben. Dank ihm haben wir einige echte Geheimtipps entdeckt. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Cristinas Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und super organisiert. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer – einfach herrlich! Viele schöne Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, was unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat. Cristina war eine tolle Gastgeberin – jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Kommunikation mit Maria war einwandfrei. Sein Mitarbeiter Domenico war vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war toll. In der Beschreibung steht, es ist nur eine außendusche vorhanden, es gibt aber auch eine ganz normale Dusche im Badezimmer, was uns positiv überrascht hat!

Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia a fine agosto, ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la flessibilità del check-in e sia per la disponibilità da parte della signora Rita! La casa molto carina e completa di tutto è andata ben oltre le nostre aspettative…Torneremo sicuramente!
