Casa in una ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Ci sono un po' di scale da fare, ma la casa è grande e piacevole! Adriano è stato molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi indicazione! In caso di un ritorno a Parma prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione di tornare lì

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und Romina hat das möglich gemacht! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles wirklich gut erklärt, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns kalt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Tipps von ihr waren großartig! Den Imbisswagen hätten wir nie ausprobiert und es war soooo lecker! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat von sich aus nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, alles passt zusammen. Von den Gläsern bis zum großen Wandbild im Schlafzimmer ist alles sehr harmonisch Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Romina buchen.

Siamo tornati con il ricordo ancora vivo dell’esperienza dell’anno precedente, e anche questa volta ogni aspettativa è stata superata. Gli host si sono dimostrati ancora una volta persone attente, premurose e molto rispettose delle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una pulizia impeccabile che la rende accogliente e piacevole fin dal primo momento. La location è un vero toccasana per staccare dalla routine quotidiana: immersa nella natura, offre tranquillità e una vista meravigliosa. Anche con temperature estive elevate (35°C), si riesce a stare comodamente all’aperto, godendo di una gradevole freschezza e di una pace rigenerante. È la soluzione ideale sia per gruppi di amici – come nel nostro caso, per una rimpatriata – sia per famiglie numerose. Siamo tornati e torneremo sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie ancora di cuore!

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un weekend nell'appartamento di Giacomo in occasione di un grande evento all'RCF Arena. La sistemazione si è rivelata perfetta per le nostra necessità: pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari (anche per soggiorni più lunghi, volendo). Inoltre si trova in una posizione comoda per poter raggiungere l'arena. La vera chicca sono il patio ed il giardino esterno, dove si ha la possibilità di rilassarsi o pranzare piacevolmente all'aperto. Inoltre la casa è molto fresca: nonostante il clima caldo di fine Giugno, non abbiamo mai dovuto usufruire dell'aria condizionata. Giacomo è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato tanti suggerimenti sulla zona e per poter organizzare al meglio gli spostamenti vero l'arena. Vivamente consigliato!

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. Roberta è un host veramente impeccabile! La casa, non solo corrisponde a descrizione e foto, ma è inoltre arricchita dalle mille attenzioni della proprietaria: dagli addobbi natalizi alla varietà di quanto offerto per la colazione! Gli spazi sono grandi e ben organizzati, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Roberta è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito preziose informazioni sui dintorni! Abbiamo trascorso alla Tana della Lavanda 3 notti a cavallo di Capodanno ma sarebbe bello tornare proprio per la fioritura della lavanda! ps: il bagno con la vasca idromassaggio veramente una chicca!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Borgo delizioso, all’insegna del relax con piscina e giardino. Casina ben curata e ristrutturata con gusto, offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Spazi adatti anche per bambini. Cucina ben organizzata con tutto l’occorrente, bagno nuovo. Host gentilissimo ci ha accolti calorosamente e fornito molte informazioni sui dintorni.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Host super gentile. Nonostante il maltempo abbiamo trascorso due giorni nella Hobbit house al riparo dalla pioggia vicino al fuoco della stufa in una bellissima atmosfera a lume di candela lontani dalle preoccupazioni della città.

Wij verbleven hier 2 weken, in augustus. Het was erg warm, maar het huis bleef lekker koel. Het huis is prima ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Echt alles is aanwezig en aan alles is gedacht! We hebben Roberta even kort ontmoet, zij was aan het werk en op vakantie. Het contact via whats app verliep echter heel erg goed. Roberta reageerde erg snel en was erg hulpvaardig. Ook had zij heel veel tips voor uitjes, bezienswaardigheden, restaurants etc. Echt top! De omgeving is schitterend en er is veel te doen. Bijna geen toeristen tegen gekomen :-). Het huis heeft geen tuin, maar dat staat ook in de beschrijving. Er is wel een patio, deze wordt echter gedeeld met ander bewoners, met name om te roken. Dat is wel een nadeel zo naast je raam als je daar ligt te slapen, want dat gebeurt ook 's nachts. Ook hoor je dan de gesprekken in de nacht. De slaapbank in de woonkamer werd na een aantal nachten wel wat oncomfortabel. De bedden in de slaapkamers waren echter erg comfortabel.

Der Aufenthalt in Marios Ferienwohnung war einfach nur wunderbar. Alles war, wie beschrieben. Mario ist offen und freundlich. Er kam immer mal wieder vorbei, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Dabei haben wir viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Nähe bekommen. Auch über die Kultur und das lokale Essen haben wir von Mario einiges gelernt. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben, alles hat funktioniert. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung mit den tollen Landschaften und kleinen Städten hat dabei auch einen großen Anteil gehabt. Auch, wenn die Ortschaft ein bisschen außerhalb ist, hat man direkt neben der Wohnung ein kleines Restaurant, in dem man fast jeden Abend sehr günstig Essen und Trinken bekommt. Ivano è un host preciso ed onesto che ha molto a cuore la riuscita del soggiorno dei suoi ospiti. La sua casa è una dimora di lusso incastonata nella natura del territorio collinare degli appennini reggiani. Affacci sul verde, silenzio e pace, mentre si è completamente immersi nei suoni della natura. La zona si presta ad attività di animal watching, in particolare bird watching. Al mattino infatti ci si sveglia in una moltitudine di diversi cinguettii delle numerose specie di uccelli che popolano le colline circostanti. La casa, pulitissima e fornita di terrazza, balcone e finestre su tre lati è arredata in maniera finemente studiata. Si tratta di una dimora molto amata dove si sta in assoluto relax tra libri, strumenti musicali e quadri di assoluto livello. Ivano condivide la sua esperienza di vita con gli ospiti concedendo loro uno spazio autonomo a totale disposizione e completamente fornito di tutto il necessario per lunghi soggiorni di una famiglia o di un gruppo di amici. Bello.

Piccolo appartamento situato in zona prevalentemente vicina al centro. Ottima la disponibilità del parcheggio per chi viaggia in macchina come me. La funzione di utilizzare il telefono come chiavi di casa la trovo stupenda. Appartamento pulitissimo, piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per passare una nottata. Molto carino anche il balconcino.

L’appartamento di Daniele è fantastico, pulito, dotato di ogni comfort e vicino a minimarket e ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Inoltre Daniele è stato super disponibile per ogni tipo di informazione e risposte in tempi brevi! Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento e ci ritornerò!

Ma fille est restée plus d un mois a Réggio pour un stage Erasmus au théâtre valli elle a été ravie de votre accueil, de votre disponibilité, de la proximité de la gare, commerce. Bref c est un logement très intéressant et à conseiller !

我们是开车前往，民宿的位置对于我们来说有点难找，但是，房东很nice的去接我们了。感谢Sergio的招待，很热心，回复很及时，并关心我们晚上冷不冷，暖气热不热。

È stato uno dei soggiorni migliori prenotati su questa piattaforma. Anna Paola e la sua famiglia sono accoglienti e ospitali, la mansarda pulita, luminosa e spaziosa. La signora ha messo a nostra disposizione anche acqua e snack dolci/salati. Ci siamo goduti ogni momento passato in quella casa come se fosse un po' nostra, anche il paesaggio verdeggiante che la circonda ha fatto il suo. La zona residenziale super tranquilla e silenziosa è perfetta per godersi la calma del posto. Inoltre, la posizione è a soli 20 minuti da Reggio Emilia, mentre a piedi sono raggiungibili punti di interesse come bar, pizzerie, piadineria (proprio dietro casa) e supermercato. Grazie Anna Paola per averci accolto come fossimo di famiglia. 🫶🏻
