La canonica è un posto magico. Si trova in un piccolissimo borgo, in mezzo al verde e circondato da boschi e colline. Il luogo è perfetto per rilassarsi, andar per sentieri e visitare i dintorni: l'appennino reggiano è stato una bella scoperta. Caterina è una padrone di casa impeccabile, gentile, attenta e disponibile, pronta per qualsiasi necessità e felice di dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare e su cosa e dove assaggiare le tipicità locali. L'appartamento racconta di questi luoghi, è arredato con gusto e grazia e pieno di poesia. Ben ristrutturato, ordinato e pulitissimo, non manca nulla. Ci tornerò sicuramente per una vacanza più lunga.

Casa accogliente, ben arredata, con spa e palestra, dotata di ogni confort, tutto riesce a rendere spettacolari anche le giornate di brutto tempo! Andrea sempre pronto e disponibile per ogni necessità, ci ha fatto passare un weekend memorabile. Consigliatissimo!!

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und Romina hat das möglich gemacht! Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles wirklich gut erklärt, sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns kalt. Sie ist sehr freundlich und die Tipps von ihr waren großartig! Den Imbisswagen hätten wir nie ausprobiert und es war soooo lecker! Sie war immer erreichbar und hat von sich aus nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgesucht, alles passt zusammen. Von den Gläsern bis zum großen Wandbild im Schlafzimmer ist alles sehr harmonisch Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Romina buchen.

Mauro è stato un host gentile che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in anticipatamente in base alle nostre esigenze. l'appartamento è comodo per spostarsi a piedi ma soprattutto possiede un posto auto privato compreso nel prezzo (attorno i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento). Forse mancava qualche attrezzo di più in cucina ma nel complesso tutto è andato molto bene. grazie

Siamo tornati con il ricordo ancora vivo dell’esperienza dell’anno precedente, e anche questa volta ogni aspettativa è stata superata. Gli host si sono dimostrati ancora una volta persone attente, premurose e molto rispettose delle esigenze degli ospiti. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una pulizia impeccabile che la rende accogliente e piacevole fin dal primo momento. La location è un vero toccasana per staccare dalla routine quotidiana: immersa nella natura, offre tranquillità e una vista meravigliosa. Anche con temperature estive elevate (35°C), si riesce a stare comodamente all’aperto, godendo di una gradevole freschezza e di una pace rigenerante. È la soluzione ideale sia per gruppi di amici – come nel nostro caso, per una rimpatriata – sia per famiglie numerose. Siamo tornati e torneremo sicuramente di nuovo. Grazie ancora di cuore!

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

A very aesthetically done up home with feel good vibe as soon you enter the place. Wow, really loved each and every corner of it. The lady of the house welcomed us with warmth and freshly baked cake which made it even more special. Very close to the Ferrari Museum..Not to be missed, perfect place to stay.

I Pini (‘The Pines’) is a comfortable apartment located at the edge of Parma city, with easy walking or bus access to the centre (swipe debit cards work on the bus). Parking is easy in the quiet street, or the inside garage space can be used. There are several take-away food options and bars nearby. Don’t miss a visit to Fontainellato, but as with most cities, park outside the ZTL.

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questo accogliente appartamento per andare al concerto a Reggio Emilia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il signor Dante gentilissimo è disponibile ci ha dato anche la possibilità di fare il check-out più tardi per consentirci di riposare. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto, pulito e accogliente in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Esperienza super positiva.

Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!

casa come da descrizione, nuova e in una zona tranquilla con facilità di parcheggio. non si in centro a Parma, raggiungibile in 15 mins di auto, ma sei vicinissimo alle tangenziali per muoverti liberamente in zona. la casa è nuova e provvista di tutto. Nicola è super reattivo e disponibilissimo. ottima esperienza

Quiet place just outside of the busy central city at walkable to everything you want to see. A big plus is the private parking space but be aware that anything bigger than a compact car will be difficult to park there. The wireless was a little finicky to get onto at first, but once we restarted the router and seemed to work fine thereafter. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioning cooled the entire apartment to a comfortable temperature and the double glazing made the bedroom. Very quiet for sleeping. Good choice, especially if you have a car!

Siamo stati da Paola per un weekend. Eravamo in 4 e l'alloggio si è rivelato perfetto. Casa grande, con ampi spazi vivibili ed un bel terrazzo, aria condizionata che in questi giorni era d'obbligo, ma soprattutto tutto in perfetto stato ed impeccabile dal punto di vista della pulizia. Paola si è dimostrata fin da subito disponibile ed accogliente, ci ha dato flessibilità sia per il check-in che per il check-out e fornito indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Parma. La casa era perfettamente collocata per quelle che sono state le nostre esigenze, zona tranquilla e con facilità di parcheggio. Assolutamente consigliata!

Giulia is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment has its own charm with antiques and a lovely patio off the main living area. Sit back and relax, while enjoying the birds chirping and the lovely green space. A great place to relax after a big day of touring. The bed is quite large and very comfortable. The apartment is a lot larger than the pictures show and perfect for a couple or even a family. It has everything you need for your stay. Giulia no longer offers any breakfast items or cooking supplies, but the espresso is welcomed in the morning. Our stay was very comfortable and it was nice to to stay in a quiet home-away-from home while travelling.

La casa di Renal è una splendida mansarda in una piccola palazzina del centro di Reggio Emilia, nella zona pedonale ma con due comodi parcheggi molto vicino. La zona è ben servita e ricca di tutto: negozi, supermercati, gelaterie. Tutto in casa era perfetto come nelle foto: ordine, pulizia, comfort. Ottima la linea wi-fi che ho usato per lavorare e perfettamente funzionante l’aria condizionata. Andrea ha fornito sempre indicazioni chiare e puntuali, risposte utili in tempi rapidissimi e validi consigli. Tutto in maniera estremamente gentile e accogliente. Raramente mi è capitato di incontrare persone così accoglienti come Andrea. Sicuramente torneremo, grazie di tutto.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Der Agriturismo Il Vecchio Borgho ist zauberhaft in den grünen Hügeln des Appenin gelegen in einer traumhaften Landschaft und absoluter Ruhe. Tolle Natur mit wertvoller und seltener Flora und Fauna. Die seht gemütliche, sehr komfortable und gemütliche Unterkunft ist in einem landestypischen alten Bauernhaus, das mit viel Liebe und sehr stilvoll restauriert wurde. In dem Weiler gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung ein sehr gutes Restaurant, Modena und Reggio Emilia sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, nach Bologna gelangt man am besten mit dem Zug von Reggio Emilia aus. Mario war ein exzellenter Gastgeber, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch seine Empfehlungen und Erläuterungen war es eine Freude, seine Heimat kennenzulernen und zu genießen. Wir hoffen sehr, einmal wiederzukommen!

Appartamento B-E-L-L-I-S-S-I-M-O. stupendo con giardino privato super organizzato super pulito. Non so che dire davvero bello da starci per qualche giorno un confort pazzesco. Sonia e Matteo super host sempre pronti a darmi una mano con tutto bravissimi. ❤️

La mamma di Cristian, che ci ha accolto, è stata molto cordiale. Faceva molto caldo il giorno del nostro arrivo ma la signora ci ha fatto trovare l'alloggio freschissimo avendo acceso il condizionatore prima che arrivassimo e fornito dell'acqua per rinfrescarci dal viaggio. Il terrazzo su cui fare colazione era veramente bello e la zona tranquilla. Il parcheggio nel comprensorio chiuso ci ha permesso di visitare la città senza preoccupazioni. Soggiorno perfetto. Consigliato.
