L’alloggio da Michele é stato estremamente piacevole! Immersa nella quiete di in un giardino bellissimo, la casa aveva tutto ció di cui avevamo bisogno. Ci é piaciuto respirare la storia della struttura e della famiglia attraverso i mobili e i suppellettili delle stanze, attentamente curati e conservati. Michele é stato molto cordiale e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Nel caldo estivo, é stato bello trovare un angolo tranquillo e rinfrescato dal verde. A presto!

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Casa in una ottima posizione a due passi dal centro. Ci sono un po' di scale da fare, ma la casa è grande e piacevole! Adriano è stato molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi indicazione! In caso di un ritorno a Parma prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione di tornare lì

Mauro è stato un host gentile che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-in anticipatamente in base alle nostre esigenze. l'appartamento è comodo per spostarsi a piedi ma soprattutto possiede un posto auto privato compreso nel prezzo (attorno i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento). Forse mancava qualche attrezzo di più in cucina ma nel complesso tutto è andato molto bene. grazie

Alloggio splendido! ci è piaciuto molto come è arredato l'interno e l'esterno. Il giardino mi è piaciuto particolarmente. tanti angoli suggestivi da scoprire, con statue nascoste nel verde e piccoli tavolini. Location ideale per passare un weekend nel verde in relax lontano dalla città.

Monia un host molto gentile e disponibile. La casa molto grande con letti comodi due bagni con doccia grande e perfettamente funzionante.

We stayed for 2 days at Silvias lovely house and wish we could have stayed for longer. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished and has everything you need for a special stay. Everything was SUPER clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in (and is huge!). Silvia and her husband are really thoughtful, friendly and helpful, with lots of suggestions for the area. Good walks and cycle routes from the door. There is a small pottery nearby where the ceramicist will provide private lessons, and of course there are lots of opportunities to buy prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano! This was a wonderful, relaxing stay and we highly, highly recommend Silvias house. thank you Silvia and Joris xx

We had a wonderful stay at Alberto’s place. The country location perfectly met our needs. It is easy to catch a train from Reggio-Emilia to visit Bologna. Modena is also just a day trip. Alberto recommended a tour of a parmigiano reggiano dairy farm and production center which was so fun and interesting, and only a fifteen minute drive from the house. The sparkling clean house is spacious with very modern bathrooms, large comfortable bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. During the hot weather, we were pleased that the house felt cool. Fans in each bedroom let us sleep comfortably. Alberto told us that he is having air conditioning installed in the next few weeks. A gift of lettuce and berries from the garden was much appreciated. We enjoyed taking sunset neighborhood walks each evening of our stay. We very much recommend a stay at Alberto’s farmhouse.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole! La casa era esattamente come descritta: spaziosa, pulita e molto accogliente. Era dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirci a casa. Il check-in è stato facile e l’host è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Consigliamo assolutamente questo alloggio e speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

Piccolo appartamento situato in zona prevalentemente vicina al centro. Ottima la disponibilità del parcheggio per chi viaggia in macchina come me. La funzione di utilizzare il telefono come chiavi di casa la trovo stupenda. Appartamento pulitissimo, piccolo ma con tutto il necessario per passare una nottata. Molto carino anche il balconcino.

Marco's apartment has the perfect location - it's walkable to everything in the old town (you can literally see the baptistery right when you come out of the building) and Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. The apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable, with great air conditioining which we really appreciated given the summer heat. The wifi worked great too and the kitchen allowed us to do simple things like wash fruits etc. The bed was very comfortable too, and I even used the terrace to dry some laundry. All in all, we said to each other that we could see ourselves staying here for much longer, would totally recommend to everyone looking for a cosy place to stay in Parma! Extra thanks to Marco for helping us call a taxi before we left, and for proactively reaching out to say he was there if we needed anything!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum. Vor allem die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach toll. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu und Simone war immer sehr nett und schnell, die beiden sind total lieb und hilfsbereit. Der Weber Grill auf der Terrasse ist wirklich super und ergänzt die kleine Küche perfekt, wir haben ihn täglich genutzt. Was man wissen sollte ist, dass es zwar wie angegeben zwei Doppelbetten gibt, das eine aber sehr schmal ist und für unseren Geschmack zu klein für zwei erwachsene Personen, kommt aber natürlich drauf an wie viel Platz man beim schlafen braucht. Ich würde die Unterkunft daher für maximal drei Personen empfehlen. Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Pool an sich sind auch traumhaft. Auch das kleine aber feine Gym haben wir gerne genutzt. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen!

My small dog and I had a wonderful five-week stay at Francesca’s place. First of all, she is a dream host—she anticipates and provides whatever you could need, and she goes above and beyond to help out with requests (like booking us a driver from the Milan airport). The apartment is perfectly located and was ideal for everyday dog walks, visits to cafes and wine bars where my pup got treated to prosciutto every day. There is also a dog park not far away. I found Parma to be a great base for day trips (Modena, Piacenza, Cremona), and loved the energy of the city as well. Thank you Francesca! I hope to be back someday.

A truly unforgettable stay in a breathtaking historic convent – unforgettable host! Staying at Chiara’s family’s antique convent apartment in Casalmaggiore was an absolute dream. The space itself is spectacular—steeped in history, beautifully preserved, and bursting with classic charm. From vaulted ceilings to delicate original details, every corner whispers stories of another era, and yet it’s been thoughtfully modernized to ensure total comfort. But the real highlight of our visit was Chiara herself. She is hands-down the most gracious, warm, and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. She greeted us with a radiant smile, made us feel instantly welcome, and was genuinely excited that we were there, as if we were old friends. Even better, Chiara’s local recommendations elevated our stay to another level. Thanks to her insider tips, we discovered mouthwatering trattorias, delightful wine bars, and charming hidden gems off the tourist path. A meal she pointed us to became our favorite

Vi bodde en natt hos Davide. Vi kom med bil och parkeringen var bra. Vi lånade cyklarna för att ta oss in till centrum i parma och det var ett stort plus! Boendet var fräscht och som beskrivet. Detta kan jag rekommendera!

Quiet place just outside of the busy central city at walkable to everything you want to see. A big plus is the private parking space but be aware that anything bigger than a compact car will be difficult to park there. The wireless was a little finicky to get onto at first, but once we restarted the router and seemed to work fine thereafter. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioning cooled the entire apartment to a comfortable temperature and the double glazing made the bedroom. Very quiet for sleeping. Good choice, especially if you have a car!

Had a great stay, location was really close to all the major Parma attractions and very quiet. We were worried about sleeping in the heat in the summer but the bedroom was very cool. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and were quick to sort out a minor electricity problem. Some people have mentioned the shower: it was not as powerful as some, but it was hot, clean, and perfectly fine. We would stay again!

Even more cozy and beautiful than the pictures show! The hosts were very responsive and left clear instructions! Took my wife and I a little bit to find the AC unit (have to look up!) but when we did, we had a nice chilly sleep despite the heat outside!

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

Sehr gemütliche und originelle Unterkunft! Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl und willkommen gefühlt, besonders durch die freundliche Begegnung mit Dominique. Die Umgebung ist für Naturliebhaber perfekt. Man kann schöne E-Bike-Touren unternehmen und sich im nahe gelegenen Dorf mit Lebensmitteln eindecken oder die Restaurants und Bars besuchen.

Ottima struttura in centro a Reggio Emilia. Presenti tutte le comodità e i comfort. Consigliato.

In centro a Parma , appartamento delizioso situato all’ultimo piano in zona centrale. Dotato di tutti i comfort e con ampio spazio, comodo per coppie e gruppo di amici. Consigliato, gli host sono persone super proattive e sempre disponibili.
