I was in this apartment with three friends for a concert at the Campovolo arena. We had a great time in Iolanda's apartment, we felt at home. The host was very kind, helpful and friendly, she provided us with coffee, toast, jam and fresh water as well as a clean and cozy house and really equipped with everything. We will definitely be back here for the next concert :)

I had an amazing experience staying here while attending Elrow Town Festival at Iren Green Park. The location was super convenient—just a 20-30 minute walk to the festival, which made getting around really easy. But what truly made this stay special was the incredible hospitality from our host. When our train was unexpectedly cancelled due to a strike, she went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation. Not only did she help us figure out alternative options, but her husband also kindly picked us up from the station and even gave us a little tour of the area. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you again for such a welcoming and memorable stay!

Ivano is a precise and honest host who cares a lot about the success of his guests' stay. His home is a luxury residence nestled in the natural setting of the hilly territory of the Reggio Apennines. Overlooking the greenery, silence and peace, while you are completely immersed in the sounds of nature. The area is ideal for animal watching, especially bird watching. In the morning, you wake up to a multitude of different chirps from the numerous species of birds that inhabit the surrounding hills. The house, very clean and equipped with a terrace, balcony and windows on three sides, is furnished in a finely studied way. It is a much-loved residence where you can relax in absolute relaxation among books, musical instruments and paintings of the highest level. Ivano shares his life experience with guests by giving them an autonomous space at their complete disposal and fully equipped with everything needed for long stays of a family or a group of friends. Beautiful.

Great spot. only moments to museum and park. It was like staying in style back in time. very cool building and excellent host. we are clean freaks and this did not disappoint!

Our stay at Colleen's went very well. Very accommodating for our arrival schedule. The apartment is very spacious, with everything you need in a really quiet environment. It was very easy to park near the apartment and a supermarket is within walking distance. I would recommend it without hesitating

This bed & breakfast is really great. It is a very quiet place, perfect if you are looking for a relaxing and stress-free environment. In addition, it is impeccably organized in every detail, which makes the stay even more pleasant and hassle-free. I highly recommend this B&B to those who want a comfortable and peaceful experience

The communication was always very friendly and fast, even before arrival we were in contact with Nicola and Francesca. Upon request, we were allowed to check in earlier, which made us very happy. The apartment is very large, has a great kitchen, a large living room with balcony and a large bathroom with shower. In the small bathroom, there is a washing machine and a dryer. The beds were clean and comfortable. Before you arrive, have the use of the air conditioning in combination with other large appliances explained to you again, so that the same thing doesn't happen to you as it did to us (small power failure). After a short message, Nicola suddenly stood at the door, which made us very happy. He then showed us everything again. Francesca also surprised us with a visit, both were very friendly and helpful. Since we still had an appointment on the day of departure, we asked if a later departure would be possible. That was also absolutely no problem. We will be happy to come back.

I can only say that we had a great time, the house is very well furnished, bright and even though it is on the street I would say it is quiet. There is everything you need to cook, very well equipped and we really appreciated the breakfast we found on our arrival. The house is very close to the center in a quiet area and then the cherry on top is the perfect garage. The sofa bed is very comfortable. Clean and fragrant linen. Maurizio responded to every single question in a kind and present manner. It's very easy to find the house, the keys, etc. In short, I highly recommend it, and this time I hit the jackpot and chose the best. We will definitely be back, thanks

The apartment is well renovated, clean and functional. We stayed in 5, one night only to attend an event held in the area and it perfectly met our needs. Manolo lives in the same building and is available if needed.

Mario is a great host! He was extremely friendly and helpful giving us great advice about restaurants and places of interest in the area. The listing is cosy and spacious, we had our 10 month daughter with us ans she loved it there. A great vacation made better by a great host !

I spent one night and I had a great time, especially for Marcella's availability on the flexibility of check-in Nice and well-kept apartment, equipped with everything you need for your stay Also recommended for the area very close to the city center and well served.

We were a group of nine traveling and had two ensuite rooms and the larger flat with the kitchen shared by five which had a large bathroom, a double room and a twin room and one double room with an ensuite. Everything was excellent. All our group had a great experience staying at Raffaella's accomodation and would highly recommend it. We would happily stay again if we return to Parma. Raffaella was available for advice on messenger after exchanging phone numbers at any time and responded quickly. She also helped with arranging taxis for our return to the train station. 10/10 for everything.

Excellent stay, we spent 3 nights in the independent apartment offered by Claudia. Everything was spotless and very clean. We enjoyed the nearby park, perfect for children, and the independence of the accommodation with access to the terrace. Very friendly welcome and hosts available, we highly recommend

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature. Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.
