Villa holiday rentals in Province of Pavia

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

As always with Andrea, we are at home! We booked with ease; we had a great time, the house is delightful, full of a thousand tricks and historical details of the region. It is also in a beautiful, restful green setting. Great for moments as a couple or with friends or family. Laura, who takes care of the management and cleaning of the house, was really kind and helpful. Thanks Andrea for your hospitality! We recommend it 100%

Corrado was great and very helpful. Very nice house with spacious rooms and great views. The kitchen and dining area is not very big - I would perhaps recommend eating out if you are more than 3 people.

A paradise, this was the first impression when you arrive, the title of the ad is spot on. Villa surrounded by greenery, very well maintained, from the garden to the furnishings, everything exactly as in the photos. Warm welcome, the host provided a welcome gift and all the useful information for excursions in the area. I really appreciated being able to relax in the hammock and eat cherries straight from the tree in the garden. I will definitely be back, maybe for a longer period. Highly recommended!

We stayed in BB Montemarzino for 12 days, full of relaxation and tranquility. The house is very spacious, it is in a very quiet area, to highlight the beautiful landscapes that are around the accommodation. The Belvilla agency assisted us in a magnificent way, from booking to the end of the stay, giving us a timely response to all our requests. Regarding the point of contact of the house, as well as the owner of the house, I have to say that he welcomed us with great kindness at the time of check-in and was thoughtful and attentive to all our needs and requests, in addition, he introduced us to a person on site for any needs who provided us with a series of valuable information to make the most of our holidays. Simply put, we had a great time!

We had a lovely week here. The house and surroundings where even better IRL than the pictures showed. A big house with amazing views of the surrounding landscape. The pool also had a great view and although close to the road, felt very private. The house worked really well for 2 families. The free wine was amazing, what a service! :) Our local contact, Matteo Piccinini, was very quick to get in contact with and also gave us suggestions for things to do in the area. All in all a great location and a beautiful house!

my family and I had a fantastic 10 days at the villa, enjoying the amazing pool, which was well maintained and spotlessly clean. The villa was spacious with all the amenities. We were given plenty of helpful local recommendations and any questions asked were promptly answered. A great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay, after an upgrade to the beautifully designed and spacious apartment! An extremely welcoming welcome by Peter and Gaetano (and dog Alladino), with a good bottle spumanti and all the info we needed. The tranquility, the beautiful view, the tasteful apartment, the saltwater pool and the hospitality made for a very happy holiday. Also the area with nice villages and Acqui Therme is attractive. Recommend!

Eric is a great host. Friendly and fast responsive. Even if we arrived a bit later, he was there waiting for us with the keyes. Apartment is nice and clean. I can realy recommend this place

What a place and what hosts! Immediately we felt at home and welcome in Antonella's authentic Italian house. The barbecue area and of course the pool was most used and we enjoyed it. Outstanding views of the plain and mountains. Antonella was very friendly and welcoming and gave a good review of the house which was well equipped with everything you need. Will get lots of local recommendations and the area was thrilled to explore, we could go on:) Thank you!

The house was awesome! Very clean, well equipped. There is a big room upstairs with 5 beds. Downstairs is a double bedroom, the bathroom, big living room and a kitchen. There is a big garden with lots of space for the kids to play. Really amazing. The pool is fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay there, the kids loved it! And the host was very responsive, friendly and gave us really good recommendations for restaurants nearby!!!

Rosy and Alessandro are two wonderful hosts, they welcomed us into their home as if we were family. The space is beautiful and well-kept, we can't wait to return (to also see how little Argo grows).

The house was absolutely perfect for our group! Unfortunately, the weather did not play along so we could not use the pool, but it was still a perfect stay with Stefano 👍🏻

We were with two families in Marlene's dream house. A green paradise where the cuckoo sings, the butterflies flutter, and the iguana looks on. From the garden, you have a fantastic view over the hills of the area. The pool was very clean and it. There were many loungers and seats. We even baked pizza outside. The kitchen was super equipped and everything was very clean. Marlene was a great host and had great tips! I'm sure we'll be back!!

Lovely country house, spacious and private. The house is very well maintained, the pool was amazing with lots of water toys for the kids to play around with. The ping pong table, foosball, and basketball hoop made this a very fun place for the kids big and small. We were two families, 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space! We would be happy to come back.
