Waterfront holiday rentals in Province of Novara

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Maria Teresa. Der check-in und die Kommunikation war reibungslos und sie war äußerst freundlich. In der Wohnung gab es alles um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Ein Minuspunkt müssen wir leider für die Lautstärke nachts geben. Es fuhren laute Autos und Motorräder was einen aufweckt. Dafür kann Maria Teresa aber nichts. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist schön und sauber - wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super. Der Pool auch. Die Kommunikation mit Paolo ist top und bei Fragen oder Problemen immer erreichbar. ✨

Zuerst muss ich die Kommunikation mit Yvonne sehr positiv hervorheben. Auf Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet und immer hilfsbereit. Ausstattung an Geräten wie zu Hause, alles da. Geschirr , Besteck und Gläser mehr als ausreichend vorhanden . Was das Highlight ist , der grandiose Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore beim Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Abend. Zur Ufer Promenade nach Belgirate mit dem Auto sind es fünf Minuten.. Zu Fuß zum Ort sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten. Zum hoch laufen sind es 20 bis 30 Minuten. Wer es etwas ruhiger haben möchte ist genau hier richtig. Immer wieder gerne. Grüssle Thomas

We enjoyed our time at Liz's lakefront condo. The views of Lake Maggiore from the living room/dining room and balcony are stunning. The location is peaceful, less crowded than the Piedmont side of the lake (Arona, Stresa, etc) but still has plenty to offer: good restaurants, historical sites, a beautiful promenade, and ferry service. The condo's private beach hadn't yet opened for the season during our stay. The listing and pictures are accurate. The unit is spotless and cozy with a decent kitchen, smart TV, and super comfortable bed. Our free parking spot was across the street next to the condo's private beach. Liz and her husband Alessandro are friendly, gracious, responsive and helpful hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and showed us where everything was and how things worked in the condo. They also had good suggestions for places to eat and visit. Liz checked in with us a few times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 7 nights and loved everything. The apartment is right on Piazza Motta where there were cafes, resturants and incredible people watching. Philippa was a perfect host. Helped with instructions to the the apartment from the train station and helped order a taxi when we checked out. There is a wonderful manual in the apartment that has all information, great hikes in the area, things to do, day trips and much more. There are cafes and resturants right below the apartment to have morning coffee and an afternoon Apertie. We loved how peaceful our time was at Lake Orta. Highly recommend. Michelle & Brian

l'appartamento di Roberto ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative: cucina attrezzata di tutto ciò che occorre, camera da letto spaziosa, nel bagno una super doccia. Molto apprezzata anche l'accoglienza per la nostra cagnolina. Molto utile anche la zona esterna attrezzata con comode poltronine. Da ritornarci senz'altro.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce très charmant appartement pour un week-end. Nous avons grandement apprécié la modernité et la propreté de l’appartement, tout était parfait. La vue est à couper le souffle, c’est un coin de paradis.

Anna and Marco were lovely hosts. Super responsive, especially because we needed a last minute booking, coming from Torino. They also upgraded us the room, for a bigger room, since it was empty, and they charged us the same rate as the room we selected. we had a super lovely two days, slept like kings! the beds were comfortable and everything was so easy and convenient. The view was amazing and it was such a treat to wake up in the morning to see the lake! in the evening, with glass of wine on the balcony, and the lake in the evening light. it is such a great joy to be able to relax and enjoy such an amazing location. Marco and Anna have a restaurant downstairs where they granted us 10% discount, and we were delighted with their local artisanal delicatessen products and wonderful service, and very knowledgeable staff So muh so, that we want to go back for my husband's birthday, next year. Lara’s home is a cozy gem in a beautiful setting. She made sure it was well prepared including having the heat on in advance and all amenities ready for use. All things were there to make it comfortable including a great kitchen set up for cooking, quality dishes, etc. She was extremely responsive and helpful when needed. We highly recommend staying here.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf den See. Leider fährt mehrfach täglich aber auch nachts der Zug vorbei, was laut ist. Wir hatten in den 1. Tagen Pech, da eine sehr laute italienische Familie unter uns wohnte, da war nichts mit Siesta und Entspannung. Danach wurde er besser.

Paola is a super host, she makes you feel right at home, including our 2yr old border collie. The lake view at the flat is the highlight of our stay. The little personal touch provided by Paola is the added bonus on top. The garden and the surrounding hikes and lake is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

Io e la mia famiglia, abbiamo deciso all'ultimo di voler andare a fare un giro sul Lago Maggiore e di fermarci lì a dormire, solo per una notte. Appena individuato la meta e poi la casa, nonostante il pochissimo preavviso della richiesta di prenotazione, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento come in descrizione. Il Sig Mariano, ci ha contattato in pochissimo tempo. Una volta arrivati sul posto, ci ha accolti sua moglie, gentilissima! Ci ha mostrato la casa e spiegato alcune cose e poi, al momento dei saluti ci ha dato anche qualche indicazione su dove trovare locali dove cenare. È stata davvero cortese. Al momento dell'uscita serale, si è presentato in piccolissimo problema con l'apertura del cancello comune ed il Sig Mariano, insieme alla sua gentilissima moglie, hanno risolto all'istante il piccolo inconveniente. La gentilezza e la cortesia che ci hanno mostrato, facendoci anche trovare dei dolci e gradevoli pensieri, non la si trova sempre purtroppo. Grazie ancora!!! Super consigliato

nice space!! beautiful view and it's amazing to have private access to the lake. Only downsides: you need to bring own bedsheets, towels and also kitchen towels - the beds are not that comfortable and on busy days you hear the road (especially the motorbikes). But overall awesome place and amazing value for the price!

El alojamiento era de ensueño. Con vistas al lago , que estaba al pie de la casa. Te sentias como en casa, ya que tenia cualquier cosa que pudieras necesitar. Dos terrazas, dos baños, tres alturas. La mas alta con balcon y vistas al lago. No podriamos haber estado mejor. Preciosos muebles de madera de época, que guardaban su olor antiguo y seguro que su historia.

sehr schönes Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend, gegenüber ist ein Café und nur 2 Minuten entfernt befinden sich Restaurants bei denen man leckere Italienische Speisen bekommt. Hier ist nicht viel Tourismus, vielmehr findet man hier einheimische vor. Der See ist auch in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort gibt es eine Beachbar mit Liegemöglichkeiten.

Viviana hat uns super freundlich und mit vielen Tips für die Umgebung empfangen. Check in und check out waren flexibel und die Wohnung ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Was man wissen muss ist, dass die Wohnung direkt oberhalb von 2 Cafés ist weshalb es manchmal (vorallem morgens) recht laut ist. Die Küche war sauber aber sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall jeder Zeit wieder kommen :)

Es war wunderschön! Jacobo ist ein richtig toller Gastgeber. Es gubt einen großen Garten inklusive Bank Tisch und Schatten. Wir haben innerhalb weniger Minuten antworten auf unsere Nachrichten erhalten und haben immer perfekte Hilfe erhalten, sofern es Fragen gab. Die Unterkunft ist wunderbar geräumig und einfach perfekt gewesen. Danke Jacobo!!

A small place, but with everything you could need (minus Wi-Fi). Giuseppe was super helpful and answered all questions very quickly. He gave wonderful tips and was so friendly. There is a nice beach a few minutes walk away and beautiful towns all around. Parking on site is a huge plus!

Casa accogliente con tutto il necessario e anche di più. Posto incantevole con il lago a due passi. La spiaggia grande e attrezzata. Ci siamo divertiti tantissimo. Torneremo!

Wir haben 7 wunderbare Wochen in Simones Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Simone war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Davide stuurde ons de locatie en ontving ons bij de poort. We kwamen laat aan en hij had alvast ontbijt voor de volgende ochtend gehaald voor ons. Na een duidelijke uitleg van het verblijf gaf davide ons de sleutel en was hij altijd goed bereikbaar voor vragen. De ruimte was ontzettend schoon en de tennisbaan is een leuke bijkomst. We hebben echt een topvakantie gehad!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den See, tolle Restaurants und Cafés. Man kann zu Fuß die Umgebung erkunden oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in benachbarte Orte fahren. Wir waren mit einem Baby vor Ort, auch das hat in der Unterkunft wunderbar funktioniert. Es gibt zwar einen Aufzug, aber der ist sehr klein. Daher kann man den Kinderwagen entweder zusammengeklappt im Flur stehen lassen (oder die paar Treppenstufen rauftragen und in der Wohnung platzieren). Top: moderne Ausstattung, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine für Notfälle, viele und große Schränke, in denen man alles super verstauen kann und so die kleine Größe der Wohnung vollumfänglich nutzen kann. Die Lage ist wirklich super! Wenn man wie wir Schwierigkeiten mit der Garage hat (Mercedes B Klasse zum Verhältnis der engen Garage war problematisch), gibt es einige kostenlose Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alessandro und seine Frau waren sehr nette Gastgeber.

Le logement proposé par Erika est agréable et propre. Erika est disponible pour répondre aux questions et met à disposition des boissons chaudes. Situé en zone piétonnière le logement permet un accès aux commerces et centre ville, immédiat. On trouve facilement du stationnement gratuit dans les rues avoisinantes. Enfin, les prix pratiqués
