Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Novara

Beautiful, very well-equipped and clean apartment with great and unobstructed views of Lake Orta. Well-maintained outdoor area with private parking. The house with a total. 3 apartments are relatively new and in a corresponding very good condition. We can recommend the apartment without reservation.

the accommodation, although "vintage" for the decor, is well equipped. the bedding is super top. The area is very quiet and nearby parking spaces are a plus.....

We were the first guests to stay at Albert's place, and it was a wonderful experience. Albert was incredibly responsive and helpful. The apartment is cozy and felt like it was made with love. The pool table is fantastic – we had so much fun with it. The location is perfect, being close to three beautiful lakes. We had a memorable stay and would definitely recommend Albert's place to anyone.

Very well located and very clean apartment. The free pitches right next door are perfect. We are not in the bustle of Stresa, but not far either. The location is the right balance between practical and calm. Elena was very helpful and the exchanges were very courteous. We recommend the apartment.

Caterina's apartment is exactly as described. It's a very well-appointed accommodation. It is in a state that seems new with equipment that is more for a residential home than for rent. The calm that reigns on this magnificent terrace overlooking the Sacro Monte is simply idyllic. Its location is ideal for visiting Lake Maggiore and Lake Como, provided you have a car that can be parked in the property's garden. Communication with Caterina, by message or in person, was great. It was a wonderful experience and a great moment for us. This will remain one of our best rentals with Airbnb.

First, I have to emphasize the communication with Yvonne very positively. Responded to questions very quickly and always helpful. Amenities of appliances like at home, all there. There are more than enough dishes , silverware and glasses available . What is the highlight, the magnificent view of Lake Maggiore at breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The shore promenade to Belgirate by car is five minutes away. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the village. It is 20 to 30 minutes to walk up. If you want it a little quieter, this is the place. Thank you Kristina for the lovely time we had at your place! It was exactly what we needed! This is a must-book. Kristina is a very friendly, proactive and involved host. The accomodation is fantastic. The salt water pool is kept squeeky clean by Kristina (every day she cleans it herself). The view from the pool is fantastic. We had our 11 month baby with us and Kristina provided all amenities we could wish for: quality cot, quality baby chair and some really nice toys! Although the house is a bit remote, there is a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. One of the cleanest lakes in Italy is a 10 minute walk from the house which is lovely as well.

We felt very comfortable in the house Everything as on the pictures , pool was also great , barbecue was available , enough space to park. Andrea was very friendly, the communication was excellent and otherwise we were also satisfied.

This place is definitely recommended. The house is very tasteful, spacious and equipped with every comfort. The host Denise and her husband are super friendly. We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We have gratefully used the table tennis table. In short: a top location.

We had a great stay at the house. It felt like what AirBnB was originally meant for - staying in a lived-in actual house instead of a sanitised holiday home. It is well equipped inside and out and you won’t stay in a better location. It is right on the lake for swimming and water sports, but also a short easy walk into town.

very nice apartment in a peaceful area, across the street is a cafe and only 2 minutes away are restaurants where you get delicious Italian food. There is not much tourism here, but you will find locals here. The lake is also only 5 minutes walking distance. There is a beach bar with sunbathing facilities.

This was a return visit and so my expectations were met as the location layout and surroundings were terrific which explains why I came back.

We felt very comfortable in the small apartment. It has many steps and the staircase is narrow, you have to keep that in mind! The place Lesa is very good for relaxing. Perfect for swimming and SUP! Many great restaurants nearby or in the surrounding area! If you want to shop and have a hustle and bustle, you have to go to Stresa or Arona/where we liked Arona more! Mateo and his wife were always available, very warm welcome. Very clean and spacious rental with a private parking space. Very close to Malpensa Airport, in a friendly village, with many shops in the city center, there is plenty to do even on foot. We had a very good stay at Mateo's, I recommend it with pleasure. We won't hesitate to come back again.

It was not a pleasure vacation but a necessity to be close to the hospital. What I was interested in was a quiet place, close to the center and clean, and I found it there.

I am extremely happy with the stay, great apartment, comfortable, incredibly clean, with a wonderful outdoor area for relaxing outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cetty is very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. We had a great time being her guests

Very nice stay at Adriano and Maria Grazia's. The hosts gave us a warm welcome. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has a terrace/courtyard that we really enjoyed. The setting is also very beautiful in a quiet village and a magnificent view from the nearby church. We strongly recommend!
