This is a beautiful modernist home in one of the best locations in Italy, close to Italian Alps, Aosta and Lakes Como and Maggiore, not to mention Milan itself, and, truly rare to find a modernist home of this standard and design, which is highly chic and the dream of any artist to live in a place such as this. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern home just minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. The house is not only stylish and spotless but also incredibly smart—everything from the lights to the music is controlled by Alexa, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The location was perfect for our travel plans—very close to the airport yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth throughout. If you’re looking for a comfortable, high-tech place to stay near Malpensa, this is it. Highly recommend!

Posizione ottima a Novara, in zona residenziale e tranquilla ma a pochi minuti dal centro della città. Casa ampia e con tutti i confort necessari per un breve (ma non solo) soggiorno, compresi lavatrice, lavastoviglie e aria condizionata in ogni ambiente. Host simpatica e disponibile. Insomma, tutto perfetto!

Excellent séjour avec Fiona qui nous a parfaitement accueillie avec beaucoup d’attention . le logement est magnifiquement bien agencé avec une vue sur un superbe jardin . Très belle intimité sur la terrasse du haut avec des chaises longues pour un bain de soleil. Emplacement de choix à proximité du charmant petit village de Lesa , proche de terrain de tennis et d’une plage privée . Un séjour charmant chez une hôte très attentionnée.Nous y reviendrons …

La struttura è molti grande e perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone come siamo stati noi. Ogni stanza era attrezzata perfettamente, in particolar modo il bagno perché ha il gabinetto e il bidet insieme: uno spettacolo! La vista dalla terrazza è sempre stata bucolica, sia durante il tiepido giorno che nella buia notte. I letti sono inoltre risultati molto comodi e ben attrezzati contro il freddo invernale. L'unica "pecca" è stata la difficoltà con cui il piano inferiore si è riscaldato, ma una cosa di poco conto sommandola all'intera esperienza. Benedetta è stata gentilissima nell'accoglienza e nel darci un paio di consigli su cosa poter fare e sulle piccole attenzioni da avere. Una vera ciliegina sulla torta!

If you are looking for a house immersed in the beautiful Italian countryside, but within easy reach of airports and areas of interest, then this is the place for you! The house is unlike anywhere else we have stayed, and it felt so homely and relaxing. Hidden away amongst the trees, but close enough to Ghemme to be able to hear the church bells. Deer in the garden, a family of wild boar marching through the woods by the house, and even a porcupine climbing down a tree! Vineyards and a stunning view of the mountains. We were easily able to visit Lakes Maggiore, Orta and Como and spent a day in Milan. The welcome information suggests places of interest plus local restaurants and shops. It was easy to drive up to Alagna Valsensia, where we took a cable car up to a mountain restaurant. Thank you to Vincenzo, who met us at the house at 11pm (an evening flight from the UK) to show us around - and to Antonio, who was always happy to share his local knowledge 😊

Bella casa e funzionale, con ampi spazi e grande giardino. I gestori della casa sono molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere dei luoghi da visitare. Consigliato

The big Villa is a very sweet place, we stayed in 4 couples with 3 kids and our dog. It's an old beautiful place, warm in the cold days and with private toilets for everyone. The big living room was perfect for staying together during rainy days. For my standards it was clean (my mother has a higher standard, and spotted some dust here and there, we weren't surprised as is so big). There are original frescoes on the ceilings, and some parts in their original form, so neither is everything new nor aesthetically perfect, but absolutely functional. The garden in front of the villa is fantastic and the small garden behind it is also beautiful. We stayed on the rainiest weekend of the year and could not fully enjoy the open spaces. But we will definitely return to this wonderful Villa. Thank you Cristina.

Wir mussten aufgrund von Problemen mit unserer eigentlichen Unterkunft vor Ort umplanen und sind bei Ulrike gelandet. Von Kontakt bis Checkin hat es gerade mal eine Stunde gedauert. Und was soll man sagen: Welch ein Glück!!! 🍀 😄 5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder hatten mehr als genug Platz in dieser wundervollen Villa mit dem Charme vergangener Grandezza. Der Garten ist groß und schön, toll für die Kinder. Man spürt, dass dieses Haus über viele Jahre und Jahrzehnte belebt wurde. Es fühlt sich an, wie bei jemandem zu Hause. Alles ist toll ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter, aber sehr geschmackvoll und von Qualität. Die Betten waren gut und alle haben gut geschlafen. Vor allem die Küche ist toll ausgestattet um für eine große Familie zu kochen. Vor Ort wurden wir von Johanna betreut, die uns toll unterstützt hat. Travedona Monate ist kein Touristenort, bietet aber das nötigste (vor allem eine tolle Eisdiele). Für große Familien und Gruppen ein wundervolles Haus.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

This beautiful place felt like paradise. Not only that we had an amazing family vacation but it felt like home away from home! The property was spectacular, everything was well thought through and Emma felt like part of family. Hospitality, genuine kindness and thoughtfulness from the moment we checked in when she welcomed us with drinks and snacks as if we were her personal visitors, to bringing us fresh pastries on a Saturday morning. Always accessible, with great recommendations for things to do, we would go back in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!

This is a very very special place and we had an amazing holiday here swimming and paddle boarding on the lake, hiking in the mountains and enjoying many meals al fresco with the very special view of Orta San Giulia from the house. This is an old family home so don’t expect fancy modern furnishing and equipment. But the antiques and decor only add to a special feeling and beds are comfortable, bathrooms fine with plenty of hot water and everything you need for your holiday is provided. We brought our own paddle boards as it was cheaper to pay to bring them than hire locally and we enjoyed being able to jump on them from the end of the garden and find some sun when the sun was off the garden late afternoon. Also there are bitey midges so bring repellant.

Maison magnifique au calme sur les hauteurs du Lac Majeur. Rénovation exceptionnelle mêlant mise en valeur du patrimoine ancien et standard de confort moderne, la maison est très agréable à vivre, notamment avec des enfants en bas âge. Terrasse avec vue splendide sur le Lac. À proximité de nombreux sites d’intérêt dans une région envoûtante. Communication excellente avec Megan et Tomas.

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (6 Personen) dort und verbrachten eine schöne Zeit, mit eigenem Pool bei traumhaftem Wetter. Alles war sehr sauber und alles hat prima funktioniert. Leider gab es abends viele Stechmücken und keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

Wir waren vom 10. bis 18. Mai mit sieben Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der wunderschöner Villa von Familie Rubel in Besozzo am Lago Maggiore – es war einfach traumhaft! Schon vor der Buchung war der Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – dieser Eindruck hat sich weiterhin bestätigt. Man merkt, dass ihm seine Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Die Villa selbst hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen: Sie war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt oder auch um für mehrere Personen zu kochen. Ein absolutes Highlight war der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, den wir täglich beim Frühstück, beim Essen oder einfach beim Entspannen am Pool genießen konnten. Die Lage war zudem ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir können diese Unterkunft – und die Gastgeber – uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend with Scott and Anette! The accommodation was stunning – stylish, spotless, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. But what truly made the stay special were our wonderful hosts: Scott and Anette were incredibly kind, always available, and genuinely helpful at any time. The price-performance ratio was perfect, and there's no doubt – we wouldn’t just come back, we will come back! It’s also great to know that we can reach out to them directly for other accommodation options they might offer. Ein wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage mit gigantischem Blick auf den See. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatten viele Tipps für uns. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Very nice spacious well equipped house fir the large family. 15-20 min Walk to the Lake. Very nice restaurants nearby. Responsive and well prepared host.

Unser langes Wochenende in der Villa kann ich nicht anders beschreiben als „perfekt“. Das Haus ist wunderschön und auch größer als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Besonders toll fanden wir auch den Garten mit Pool, in dem totale Privatsphäre herrscht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, familiär und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
