Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Modena

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been used perfectly with mainly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the pots are new and abundant, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a nice open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that wasn't listed, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend thisplace.

We had a very special stay in this fragrant and welcoming home, which exceeded all our expectations. The house is spacious, surrounded by greenery among the sounds of nature. The owner Roberta was incredibly kind, helpful and sunny, very attentive to details making us feel at home. We'll definitely be back !

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

Visiting Lisbeth & Lars is more than just an accommodation. We stayed at the couple’s unit which was perfect – very clean and well maintained with all our necessities. This place is perfect to have you slipping into Italian style living. We had our morning coffee at the porch with the birds singing for us😃 But the most important thing about this place is the hospitality. Lisbeth & Lars are the perfect hostesses and helped us reserve the best restaurants in the area plus tours with local balsamic and parmesan producers. We will certainly come again, next time at the summer to check out the pool.

The house are beautifully located. It includes several apartments. And has a nice pool and is located in the middle of the mountains. The drive there is a little exhausting because it is very winding, narrow and mountainous, but it is worth it. Francesca is a super lovely hostess.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature. The highlight of our Italy tour! Super quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature, yet grocery stores and the like were easily accessible. The accommodation was also very clean and well equipped. The friendliness of the hostess is particularly outstanding - it was a very family-like and great stay! We will definitely be back 🤍
