Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Modena

Great location, in the heart of Bologna. Apartment was clean and very modern, provided all the essentials. Paola was the perfect host, made check-in/out process seamless, and was available for assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Elisa’s place is very spacious. Nice size bedroom, bathroom, living room area, kitchen table and kitchen. She had a lot of goodies for us, even cereal, milk, juice, cookies and yogurt. What especially stands out is her lovely decorating and how very clean her place is. We needed to contact her for a couple of minor things and Elisa responded immediately to answer us. The restaurants she suggested were exceptional, especially the pizza restaurant in old town. We liked the privacy of having an automatic gate that opened and closed. Perfect small space for our rental car as well. The backyard is intimate and private. We had a very good stay.

We ended up in an oasis of peace. A conscious choice we made. Small but nice, equipped with all the basic amenities. As a base for visits to Florence (from the village by train) and Bologna this was perfect. The beautiful sunsets remain forever etched on our retinas.

This Airbnb was by far the best one we have stayed in during our 35 day trip roaming Italy. Fiorella's attention to detail is top shelf. She has thought of everything you might need right down to slippers. Even the sheets on the bed were nice and soft and had a faint hint of lavender. She was very quick to response to my inquiry about GF options in the area and suggestions of these to do in Bologna. We will definitely stay her again and refer friends.

Highly recommend Bazzano and Franco’s house as home base for visiting Bologna, Modena and environs. Unique beautifully maintained historic home with lovely outdoor space. Comfortable bed and a/c was appreciated on warm June night.

Really cute modern and small apartment with its own garden and parking space . Had everything we needed to stay in Bologna and was located in a nice area with easy access to city centre Lorenza waited for us to arrive and showed us around the flat with local recommendations for restaurants. She was so kind when my 2 years old forgot her bag and a couple of toys and agreed to post them to us in London . Thank you so much for everything 😊

Absolutely adored staying here! Not only was it a perfect location for us to stumble home from Osteria Francescana , it was a wonderful place to relax and feel like you are at home while away on vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were guests at Alessandro's accommodation this weekend on the occasion of elrow Excellent location, we were able to get around very well without vehicles, on foot Very close to the center, shops and nightlife. Very clean environment, we will definitely return for some upcoming event

Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

We felt right at home at Chiara's place. There is a supermarket open on Sunday that is just in front of the place, which is perfect for doing the groceries to eat. It was pretty hot in Modena those days so the air conditioning was very welcomed. All in all it was a perfect little place that we recommend! Thanks Chiara!

We loved Orfeo’s house. Well-stocked apartment; helpful host; walkable area; close to lots of restaurants and the center of town. Especially appreciated the ample coffee ! Beds were very comfortable. Rooftop terrace was lovely at night and our boys really enjoyed riding the included bicycles. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Modena.

Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood where there were nice neighbors. The apartment was clean, cozy (just like the photos), and Gabriele was a super host. He gave us a lot of tips and was very welcoming. We stayed with him for a week and thanks to this stay we fell in love with Modena and we will definitely be back someday🩷. And the big plus was the friendly and wonderful kitties in the area. 🤩

Chiara's home is the best place to stay in Modena. Everything was exactly as mentioned. Both she and her mom made sure that we would have no issues finding the place and would have no problems during the stay as well. They were extremely accommodating.

Laura’s place is fantastic. Very central and a walk to most places. Really modern, easy to check in and out and Laura’s communication is great too.

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

This was our first stop on a trip of 14 days and I think my family of four would all have voted to stay much longer. The place has an excellent design with 4 large bedrooms each with a bathroom. The views are amazing. To top it off Andrea was so responsive and kind. He really looked to take care of every need - even allowing us to mail a parcel there and return later to get it. My daughter has severe allergies to environmental toxins and she was absolutely fine in this air bnb. It is delightful and immaculate and I hope we get to stay again in the future. Thank you Andrea!

Great experience! Roberto is a really friendly host: he welcomed us personally and gave us all the useful information for our stay. He was available to let us check out a little after the indicated time, to meet our needs. Super responsive by message. The house matched the description, indeed there are services not indicated in the description, such as the presence of a TV with Fire TV Stick and towels for the bathroom. Super quiet location, just outside the center, but you can quickly reach it on foot.

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

The apartment is in a very central location, matches the descriptions and is as shown in photos. The hostess, Alice, was very helpful with advice and assistance (parking, restaurants recommendations & reservations) and always available (thank you very much for that🤗😘) - the 3 days in Modena were a really nice surprise for us!

Beautiful, sparkling clean apartment in the ideal location right next to Duomo. Lots of natural light and a charming view from the bedroom window. The sunny kitchen is stocked with everything you need + provided breakfast bites like cornetto, muffins, and cereal. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Excellent host even gave me a ride to train station. I would stay here again for sure. There’s an elevator if you have heavy luggage.
