Guglielmo et Livia sont des hôtes formidables que je pourrais avoir comme amis, tant ils sont respectueux et prévenants ! Nous avons passé des moments agréables au sein de leur magnifique maison familiale, pleine d’histoire, et d’objets anciens somptueux. Cette demeure, est très bien située ! En effet, non loin de là, à Zocca, il y a divers commerces pour l’alimentation et autres en tous genres, restaurants, bars, tabacs, pharmacie, station essence… C’est un coin de paradis pour se poser en famille ou avec des amis et profiter ainsi de la belle vie !! Je n’ai qu’un regret, c’est de n’avoir pu prendre le temps de mieux vous connaître. Je reviendrai à l’occasion Jean-Sébastien

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. Lovely furnishings and dishes, scenic views. Thank you! Gratzi!

Elisa was the most wonderful host. So helpful and kind. Can’t recommend her place, especially for large groups, enough.

Alloggio molto bello in cascina nelle campagne tra Modena e Reggio Emilia. Noi lo abbiamo utilizzato per lavoro in quanto operatori food in una manifestazione a Modena Fiere. Comunicazione su WA impeccabile e precisa con tutte le info utili per raggiungere il posto e per il check in. Ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Appartamento comodo e pulito con una bellissima vista.

We loved our escape in the mountains. Sauna & pool was a real treat. We loved the fireplace in the house as it heats the whole house. Easy to drive to nearest shop if need anything. Mario has a great restaurant as well. We will be back

We loved staying here. The farmhouse was picturesque and made our trip to Italy. Instructions on how to get in were very clear. Michele did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. He also provided great recommendations for things to do from cooking classes, balsalmic tastings, parmesan farm, etc. Each morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast with meats, cheeses, pastries, cakes, eggs to order. It was delicious. Terry who hosted these each morning as a delight! They both made some great restaurant recommendations and we were able to use the shared kitchen to prepare meals when we didn't want to eat out. We have already suggested this place to our friends if they ever visit the area.

Claudio and Annalisa, were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our requirements. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and in such beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay! Just 15 min outside of bologna by car but so peaceful and beautiful. Amazing view over bologna from the park nearby. Had the pleasure to see a concert in the beautiful church. Special thanks to Abel who took care of us, super friendly and funny guy!

Un bel casale, in una splendida zona molto tranquilla, si arriva attraverso una strada lungo la costa di una collina con un panorama a 360 gradi (il navigatore ci suggeriva una via un po' più accidentata invece abbiamo fatto il giro dall'altro lato e si arriva comodi, comodi). Alloggio come descritto, tutto molto pulito, biancheria da bagno profumata......ci si sentiva davvero un po' come a casa. Julia molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva. Ristoranti per pranzo e/o cena con buon cibo e vista sui colli nelle immediate vicinanze e altri servizi come supermercato o bar per fare colazione raggiungibili in auto in pochi minuti. Comodo anche per visitare Bologna e avere la possibilità di alloggiare in mezzo alla natura.

Nous avons passés un super séjour chez Linda , c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons car c’est vraiment un bout de paradis . Je vous recommande d’y aller sans attendre !

Giovanna was an exceptional host. She was very welcoming and engaging before our arrival and during our stay. The accommodation is part of a large original farmhouse and is wonderfully authentic. We came for the AC/DC gig at the RCF Arena and she was extremely helpful in ensuring we were able to get to and from it with no issues whatsoever, even taking us in her own car as close as possible to get in. This is one of the most beautiful places I have been to, the moment you arrive through the gates the views are breathtaking and the hosts will make you feel like you are part of their family. Giulia is a wonderful lady who is kind beyond measure and went out of her way to make sure that I was well looked after and had along with Yaya and Elizabeth, they made sure I had everything I needed at every point of my stay. My room was clean, well maintained, and had a jacuzzi bath tub and a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the nature - it is better than the photos. I was a solo female traveller using the trip as an opportunity to get some work done in a scenic location and everything from meals, to station pick ups was taken care of. The pool is also a delight with waves and thoroughly cleaned very regularly. I hope to come again in future as this place is a little slice of heaven.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti presso il b&b di Martina per festeggiare il Capodanno e non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio. Martina è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, assicurandosi che tutto andasse per il meglio durante il nostro soggiorno. Le camere erano accoglienti e ben curate, offrendo un ambiente confortevole per il nostro breve soggiorno. Una sorpresa piacevole è stata la degustazione di Parmigiano Reggiano organizzata dal padre di Martina. Ci ha guidato attraverso le diverse stagionature del formaggio, spiegandoci le sottili differenze di gusto e consistenza. È stata un'esperienza davvero interessante e un tocco unico al nostro soggiorno. In conclusione, consigliamo vivamente il b&b di Martina a chiunque cerchi non solo un luogo accogliente e ben gestito ma anche tranquillo e lontano dal caos cittadino. Sicuramente terremo in considerazione questa opzione per futuri soggiorni.

Marco was a very welcoming, attentive and pleasant host, the atmosphere was fantastic, the view was absolputely gorgeous! If you search for a cozy, picturesque and very comfortable place to stay it's definitely the place you should choose! For us it was 100% direct hit! I think the reality is even better than photos - cleanest and quite spacious swimming-pool, mountaneous landscape, cozy, fresh and renewed appartment with a direct exit to the swimming pool (in case of our flat), great bath (for us it's always important) and comfortable kitchen. And still there you can feel the atmosphere of rustic Italian house. The only tiny minus is quite remote location from the towns to see and explore as it's not exactly in Tuscany but if you have a car it's not such a big deal as it's totally compensated with other conveniences. Oh! Good wine is another greatest plus! I have already recommended this place for everyone interested and by all means will do it in future. Grazie Marco!

Raccomando l'agriturismo Il Brugnolo. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili. Il monolocale è pulitissimo. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e ben forniti. Il giardino a disposizione è bello e comodo. La posizione è fantastica, rilassante in aperta campagna, ma con il paese Scandiano a cinque minuti d'automobile.
