Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Nous avons été ravis de l'appartement et de son emplacement, calme également dans l'ensemble. Seul petit problème quelqu'un nous a fermé la vanne d'arrivée d'eau et donc nous n'avions plus d'eau la veille du départ mais dès que nous avons adressé un mail on nous a répondu et la personne s'est déplacée pour nous dépanner un dimanche de pâques, donc tout s'est bien terminé au final. Nous y retournerons sans doute l'an prochain.

The view on the city and the sea is stunning. The apartment is located in a mountain village, but after a while it was no issue driving up or down the narrow streets. 😊 The landlords are very hospitable, they live in the ground floor and were very helpful with the directions e.g. to the supermarket, free beaches, how to use everything in the apartment etc. The apartment was flawless, very clean, and we felt very comfortable right away. The area of Massa-Carrara is great to combine time at the beach with trips to the mountains, as the Apuan Alps are very close.

Wir hatten gemeinsam mit meiner Familie (5 Personen) einen sehr schönen Aufenhalt in Ronchi. Wir hatten etwas pech mit dem Wetter, was dann zum Glück die grosszügige Wohnung mit der einladenden Terasse wieder wett macht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und Ian war sehr zuvorkommend. Wie in Kommentaren und Beschreibung erwähnt ist der einzige Nachteil der Wohnung die befahrene Straße und der Lärm. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Excellent gite, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très sympas, la vue sur la mer est mieux que sur les photos, l'endroit bénéficie d'un micro-climat d’où ce paradis de végétation verdoyante avec le chant des oiseaux . Beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région. Grand merci à Mauro ( qui parle bien français) ainsi qu'à sa femme , à Luca et à David. GRAZIE MILLE. On espère revenir car on a encore beaucoup a voir. War mit meinen 3 Freunden dort und es hat alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen! Der Private Pool und die geteilte Sauna und Whirlepool waren perfekt und gemütlich! Auch der Esel Tristan hat uns nicht gestört im Gegenteil, er hat sich eher immer gefreut einen zu sehen und hat und auch begrüßt! Wir haben für 4 Personen für 6 Nächte 13,30€ extra für Gas und Wasser bezahlt was super war! Die Anfahrt war sehr kurvig und mit längeren Autos eine machbare Herausforderung, SUV und Kleinwägen sollten kein Problem haben :)
