The house is fully equipped and offers great comfort. It's a very quiet place, perfect for relaxing. There's a cute little dog who makes the stay even more enjoyable. We visited the Cinque Terre leaving the car in La Spezia (about 30 minutes away), and we also went to Pisa (1h15). So the location is very well located to discover the region

Cinque terre is one of the many beautiful Italian fields, absolutely worth a visit. Dogs are a little difficult to get around, as the five small villages are hard to get to by car, but the train runs often and accurately, and it's super clean. Dogs can be transported with a small surcharge and a muzzle. It is a good idea to start your excursions in Levanto instead of La Spezia, where parking is easier, the distance from Riccardo's house is roughly the same. The air conditioning will definitely be resolved by the owner soon. Unfortunately, there is no pool, but the houses where they are are much more expensive. Riccardo, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law are both nice people, it's important to them that the guest has a good time. Beautiful, wild garden, well-equipped house.

Ian was very welcoming and very decent when he announced a week before a flood in the garden following the bad weather. The house is charming and true to the descriptions. We particularly enjoyed the 3 bathrooms. The living space was perfect for 8, but it must be said that we are used to being together. The location is great we were able to go to Pise volterra the five lands and Florence. The kids enjoyed it and so did we, especially when we discovered the great water wall last night to surround ourselves in relaxation mode Everything was perfect, no negative points

The room is fresh and tidy, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and you can see the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening.The listing is a good value for the money and worth recommending.

Incredible view. The home has everything you need, the host was great, we couldn’t have been happier. You can walk there from the train station if you don’t mind hailing your luggage up the stairs. We found going 1/4 of the way up the flights of stairs was easier than trying to take the bus to the top and go 3/4 of the way down. We really enjoyed Corniglia. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Here is the final version of the review: --- We had a wonderful stay! The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea that we enjoyed every day, especially at the fantastic sunsets. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

The villa was incredible. It had an amazing view and excellent ambiance. The house it self was well furnished and the property felt very private even though it was just a short drive down the hill from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sarah was very helpful and very prompt on answering any questions we had. We did the pasta making class and had a wonderful experience. Booking this accommodation was not only booking a house but also, booking unforgettable memories.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Dilletta was a very polite and responsive host. As a family of 4 adults and 2 children, We felt the home was very accommodating. The 2 children each had a nice size bedroom. The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio was very relaxing. Because we had been traveling we were able to wash a few clothes and hang them to dry outside on a spacious clothes line. I only have 2 constructive suggestions, providing a portable fan in each bedroom would help w/ the doors being open and keeping flying insects out. The second suggestion is to weed the front garden area. The trees and flowers were beautiful and some weeds were starting to take over. All and all we would recommend staying here again. A beautiful old house that is not yet completely renovated. The house exudes a great charm, even if the internet and electricity are not quite stable. We felt very comfortable!!

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality! Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

We had a wonderful week staying at Villa Miranda in Porto Venere. We were a group of nine - a mix of family and friends. The house was perfect and immediately felt like a home we could relax into, with an abundance of spaces for people to gather or escape, inside and out. The eclectic collection of decor made the home feel authentic to us, as though we could have been gathering there for years, collecting little touchstones of our memories along the way. The kitchen was well equipped and on sunny evenings we enjoyed pulling the outdoor table onto the front lawn and having home cooked long table dinners. It was also very easy for us to be out and about, the region has so much to offer. The water ferry and bus stops are steps from the front door. We were pleasantly surprised at just how beautiful and full of amenities (and not crowded) Porto Venere was. Overall our stay was fantastic and Carlos was an amazing host. I am already planning our return, this may have to be a regular trip!

Beautiful big house for the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice everything was! Scenic area and lovely plot for play and swimming. The playroom was appreciated. The house is located high up in the mountains with narrow winding roads. Perfect for nature experiences! If you want to visit cities around, expect that it takes at least 1 hour by car. Consumables type paper, dishwasher detergent is available for a couple of days but if you want to grill, make sure to buy your own charcoal. Since it is an old stone house, wifi is limited. Some days there were also problems with the water supply and hot water. May be because we were there early in the season. The host couple incredibly service minded and friendly. Quick to answer questions and help, and also tips on excursions, experiences, and other things in the area.

Lovely place, the pictures don’t do justice to the spectacular views and grounds. The view from the pool over the hills and mountains is incredible. We loved the location but it won’t suit everyone, it’s quite remote and we would definitely recommend some sort of 4 x 4 or SUV when hiring a car as the road leading up to it gets very bumpy and to get to the top of the mountain and appreciate the countryside it’s better to have a more capable vehicle.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

Overall we had a great stay! The dogs and area are great! Is it about an hour walk to the beach and is a little far from surrounding areas, but the walk is beautiful! We had electricity issues one night but the host was quick to reply. Overall would stay again! The house was very clean, pool was beautiful and a great place to relax!

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!
