Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

The hospitality was great! The host is very smiling, it's nice. The Airbnb is confirmed to the photos and description. The only downside was the lack of a curtain in the bathtub, apart from that everything was perfect. We recommend this host!

We were delighted with the apartment and its location, also quiet overall. Only small problem someone closed the water supply valve for us and therefore we had no water the day before we left but as soon as we sent an email we were answered and the person moved to troubleshoot us on a Easter Sunday, so everything ended well in the end. We will probably return there next year.

The view on the city and the sea is stunning. The apartment is located in a mountain village, but after a while it was no issue driving up or down the narrow streets. 😊 The landlords are very hospitable, they live in the ground floor and were very helpful with the directions e.g. to the supermarket, free beaches, how to use everything in the apartment etc. The apartment was flawless, very clean, and we felt very comfortable right away. The area of Massa-Carrara is great to combine time at the beach with trips to the mountains, as the Apuan Alps are very close.

We had a very nice stay in Ronchi with my family (5 people). We had some bad luck with the weather, which fortunately makes up for the spacious apartment with the inviting terrace. We felt very comfortable and Ian was very accommodating. As mentioned in comments and description, the only downside of the apartment is the busy street and noise. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . Beautiful accommodation with shops and restaurants nearby. The terrace is great, we always ate outside. The parking space directly in the front garden is also very positive. Rosella is a very nice and hard-working hostess. Glad to come back.

Was there with my 3 friends and everything met our expectations! The private pool and shared sauna and whirle pool were perfect and cozy! The donkey Tristan also did not bother us on the contrary, he was always happy to see you and also welcomed you! We paid €13.30 extra for gas and water for 4 people for 6 nights which was great! The journey was very curvy and with longer cars a feasible challenge, SUV and small cars should not have a problem:)
