Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Lecce

Excelente experiencia. A nuestra llegada se nos ofreció sin cargo extra un departamento con camas matrimoniales ( ya que el reservado no las tenia). El departamento es muy amplio, bien espacioso, bien equipado. Notamos la falta de una tostadora y una pava eléctrica para nuestra mayor comodidad. Me comunique por chat con Domenico y compró esos elementos al instante para nuestra estadia. Muy atento a todas nuestras consultas y de excelente predisposición. El estacionamiento en el segundo subsuelo es algo complicado de encontrar, pero las instrucciones que se nos entregaron eran claras y precisas. Buena señal de WIFI en todo el departamento. Salvo lo arriba comentado el resto del equipamiento de primera calidad. Se nos ofreció café, galletas, azúcar, edulcorante, jugo de fruta, agua, todos los elemento de limpieza de cocina y para lavar ropa. Un lujo para el viajero. Gracias Domenico!

Maurizio is an incredible host with an amazing home. He was very responsive, helpful, and did everything to ensure that our family had a wonderful stay. The house was stocked with basic necessities, immaculate, and comfortable. The property and design of the home is true to its environment and embraces the beauty of pulgia! It is a huge property, with a beautiful pool and offers a serene escape to anyone who stays there! Additionally, the home had a rustic chic design to it and I loved everything about it! The air condition also was fabulous to counteract the pulgia heat! Lastly, when we had a small issue with WiFi connectivity, Mauricio saw to it that the WiFi was back up and running within a day’s time. He was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and I highly recommend this home!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil était chaleureux et très professionnel. L’appartement était charmant, bien aménagé, et paraissait même plus spacieux que sur les photos. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus : très agréable et parfaitement entretenu. La terrasse extérieure est également un atout, idéale pour profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité. À noter simplement que l’accès au jacuzzi dépend de certains créneaux horaires selon le logement occupé, ce qui vaut la peine d’être précisé à l’avance. Mais en dehors de ce détail, tout était parfait. Merci encore à Mariangela pour son hospitalité !

Wonderful modern interior in historical building with beautiful high ceilings. Pool was lovely and clean, kitchen was pristine and well-stocked, beds were very comfortable. Incredibly responsive host. We would stay at any of the homes by this company. We did not find anything to do in the town, Andrano, not even somewhere we liked for coffee or a bite, but it was very central for wonderful day trips to Castro, Gallipoli and Lecce.

Alberto & Felipo were wonderful and very helpful hosts on our stay in Lecce. They spent a lot of time helping us get oriented upon our arrival; gracious, good-natured and very responsive during our stay. Clean, well-kept, and in a great location near San Mateo Church, we would stay there again. The roof, with hot tub, is actually nicer and bigger than the photos allow. My family was very happy staying there. Grazie!

Schon im Vorfeld sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Sehr gute Kommunikation bezüglich des ein und Auscheckens. Hat alles perfekt funktioniert. Wirklich netter Empfang. Alles sehr sauber, wunderbar vorbereitet. Das Haus liegt abgelegen. Ein toller Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Zeit. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Vom Haus braucht man etwa eine Viertelstunde zum nächsten Supermarkt, 10 Minuten zur Bäckerei in Salve. Auch zum schönen Strand ist es nur eine Viertelstunde. Ein ruhiger Ort von dem aus man das Salento mit Land und Küste erkunden kann. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage.

Das Haus ist tatsächlich in einer wunderschönen Lage und prinzipiell sehr ruhig. Besonders positiv ist die Abgeschiedenheit, ideal, wenn man allein sein möchte. Die Terrasse ist fantastisch, egal ob bei Tag oder Nacht. Man muss sich allerdings bewusst sein, dass man ein Auto benötigt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und haben - auch dank Klimaanlage - für guten Schlaf gesorgt. Antonio war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem aber auch sehr geduldig, wir haben uns bei der Ankunft leider verspätet aber er war sehr verständnisvoll und unkompliziert. Wenn man Ruhe und eine wunderbare Aussicht haben möchte hundertprozentige Empfehlung.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

The Borgo Gelos was a true delight . With a large group of 11 of us it broke up easily into the the different apartment and amazing central kitchen. No one felt cramped for space with great privacy. The infinity pool was a highlight! Our host Elia was there for any questions and made some excellent site seeing recommendations including a fantastic private boat coastal tour and Kayaking, wine tasting. Etc. The little town of Surano was charming and the huge grocery/retail shops center was only 5 min straight easy drive The Borgo Gelso is optimally located to explore beauty of the area around Surano from Lecce to Castro to Otranto, Marina Serra, down to Leuca and even across the peninsula to Gallipoli. I hope you enjoy the Borgo Gelso as much as we did. A great value and special place.

Un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile! Ogni dettaglio di questa villa trasmette cura e raffinatezza: dalle suite eleganti e confortevoli alla cucina perfettamente attrezzata, fino alla piscina privata immersa in un giardino silenzioso e profumato. Al tramonto, sorseggiare un calice di vino sul patio con il canto delle cicale è pura magia. Molto vicina a Gallipoli, ma lontana dal caos: un rifugio perfetto. Guglielmo è un’host impeccabile, attento e sempre disponibile. Un’esperienza che porteremo nel cuore e che consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere l’autentica bellezza del Salento.

Wir waren mit unseren 4 Kindern (5 - 14J) dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos, wunderschönes Haus und Einrichtung, bequemen Betten, 2 grosse Badzimmern, viel Platz draussen auf der Veranda oder im Garten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was es braucht inkl. Salz, Gewürzen, Öl und ein paar frischen Zutaten; es hat auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist perfekt, 30 Sekunden vom Steinstrand, zum Sandstrand sinds 20min zu Fuss, oder viel schneller mit Auto oder den zur Verfügung stehenden Velos. In 500m bist du im Dorfkern mit Kaffee & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren im April und es war etwas kühl, abends liessen wir die airconditioner an $ machten ein kleines Feuer im Kamin. Der Besitzer ist super hilfsbereit und stets verfügbar. Er hat uns extra zusätzliches Holz besorgt und Spielsachen für die Kids & uns wieder ins Haus gelassen, als wir uns ausgesperrt hatten 😅. All in all: Top Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

We had an amazing 5 days at Acquaviva villa. We fell in love with it as soon as we saw it on the airbnb site but loved it even more when we were in it. What a beautiful villa and breathtaking surroundings. It had everything we needed during our stay and more. As for our host Marinella, we were impressed by her care, warmth and professionalism from the second we connected with her via messages. She did everything to make us comfortable, cared for and excited to start our stay at Acquaviva !! She even prepared a delicious lunch for us at our arrival and was there to greet us and welcome us like good old friends😊 It was wonderful to finally meet this lovely lady ! She was also wonderful to check on us every day and make sure we are ok and have a good program for our day. Not to gorget that prior to our arrival she had already prepared a whole program for our stay and we were happy to follow many of her good advice😊 Thanks Marinella for making us feel at home in your beautiful home !!

The location is stunning. The sounds of the sea are gorgeous and the colour of the water is beautiful. Mauro is a wonderful host and it didn't matter that he spoke no English and we spoke no Italian, Google translate was fine. We didn't have a car and in hindsight this was an error and the villa is not particularly close to amenities and requires walking along a road without pavement or across a rocky beach to get to restaurants and the local supermarket. Also with a car, we would have been able to visit more of the beautiful local towns and villages. If you are looking for a peaceful break from a busy life, this is the perfect spot to stay. We loved Salento and hope to revisit. Thank you, Mauro.

posso solo esprimere opinioni positive sull'alloggio e sull'host Simone. la villa splendida, un giardino favoloso..una cucina super fornita, un caminetto pronto ad accogliere le giornate di pioggia che abbiamo vissuto.. Lecce si trova a soli 15 Minuti di strada.. i nostri cani sono stati felicissimi per la presenza di un grande, curato e bellissimo giardino. che dire...spero di tornarci presto!
