Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Gorizia

We’ve spent 4 days at Eva’s lovely apartment. We liked the privacy of the neighborhood, and the pool that was not crowded at all. It was a huge plus to have bicycles, even one with a child seat, so we could easily explore Grado with our 3y son. Next time we’ll travel to Grado, I‘m sure we’ll return to Eva’s 😊

stayed with a toddler and baby. was great. Toddler had the playground to himself. Great tea and coffee provided and place was spotless. sitting area outside was brilliant.

We'll be sure to come back because we felt like we were in a fairy tale. Amazing hosts, therooms were lovely and clean. Quiet environment,but the accommodation is also suitable for families with children, as there is a huge park in the garden with a tennis court,with a basketball hoop, pingpong table, and a possibility to play football. Grado has shown its best side. Our holidays have been enriched by a lot of sunshine. The apartment is very centrally located, everything is within walking distance, such as restaurants, shopping, beach. Two bicycles are also available. We liked it very much and we will definitely come back to Ondrej.

We can't wait for the next visit. Everything is great: We like the location in Pineta, the north-facing balcony is worth its weight in gold on very hot days - there are pleasant hours of sunshine in the morning and evening. The apartment is newly renovated and everything is there and more, which allows you an uncomplicated stay. If I had any questions, I always reached someone, and everything could be resolved easily in minutes. Thank you for making our stay with my dog as uncomplicated and pleasant as possible. And for the tips! Definitely a recommendation, even if I run the risk of the apartment being permanently rented! Thank you dear Slavko, thank you dear Susanne! A place for the soul.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment the past few days. From the first contact, it was noticeable how friendly and accessible the hosts is 🙂 We were warmly welcomed and immediately given useful information about the area. The apartment itself is equipped with all the necessary comforts. In addition, the location is ideal: a short distance from shops, the beach, ... and from here you can easily discover the more spacious surroundings. In short: a perfect place for those looking for relaxation, comfort and hospitality. We're already looking forward to another visit!

Lovely apartment in the best area of Grado. We felt immediately at home and had a lovely holiday. Communication with Emiliano was great, he was very helpful and responded very quickly to our messages. Definitely recommend Emiliano as host!

We only stayed one night, passing through the area. Great base to reach Trieste or Gorizia and the Collio area on the day. The house is spacious and very clean. We were 4 adults and the space was ok. The kitchen has utensils, spices, and coffee. We didn't understand if the stay on the third floor was usable or not, but we didn't need it. Easy to find and convenient and free street parking near the house. The village is small and if you arrive at night/night you can't find much. Communication with Nicoletta has always been responsive and accurate. Easy and clear check-in info. I definitely recommend the apartment, even for multi-day stays.

We spent two wonderful days in Gorizia. The apartment is very spacious, it has steep stairs, but definitely feasible! Very convenient parking space for the car. The host was very precise in the directions and very quick to respond! Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the vacation with our two children. A super great place to stay, with a nice outdoor area and so beautifully quietly located. There was everything we needed and Debora and her husband were so warm to us. We will definitely be coming back and can't wait. We really recommend this place from the heart.

Antonio's place is very well located, you can reach the beautiful center of Udine in a few minutes on foot. The free, locked parking can also be reached in a few minutes and very convenient. The communication was super friendly and uncomplicated from the beginning. If we had a question, we got an answer within 10 minutes, even in the evening. We felt totally comfortable right from the beginning and this apartment is perfect for couples. The location can't be better, 2 minutes from the beach, right on the pedestrian zone and overall just a nice little apartment for a good price.
