Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Gorizia

We were warmly greeted by Allessandra, Carlotta's sister-in-law, and she was always there for us. The accommodation is located in a beautiful villa with a lush green facade. It is a five-minute walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the old town. Some shopping facilities are nearby. For the beach in Grado, you basically have to pay, unless you don't want an umbrella and beach lounger, so also on the west beach, where there are public beaches between the beaches to be paid. The water in the west is getting deeper faster. In the east, you can go very far into the sea and it is still knee-deep, ideal for kitesurfing. In the east towards Grado Pineta, there is also a free beach. Grado is a beautiful and lively town with many faces: the lagoon and old harbor, the old town with beautiful old houses, the promenade with a wonderful view of the open sea. It was beautiful and we'll be back for sure.

Without a doubt, one of the best hosts in all of Italy. Friendly, kind and helpful, Francesca is a golden person, with a great dedication in making every guest feel at home. The accommodation provided is elegant, modern and complete with everything. Central location and spectacular views directly of the Ausa. In short, a stay full of comfort and friendliness, perfect host and impeccable in everything.

The apartment is really nice, close to the beach and the town. Everything is according to the pictures; old-style, but well maintained furnitures. Luca is a really nice person, shared a lots of usefull information about Grado (beaches, supermarket, etc..). Extra point is the parking spot, you will really need it during the summer weekends. We enjoyed our vacation here.

We were traveling on Airbnb for the first time. When we arrived in Marina Julia and contacted Valeria, we were immediately welcomed. Since something had to be repaired in our rented apartment, we first got a replacement apartment in the same house, which was very nice. Moving was not a problem and we were fully reimbursed. The next day, we were able to move. Our apartment was very attractively furnished, clean and had a great view of the sea. Of course, we liked the proximity to the beach very much. We had beautiful days and felt very comfortable. Thank you!

Top location directly with sea view, 3-5 min walk to the beach, Perfect with dog, as large covered balcony, very clean dog beach with shaded trees, great hosts!! Highly recommended for quiet days! We will be back!!!

A peaceful setting, a perfect service with linens changed every week, towels of several sizes provided as a result, the little extra that makes you happy on arrival is the water bottles and the small welcome fruit basket! A host accessible at all times of day and extremely kind! In short, an ideal home for a successful and peaceful vacation! Looking forward to next year!

The place was great, super family friendly. Our kids loved it. Ilaria was very hospitable and not only responded my messages immediately, but she also went the extra mile and text us all the time to see if everything was ok. If you love life in the country, this is the perfect place, cozy and beautiful.

Trieste is a great place to base yourself to explore the local region and to visit both Slovenia and Croatia. The property is located about 6kms out of Trieste but an easy drive down to the town. The property is beautifully appointed, has a great kitchen, air conditioning, swimming pool etc . Ivan (and his alternate contact Petra) are really responsive to any questions or issues you have. We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed our time at the property. Would highly recommend staying there if you are in the Trieste region.

Great stay in a great farm stay. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed with our three-year-old granddaughter, and we felt at home. Beautiful space around the farmhouse. Fantastic stables! Thank you for all the staff.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Apartment in a quiet area and a few minutes from the center, easily accessible on foot. Everything is as described and the parking space in front of the house is a plus that matters a lot! Super recommended

All beds are very comfortable and the instructions were very well shared and understood. Location was nice and central to so much of everything to do in Trieste! I traveled from the Washington state and met my German family there. We arrived very late but it was very clear and easy to enter even late at night. It was wonderful!!!
