The house is completely renovated, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Direct beach access via a staircase. We had a great time!

The house is very nice and tastefully furnished and enjoys a beautiful sea view. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the beach, the sea is not immediately deep but degrades gently and is great for children. Host Sabrina and her husband Alessandro were always very available for any need, they have another apartment in the same village and this was very helpful.

Wonderful experience. Mr. Pasquale was super helpful and welcoming both at check-in/check-out and during the stay, we felt at home. The house is spacious, clean and new. Centrally located, right in front of the castle and, consequently, a stone's throw from the beach and clubs. I highly recommend it and, if we were to come back, we would definitely come back here. Period 11/08 -23/08.... Perfect stay: the accommodation more than meets the description, comfortable, equipped with all comforts, located inside a quiet and well-kept residence, a few steps (but very few) from the beach and the center of the village. A special thank you to Mr. Giuseppe because he is a really friendly and caring person towards guests, always available. And if we consider the beautiful sea of this area, I would say that you could not hope for a better vacation.

I've been traveling with Airbnb for years and I'm a host myself, Marcella is definitely one of the most hospitable, friendly and helpful I've met to date👈. There were 5 of us, including an 11-month-old daughter for whom the host provided the equipment not provided as a seat and box🫶. The interior of the apartment is well distributed, consisting of a large living area with kitchen, 3 bedrooms 💤 and a bathroom. The generously sized outdoor terrace I found it relaxing and resting for the view and tranquility that you can breathe😎. The beach, served by a viable staircase, which is also possible for an almost pristine child to fly an aquilone🪁. The first seabed, sandy mixed with rocks, ideal for snorkeling🤿. You need to have a car to get around freely, which can be conveniently parked attached to the house🚙. I recommend an exploratory visit of nearby Sila ⛰️ and the village of S.Severina 🏰 Grazie Marcella! 🙏Calabria is great🤙

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Great apartment with sea view from the living room and terrace, equipped with every comfort. You can work by connecting to the Wi-Fi of the house even from the terrace with sea views. The house is as shown in the photos, furnished with colors that give warmth and the feeling of being at home. Located in the waterfront area, from which you can walk to both the beach, as well as all kinds of restaurants, bar, ice cream shop and also supermarkets, fishmonger, etc...but still far from the most lively area. Also convenient for families with children, in a few steps you are at the sea or at the playground with giostrine or to eat a great ice cream. Antonella was an impeccable host, very kind and considerate in welcoming us throughout the stay.

Salvatore was always kind and available. The place was super clean and fully furnished. The place is very quiet but very close to many attractions in the area and above all to the beautiful beaches nearby. Highly recommended structure.

a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. Wonderful vacation, too bad it's over... The place offered every comfort and we had a great time. Relaxation and quiet allaround. Very well organized and also allows you to reach any attraction in the area in a short time. Mr. Gino, who came to welcome us, knows all the places to see and highly recommends where to go to eat and is always available. If we go back to the area (and it's worth it) we will definitely turn to them.

The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.
