Holiday rentals with lake access in Province of Cremona

The host provided us with all the necessary directions for our stay (location, check-in instructions, local tips, etc.) and was always available. We had a very good time in the apartment and it was a very pleasant stay: the garage available was really a comfort!

We had a great stay, everything was good! It‘s nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom and the outside area on the terrace is also quite nice. Communication with the hosts was super easy. The hob in the kitchen is quite small (only space for one pan), but there are restaurants nearby 😊 Thank you!

We stayed one week with our daughter in Ermanno's beautiful apartment. The terrace is gigantic and having two big pools and the sports grounds almost to ourselves was a treat. Ermanno was very helpful with any question or issue we had. We very much enjoyed the fact of being in a top touristic spot but having a very private and quiet place for ourselves just right off the centers. Food shopping is a bit far away, needed some planning. But the apartment is top, 100% recommendation!

We would like to thank you very much for renting the apartment at the last minute. The formalities were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The owner was very helpful and explained in a very simple and clear way what and how. Thank you for the instructional videos. Very good, almost perfect communication and cooperation. The apartment is located in a quiet part of town, away from the hustle and bustle of the party part of town, where you can relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. It is about 10-15 minutes walk from the lake. The area seems safe. Although the garage is intended for small cars, there are a lot of free parking spaces in the area. The apartment is designed for 4 people. A large, spacious bedroom and living room with kitchen. Everything is clean and prepared for guests. We are pleased with our stay. Great location for visiting Lake Garda and nearby towns such as Sirmione. Best regards and thank you again.

The place was very good and clean. In addition, communication with Anna and other tenants was very smooth. Our requests were also responded to quickly. For example, we received a toaster and a baby high chair very quickly upon request. The property was also close to the beach, in a good location and in a quiet area. The only downside was that the downstairs resident set his alarm clock a few mornings so that it could be heard in our apartment, waking some of us. We also ran out of hot water once during our stay. After a few hours of waiting, however, hot water was available again.

We were a party of Five adults (All family) who stayed there for a week and the apartment was perfect for location to all the local amenities (Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Beach Lido and Ferries) the Train Station is at the top of the town so a 10 min walk or a few mins in a Taxi The apartment was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its on the second, third and forth floors so a few stairs on entry but not an issue for anyone with modest health. The entry floor has the kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom, the next floor up has two double bedrooms and another bathroom and finally the top floor has a small living room with TV, a small south facing balcony (very handy for drying washing) and a further bathroom Its quite clear that this apartment is maintained to a very high quality and Luca the Host cannot be more helpful and Desenzano is a stunningly beautiful lake town If you want to visit Lake Garda pick this apartment to stay at

We had a wonderful week at this apartment at Lake Garda. Veronica helpfully let us have an earlier check-in due to our flight arrangements. We were met by Giovanni who showed us around the complex and the accommodation and we were delighted with the welcome pack including fresh fruit, cheese & biscuits and prosecco. The house itself is very spacious with everything spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was lovely and private with a large covered patio to relax in or to enjoy outdoor dining where we spent most of our time when not out exploring the beautiful nearby towns of Desenzano del Garda, Sirmione and Percheira del Garda. It is a very walkable area with beautiful walks along the lakeside. Veronica and Giovanni were the perfect hosts and we had an absolutely fantastic time at the apartment and would definitely recommend this as a holiday destination.

very cozy house, in the countryside. Quiet , surrounded by greenery, overall very pleasant. Clean, with a large and enjoyable outdoor space, there is an outdoor outlet that allows you to work under a Glicine pergola. The lawn has comfortable lounge chairs. Beautiful surroundings. Perfect stay! Anna was a good phenomenal host! She was extremely responsive, flexible and at the ready to help us find good restaurants and activities. Her place has a great view of the lake and is in close walking distance to the beautiful town. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here. Thanks Anna!

Had an amazing stay, the accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed and more. Titti and her son gave us a friendly welcome by meeting us at the property and explaining how everything worked, giving us recommendations for things to do, places to eat etc. would love to stay here again if we visit Lake Garda again (yes please!)

The house is very cozy, William is very helpful with useful tips, we stayed a weekend and I must say that it was very relaxing, for those who go without the car it is also easy to reach from the station by taking a bus and the house is close to the stop, we also used the pool which was a pleasant touch. We'll definitely be back!

Michael’s communication and directions to the apartment were fantastic; the apartment was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the landscaped gardens; easy walkable from station; close to the lake, the ferry port and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable and very very clean. There is everything that you need. Fausta is very friendly and helpful person. The parking is available as well. The area was calm but we were in winter time. In general you need a car for go to grocery or the restaurant or to visit something . We would recommend the apartment any way.

Roberta is an incredibly nice host, with whom you can communicate very well and she is very helpful. In the accommodation, one feels at home. It is spacious, well-equipped and clean, and in a great location. Roberta even has boards with all the important information and tips for food, trips, etc. We liked it there.
