A lovely space with beautiful loft, close to the lake and lots of sightseeing!

We absolutely loved our stay at this fun castle! We had huge three rooms, a large bathroom and a kitchen plus room to sit and read or play games. Gian was super responsive and helpful and the hostess was so sweet! Plus the breakfast was fantastic! The small town feel with a castle on a farm - lovely!!

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything, including clean and fragrant linens for the house. Quite good location, very quiet, the only small sin is the constant smell of manure due to the probably presence of a farm (which is still not too annoying)

This is a great place to stay for a night. The Host is a nice person who is trying to let his guests feel like home. The place is true village house with many nice details in its interior, so you can feel your self like true Italian from countryside and more you get when you will have your breakfast in the yard with a great coffee and house made cake. If you will choose this place, you will have a pleasant acquaintance, nice room with a good price, not far from Parma.

Beautiful agriturismo with a donkey and horses nearby, surrounded by superb corn fields everything is available to enjoy inside and outside: swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor tables for eating. The apartment is spacious, large bedrooms, quiet, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and living room with all the necessities. The hosts are really attentive, very attentive to ensure that everyone is good and does not lack anything, very considerate and good advice. Thank you to them it was a real pleasure and a nice meeting!

Giuseppe and Federica are truly amazing hosts. Their animal companions are pretty good too! Breaking bread and wine together was a wonderful experience as well. Placed in the middle of the countryside the house was surrounded by nature and it was a delight to be woken up by the chattering dawn chorus outside the bedroom window. We whole heartedly recommend that you visit Giuseppe and Federica.

The apartment was large and super cut. We enjoyed the separate bathrooms for the individual bedrooms. The direct access from our room to the great landscaped pool area was ideal, especially for us with a child. For questions or minor problems, the caretaker Roberto and his wife were able to support us. Thank you! From our point of view, nothing is left of a visit again. 🙂

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

Above all, the outdoor area is fantastic. Staff incredibly friendly.... You are woken up by opera chanting a cleaner, which gives you the certain Italian flair. Perfect. Very good communication before and during vacation possible. We will probably be back!

It was a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom are pleasant. The use of the kitchen is a plus. There is always coffee. In addition, Luciano is very helpful. If you ask something, but also with tips and advice. A host pur sang. Also responds immediately to app or messages. Luciano knows a lot about the area. I noticed from everything that he is very involved with his guests and their stay. I was on my bike and could take beautiful trips. Sometimes back with a ferry across Lake Garda. In short: I can highly recommend this place!

The apartment is of high quality and newly furnished. Great beds and linens made for a good sleep. Large flat screen with, among other things, German channels, which was very nice due to the EM. The large pool (just under 20 meters) has a beautiful lawn with olive trees around it. Good loungers, chairs and side tables. And a pool house with toilets and showers. We were the only ones who used the pool in June, which was absolute luxury:-) Overall, a very well maintained complex right next to the castle. We had our retriever with us, who was also allowed on (not in) the pool. And were able to take nice walks with the dog outside the complex. Nadja and Roberto were available daily on site and immediately fulfilled every small request. We have rarely experienced such warm staff. A big thank you to the two who made our stay very pleasant.

My friend and I (24 year old women) had a lovely time staying with Luciano. He was always ready to help whenever possible, giving us boat timetables, maps, and offering rides for us when needed. The stay was a bit of a walk from the port of Desenzano (about an hour) but very doable! He made us feel welcomed like good friends, bringing us to his local bar cafe for aperitivo and coffee! Highly recommend staying with him if you’re looking for a quiet stay with a friendly host!

Chiara's parents, Paola and Mario, welcomed us super friendly, courteous and warmly! Everything was very straightforward and familiar. Very cozy and spacious rooms, breakfast a dream! Glad to come back!
