We had a fabulous stay at this property with my parents and my 3 children. The facility's was fantastic and all in a great location and setting. Felt very welcome and the kids absolutely loved staying here, can't wait for a trip back next year!

Letitia was very helpful and kind, she gave us a lot of tips of how can we get to the north of the lake, where can we rent some bikes and also bring us an iron for our clothes! She made our stay very comfortable and answered so fast! The position of the apartment is convenient because nearby you have a beach and also the port from where you can take a ferry to a lot of places from garda lake! I recomand this apartment!☺️

We stayed for one night! I recommend enriching the kitchen with utensils, such as the colander! There were also no rags to dry the dishes. The coffee machine was out of pods! Only ginseng Everything else is fine

We had the best stay ever, thank you! We have a one year old and it was lovely to have clean towels every day, the flat is also really close to the swimming pool and the restaurant on site is definitely a plus. The flat was well maintained and everything was really clean. We hope to be back soon!

After quick online choice+check-in due to good description and smooth contact, we were welcomed super warmly by Alberto at the gate. Despite the fact that we didn't arrive until after 11pm. We were allowed to unload the car inside the gate (with kids) and leave the night. Then we parked safely around the corner from the police station. That hospitality stayed with quick, phone, or personal response to questions. Throughout the week we have felt very much at home in their authentic family home in the atmosphere of art history. With total privacy, with all the comforts and as a highlight the beautiful garden. We recommend this quiet place to discover Soresina, Crema & Cremona in the area and even Milan, Brescia and Lago di Garda as a local (by car). Take advantage of all the tips from Alberto and his family. These are in IT/EN/DE in the folder, so we ended up at a delicious, traditional restaurant. We'd love to come back!

Wonderful little house with a beautiful garden in a quiet area of Desenzano. The place is very clean, well equipped with everything you may need and its location is absolutely perfect. Everything you need is in walking distance; several stores/bakery, the lake/beach, downtown, restaurants and bars. A big compliment also to the host Fiorella-she was super nice and helpful and always available immediately when we had questions. Thank you for everything!

I was very satisfied with the cottage and I really appreciated Barbara's kindness and availability. It's nice to walk into a place where there are little extra things put there for you, to make your stay more comfortable. It shows attention and a desire to make the people welcomed feel good.🥰

The house and the surroundings are spacious, well maintained and look better real than in the photos. The host was super responsive and proactive with all info sent to us in advance, with recommendations for shops and local attractions and practical information about the location (bed set-up, floors etc). We, a family of 14, enjoyed cooking together, dining in and outside of the house, playing tennis and football and walking barefoot :) in the garden there a rabbits and Alfonso- the house cat which were a special attraction for the children. In the kitchen there is everything you need to cook for a huge family. We did not use the bbq eventually but there is such an option. The location is close to Garda lake so a trip to the local beach or for the boat ride is possible within 15-20 min. Highly recommended location for groups of friends or family reunions :)

We spent 7 days at Anna’s beautiful apartment. Aside from the great price and the amazing views from the ground level patio and rooftop terrace, Anna was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and providing tips for enjoyable activities to make the best of our time in Desenzano. The town is charming, with fantastic restaurants, and is a great place to use as a base for exploring nearby Sirmione, Salò and vineyards. We also did an easy day trip to Venice by train. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and host. Very highly recommended!

Lovely place, the house is immersed in a residential area with gardens so very quiet, some mosquitoes but normal. In the house there was really everything you could need except for the washing machine, but for a few days it's fine. You get to the lake in a very long time and on the lakefront there is everything. There is also a good restaurant for celiacs and everything is located in the supermarkets. We really rested. Thanks

You don't actually want to write a review at all, as beautiful as this little pearl on Lake Garda is 😍 Again, we would like to thank Anna and her family for this wonderful stay. A family, a property, and a picture-perfect dog 😉 The property is beautiful, very spacious and simply totally quiet overlooking Lake Garda. An oasis of relaxation and tranquility. The dog Diago is super sweet and our children were both totally delighted with him. He never bothered or barked at any time and was absolutely sweet. The apartment is much more beautiful than in the pictures and everything you need is available. The terrace and the pool are also a dream. Conclusion: all in all, a true pearl on the edge of Lake Garda and Anna is simply the perfect host. There is not a single point of criticism, it was all absolutely perfect, especially with 2 small children. Dear Anna, Thank you so much for the wonderful time at your place ☺️

We had a great week staying at Stefano and Naty's place in this quiet town surrounded by beautiful countryside. Stefano was there to welcome us and show us around and made check out also very easy. The house was lovely and the beautiful pool, seating and lounging area was a big bonus. We used it as a base for exploring so didn't eat out locally but enjoyed take away pizzas and there was a lovely looking restaurant we would have tried if we didn't have such a fussy child with us! It was very easy to drive and park at nearby Chairi station for day trips via trains to Verona and Brescia. We had other great day trips to Lake Iseo, Lake Garda and Bergamo by car. If we weren't with children we would have also enjoyed a trip to one of the many local vineyards. The local wine was delicious and very good value as was the food. The local take away pizza place was great! The local supermarket had enough of the other basics. We would love to return to explore more of the region.

We had a wonderful stay at Rosella's. We felt very comfortable in the top equipped apartment. The view from the large balcony is great. Especially in the heat, it was great to swim in the large pool every evening. The chill-out bar on the beach is also nice and within walking distance. Desenzano is also easily accessible on foot (about 3 km). We can also recommend the Japanese restaurant just around the corner. We also went to Mantua and Bergamo from the accommodation. It is nice that this side of the lake is not so overrun by tourists. We will be happy to come back. Thank you, dear Rosella and Anna, for letting us be your guests.

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable 14 night stay at Elena’s beautiful apartment which is on the second (top) floor of the building. The apartment was beautifully presented, furnished to a high standard and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and the rainfall shower was a real treat. Kitchen had all the appliances required for a comfortable stay. The property has 2 balconies, curtain shutters and aircon. There isn’t a lift. The apartment is in a quiet location but well located being 10/15 min walk from the lakeside and restaurants etc of Desenzano. 20 min walk from railway station and 10 min walk from the local Aldi. There is an unheated swimming pool in the complex (with garden loungers available) which we used once. Plenty to see and do in the area and an apartment we would be very happy to return to and would recommend. Many thanks

elegant and welcoming structure. when we arrived for check in and they saw that we were celebrating a friend who is getting married they changed our apartment giving us the penthouse with a super view of the lake. large rooms, beautiful and clean bathroom, a perimeter terrace with a final veranda that made you want to stay put to fully enjoy the fabulous apartment.friendly and helpful staff

We came here with our 11 month baby, it was really clean, and a really nice place to stay! Looking out over the Swimming pool, and you could see the Lake Garda. Laura and Manola are good hosts! Thank you again for everything and the nice gift for our son! Mille grazie!

Very lovely stay! Paola was a great host, very helpful and attentive. We felt right at home, the garden and the pool were great. Would definitely come again!
