Fuscaldo is a quiet, beautiful village. Guiseppe and his parents are polite and uncomplicated. The amenities are simple but sufficient. It was a lovely stay.

Mrs. Maria has been available since the beginning of the reservation. A very kind person and always available. The house is perfect for both cleanliness and location. Perfect for families and groups of friends. The only flaw is that you could not leave food open due to ants , you could easily fix it with a special product. A weekend for perfect, in the middle of comfort

Great host, responsive and helpful! Home was just as pictured with a stunning sea view from the balcony. The pedestrian stairs down to town (about 4 sections) made it easy to leave the car parked at the apartment and wander the old town and the beach. Great value, highly recommend!

Available person, quiet park, clean home

In this case Mattia made the difference, in a timely manner she showed up to the location, half anhour after my reservation, she explained everything in detail, very kind and at a quality/price level I think it is the best in the area, considering the short distance from the long lake of Lorica, accessible in a few minutes on foot. You want to disconnect from the city and the daily hustle and bustle, I highly recommend it, the house is cozy and clean, with a pellet stove! Congratulations Mattia, see you next time!

Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.

We loved our stay. Everything was well appointed and very clean. We come every year but our old apt is no longer being rented. We feel happy we found Rocvo's apt and we hope to return next year.

Nice Airbnb in a beautiful region. Sara is very friendly and gives good guidance to reach the place, when you text her. Good parking place, when you travel by car. Highly recommended.

Nicola and his wife were very kind and always cared about our problems during our stay and gave us a lot of information. The room was clean and well stocked, and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and utensils. The location was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and there was a supermarket nearby. I definitely want to come back again.

Michela was very friendly and the accommodation matches the photos perfectly. It's quiet and easily accessible with parking which is a plus. Beautiful terrace with a view for dinner.

Anna is a very warm hostess. She gave us very good tips and answered all our questions immediately. The property has the generous charm of the 60s in the Mediterranean style. The huge balcony and the terrace with the panoramic view over the sea is fantastic. We'll be back for sure.

Excellent apartment, five minutes walk from the train station, near two large supermarkets and cafes. The sea is 10-15 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality, I will be coming back again.

We were warmly welcomed and easily introduced to the apartment: plenty of water and coffee were ready for us. 2 balconies (northwest or around corner northeast overlooking the sea, southwest or southeast around the corner overlooking the mountain ranges) invited you to enjoy breakfast, a sunbath or the evening end. The furnishings left nothing to be desired (see description). Dogs, cats, chickens in the neighborhood convey a rural flair. Fabrizio Piccolo for us was the starting point for many entertaining activities (close range: Rossano and Corigliano - narrow old towns on a hillside, Sibari with the archaeological park; distant area: Camigliatello Silano in the magnificent Sila National Park). A car is recommended for the neighborhood, enough parking space is available at the house, located on a cul-de-sac. It was difficult for us to say goodbye, easily arranged.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟
