Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Province of Como

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Sveva’s home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was easy to get to and close to everything. Sveva was very friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Honestly this was a fabulous find. Great apartment in just the right place, just off the main center where all the bars and restaurants are. Really stylishly decorated and totally immaculate. Really helpful host and David was super helpful too!

Roberta’s home is AMAZING! It’s spacious, in a great location, and has the best view especially for sunset. We loved being right at the edge of city center and a quieter space to relax while being no more than 10 min walk to the furthest restaurant. Don’t forget to look at Roberta’s beautiful paintings around the house and stop at her shop down the road! We’ll certainly stay here again.

Sehr helle, geräumige Wohnung, ruhiges Quartier, nahe Bahnhof, zu Fuss ist alles erreichbar. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Super Quartier, sehr schöne Stadt, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: zu Fuss, mit Schiff, Seilbahn, Zug, Bus.... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, tolle Lage in den Bergen inmitten einer Ebene mit Rustikos, Strasse nach oben etwas schwierig. Man kann viele Wanderungen machen, sehr ruhig und erholsam, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, freundliche Vermieter, es hat alles gepasst!

We had a wonderful week at Carmen's house. The location in Spurano/Ossuccio was perfect because it was quiet yet within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The Greenway provides good walks around the area, including accees to the chapels of the Sacri Monte. The sports bar in Ossuccio was great value for money and we also ate at the lido in Sala Comacina. From there you can also get the boat to the Isola (very peaceful - we had the whole island to ourselves) and you can find Amalia Ostinelli's grocery store for all your essentials. The kitchen diner is superbly equipped and stays cool even on the hotest days. The bed is really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully presented... old and quirky but with all the modern comforts you would expect. On top of that you're literally a few steps from Lake Como. We loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi. All in all we loved it. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed another week. We hope to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s house. The location is absolutely beautiful—very quiet and peaceful, with stunning views that made our time there feel truly relaxing. The private parking was a big plus and made things super convenient. The house itself is spacious, clean, and very family-friendly. We stayed there with our two kids and felt completely at home. Everything was just perfect—there’s really nothing we would change. It’s an ideal spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the area in comfort. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back again!

Nous sommes vraiment ravis de notre séjour !! Très bel accueil et logement parfait, très bien décoré, on s'y sent très bien, nous serions bien restés quelques jours de plus, et profiter des balades à partir de Blevio. Une belle découverte !!

Comfortable and clean place with a spectacular view of Lake Como. We had our own parking space which is a must around the lake. We took the bus up to Bellagio one day. Nice seafood restaurant next door. We ate there 2 nights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Räume großzügig und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren hier 4 Tage mit 5 Erwachsenen.

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick und einem sehr netten Gastgeber. Der Ort ist recht klein hat aber 2 kleine Supermärkte, ein tolles Restaurant im Filario Hotel und einen Schiffsanleger (ca. 25 Min zu Fuß), sodass man umliegende Orte wie Bellagio, Varenna oder Tremezzo gut ohne Auto erreichen kann, denn die engen Straßen sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, insbesondere wenn man ein großes Auto hat.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is situated within 2 minutes of the Duomo, and close to restaurants,cafes and bars. Federica who was responsable for renting and cleaning the unit was there to greet us, and to review everything in the unit, air conditioning, kitchen, washer/dryer etc… During our visit in this region, we had an accident where one us broke our foot. As we don’t speak Italian, we had to navigate through the Italian national healthcare system. Federica was so helpful in helping through this experience. She made some calls for us to help us out as to where to go. She was also helpful in getting us to the airport as our travel plans had changed due to the health issue. Bravo!!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour juste l’arrivée qui était un peu compliqué les instructions était pourtant claire mais le gps n’a pas fonctionné, route très étroite en pavé et a doublé sens vraiment pas évident de circuler en pente. Bel appartement avec vu sur le lac, piscine un peu froide dommage, terrasse qui manque un peu d’intimité. Très bon restaurant « baba du lac » où nous avons mangé pour pas très cher je recommande vivement ! Ville qui n’est pas de ferry pour Varenne donc obligé de prendre la voiture sinon accessible pour les autres villes , compter 1h/1h30 de trajet sur le lac. Taxé de séjour 1euro/personne à compter et payé en espèce à l’arrivée. Je n’ai pas trouvé Irene très souriante à mon arrivée mais elle nous a bien expliqué le logement , les accès et répondait rapidement aux messages merci à vous

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La vue est magnifique et l’environnement est propice au repos et à la déconnexion. Le jacuzzi et la piscine sont vraiment des plus qui permettent de passer un séjour inoubliable ! Attention, il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture ! Le logement est situé très haut dans les montagnes. Pas de commerce accessibles à pieds.

Having never been to Como i had no idea what to expect, but Argegno was frankly the ideal spot to land for a newbie. Busy but not hectic, serene but never quiet, the bnb location was perfect for exploring the rest of Como. The place itself was lovely—clean and modern with views over the piazza and lake just past it. Would highly recommend for new visitors to Como.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sybille Georgette. The location was perfect, easy walk into Bellano restaurants, ferry and train. We had read other reviews about the stairs but they were no issues (we are 2 relatively active couples in our 50s). Sybille and Francesca met us on arrival and ensured we were settled in. The whole experience was 10/10 and we can’t recommend it more highly.

Very lovely place, amazing location, walking distance to everything and right next to the ferry that takes you to como, the hosts were amazing Marti and Markus were very responsive and extremely helpful, even provided us with nan umbrella, highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again if we come back.

Beautiful place, well located in Lake Como. The deck out back was so charming, too. This is a pristine place and would happily stay again. Gorgeous!
