Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Como

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Cristina is responsive to requests and very kind. Very quiet and relaxing accommodation. Everything was great, it was what we were looking for both for us and our Kobe🐕, if possible we will definitely come back. Thanks Cristina, see you next time

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Maria’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Spectacular views over Lake Como from the two terraces, stylish, clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful gardens and swimming pool right outside. Cafes and lido 5 minutes walk, ferries to visit Como, Bellagio or nearby village. Perfect!

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the apartment balcony, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

It was the best place on como. we will definitely come back next year with the kids. incredibly beautiful place very cozy apartment, you feel at home there. i am very grateful to irina, her folder with recommendations was very helpful especially with taxi. 2 minutes from the ferry. it was the best week of our vacation.

The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. I stayed here while visiting Lake Como and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The place was beautiful, super comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Everything was smooth and easy, and it really felt like a little escape. Would 100% recommend.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

We had a very pleasant stay with 9 adults and 3 children. The house is beautiful, first-class amenities (also children's dishes and cutlery are available, as well as high chairs, crib and some toys) and plenty of space and retreat options in the house and garden. The lake and shopping facilities are within walking distance (or by stroller) in 5/10 minutes. The communication on site and with the hostess worked without any problems. A small deduction, as the WLAN in the rooms on the upper floor and in the basement is only weakly available or not available at all. Otherwise highly recommended.

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

We stayed in this great location for 1 week in JUL 23. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (9 & 6) View was as great as what you can see on the photos. Location is one of the best possible. Not too far from Menaggio (boat to Belagio & Varena). You have a adventure park for kids and adults 20mn away too. And paragliding above Como is also 20mn away (for a once in a lifetime experience). Then you also have Lugano and Como 1h away b’and definitely worth it. Very easy and smooth check-in, hassle free. We enjoyed the small pool on the top every day the weather permited and kids loved it. Definitely recommend for a family trip around Como.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. would need a car to explore the nearby villages as there was not much to do in Olgiasca itself. the view you wake up to each and every morning is magical! would have liked an extra set of towels.

Great accomodation, this place had everything we needed and even more. Literally every single small bit to make our stay comfortable. Host waa really welcoming, with clear instructions how to get there. Need to take into account that accomodcation is situated next to where the host lives, but family was very friendly and positive people,. Accomodation has great pool & sauna, also secure parkint for our car. Host welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, which was a bonus in this hot weather. Westayed 3 nights to explore Milan & Como., there isn’t much to do in the nearest town; but it’s still nice. It has a groceries shop with a walking distance. We took a a train to get to Milan ( it was €10 for 4 of us and takes about an hour by train and also we had to drive to Como ( around 45 minutes by car).

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
