Townhome holiday rentals in Province of Como

We were Alessia's guests for 15 days, the information received for check-in was very clear, timely and accurate, flexible check-in is a great convenience. The apartment matches the listing photos and the cleanliness is great. The garage from which you can directly access the house is very convenient. The location is great, sunny with panoramic mountain views during the day and in the evening you can admire the stars. Nearby you can reach all the necessary services. We thank Alessia for always being available, quick to respond and kind.

We had a fantastic and memorable trip! The accommodation was private and the well fenced garden was very much appreciated by our dog. The mountain/valley view is just like the picture; breathtaking and peaceful. At least two official hiking trails are walkable directly from the accommodation and are very scenic with views of the surrounding lakes and mountains. We appreciated the little touches like the wall photos showing surrounding towns. It was nice to see the historical photos of the building and the investment made in the restoration and enhancement made in modernizing the building (while preserving its character). Not doable without a car, but I would say the same for Como in general. Parking at the accommodation was no issue.

Communication with Livio about check in and local recommendations was excellent. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some simple meals. The balcony view is absolutely stunning!! It's a quiet relaxing neighbourhood. We didn't have a car but it was a beautiful 45 min walk into the centre of Varenna and it was always easy to get taxis. We didn't have enough toilet roll and bought some extra but that was a minor issue. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Maria's place is fantastic! You Can use grill, sun in the afternoos is shinig thru big windows. internet connection is fast and stable so You can work from home or watch Netflix. You Can use is as a proper seconda home. Maria is helpful and outgoing person. I can 100% recommend

Maria’s home was unbelievably spotless — truly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. She welcomed us with the kindest smile, even though we arrived late at 11pm. When we were caught off guard by a strike and unsure how to get back, she went above and beyond to come pick us up. She also thoughtfully shared all the best tips and info for Lake Como, which made our trip so much smoother. Her daughter is just as lovely — cheerful, kind, and full of sunshine. Staying with them felt like being welcomed into a warm and caring home 🥰

Great accommodation. The garden right on the lake is unbeatable. We were able to go on great MTB tours, then swim in the lake and eat well in the restaurants. Beautiful region and, last but not least: Luca is a great and helpful host who always offers support if you want it. Thank you Luca!

If you are looking for an Air BnB with character, then this place is for you! We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas and were able to cook with ease as the Kichen had everything you might need, even the knives were sharp- which is not often the case with bnb’s. We were 4 adults and a child and the place was a really good size. The location is great if you are looking to explore the lake but you definitely need a car.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view and big garage. Great communication with the host. The location is perfect if you are by car. You have a little market 5min walk with the most necessary things. For everything else you need a car or have to walk down stairs to the coast for about 15-20min. The walk to the stairs is not perfect, since you have to walk 40-50m on the mainroad. Important to note also that you can hear everything word by word between the two bed rooms. We would definitely come again, because overall the house was great and the location perfect to discover como.

We stayed at the place for a week and were very satisfied! The view of Lake Como is a dream, as well as the terrace and the nearby beach! It is very quiet, the adjacent houses (3) were rarely occupied and if so, by very quiet and friendly people. The accommodation was clean and especially the new kitchen has and very well liked (new stove, washing machine incl. Tumbler, very great equipment - you will find everything you need)! Practical with small children: A separate room that can be darkened (children's room). The communication with Elena was always very courteous on her part, we felt very comfortable! Couple of small points: - The car cannot be parked directly at the house, which in our case (with baby) was a bit cumbersome. - The basement of the apartment is - when it is rainy - rather dark - The doors upstairs "squeak / creak" - was not optimal for the baby's sleep

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. 5 mins walk to the lake. Lenno is a lovely town and it's easy to commute to many if the other towns around the lake.

Very friendly and helpful landlord. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description, great view of the lake, very clean and spacious apartment. Restaurants, shopping facilities, beach, etc., within walking distance. Landlords always help with tips and excursions in the area. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely come again.

Joshua’s place was a dream come true. I went with 7 friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The apartment is secluded with its own garden and patio area with the most stunning view. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves the entire time - it’s only a few feet away from the front door. There’s a steep hill to the complex but we walked every day and again the view was amazing. Lierna itself is quiet and authentic - you HAVE to go to sisters cafe! Easy transport and easy to check in - would highly highly recommend and hope to come again! Thank you so much!
