Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Como

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Great stay in the accommodation offered by Alessandra. The house is very comfortable and its large garden is superb. Games are available for children (trampoline, slides, badminton rackets, swings) and also its beautiful swimming pool. We loved and highly recommend this rental. Everything is done to have a good time relaxing in a very beautiful decor with a superb view.

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa Jade was a wonderful place to stay, far enough away and up the hill to be peaceful and relaxing with great views, but close enough walking distance to get to ferry, town and local bus if desired. The home is extremely well appointed with almost every amenity you could need! Stefani was an amazing host and great communicator! She also sent great standard pre-recorded what's app videos for how to get in, use room controls, etc! Would highly reccomend!

Maria’s place is one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Spectacular views over Lake Como from the two terraces, stylish, clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful gardens and swimming pool right outside. Cafes and lido 5 minutes walk, ferries to visit Como, Bellagio or nearby village. Perfect!

The accommodation is located above the village and therefore has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by a lot of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Great stay and location!! The only negative thing was the guests staying upstairs had 2 kids that were running and jumping around all day. Make sure you schedule your taxi’s in advance! We learned that hard way that you cannot call them last minute in the evening.

The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. A MUST BOOK! We had a dream of a stay in Fiona’s Tremezzo apartment. Fiona is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb, she was responsive, gave copious recommendations (all of which were fantastic) and make our check in and check out incredibly easy. The location is perfect to get to all the hot spots of Lake Como. We are avid walkers and walked daily to the Ferry (20/25 minute walk) but there are many ways to park close by. We went to La Darsena (beautiful views of the lake and decent price) & a gorgeous family restaurant named Antica Trattoria del Risorgimento. Both of these are recommended by Fiona. We also rented a boat at the local boat company that Fiona recommended. The apartment is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. My partner proposed to me on the balcony before the boat trip so this Airbnb will always have a special place in our hearts. The pool area is also lovely - especially on a hot day after sightseeing! Please book! You won’t regret it.

This is easily one of our favourite stays we’ve ever had. Galit and Daniel were so helpful the entire time and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in and check out were both flexible and smooth. The apartment is nothing short of incredible. It’s beautifully designed and located in the most amazing part of the lake - Nesso. Nesso is pure magic. The apartment is located in a hidden oasis with a private pool only for residents that has incredible views of the lake. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

We had great holidays in this beautiful and really clean house with everything you need.

We stayed in this great location for 1 week in JUL 23. We were 4 adults and 2 kids (9 & 6) View was as great as what you can see on the photos. Location is one of the best possible. Not too far from Menaggio (boat to Belagio & Varena). You have a adventure park for kids and adults 20mn away too. And paragliding above Como is also 20mn away (for a once in a lifetime experience). Then you also have Lugano and Como 1h away b’and definitely worth it. Very easy and smooth check-in, hassle free. We enjoyed the small pool on the top every day the weather permited and kids loved it. Definitely recommend for a family trip around Como.

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. would need a car to explore the nearby villages as there was not much to do in Olgiasca itself. the view you wake up to each and every morning is magical! would have liked an extra set of towels.

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Great accomodation, this place had everything we needed and even more. Literally every single small bit to make our stay comfortable. Host waa really welcoming, with clear instructions how to get there. Need to take into account that accomodcation is situated next to where the host lives, but family was very friendly and positive people,. Accomodation has great pool & sauna, also secure parkint for our car. Host welcomed us with a bottle of prosecco, which was a bonus in this hot weather. Westayed 3 nights to explore Milan & Como., there isn’t much to do in the nearest town; but it’s still nice. It has a groceries shop with a walking distance. We took a a train to get to Milan ( it was €10 for 4 of us and takes about an hour by train and also we had to drive to Como ( around 45 minutes by car).

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
