We are in Brunate, a small village on the mountains overlooking Como Lake. The house borders the forest, and often - in the evening or early in the morning - you can see animals in the garden. If you are interested in a jet boat ride, you have only to ask. I will be happy to accompany you to discover the most beautiful lake's villas. PRETTY APARTMENT NEAR THE LONG LAKE AND THE HISTORICAL CENTER Nice apartment recently renovated, very bright, on the first floor, near the city center. Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

The apartment is located in Brunate, a small village on the hill, close to the city of Como, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood.
