Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft - alles war super sauber und wir hatten 5 erholsame und entspannte Tage :) Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, hier macht man nichts falsch. Corrado und seine Frau haben uns zudem noch geholfen mit dem Mietunhernehmen unseres Autos zu kommunizieren, da wir einen Steinschlag in der Windschutzscheibe hatten :) Danke nochmals!

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, besonders der Ausblick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit bei Gino verbracht, der sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend ist. Auch ist uns der sehr gepflegte Garten positiv aufgefallen. Allein die unbefestigte Straße zur Unterkunft wurde wohl durch den Regen etwas in Mitleidenschaft zugezogen. Dennoch war es selbst für unser kleines Mietauto (Fiat Panda) kein Problem, diese zu befahren. Man muss sich deswegen also keinerlei Sorgen machen! Wenn wir nochmal eine Unterkunft in der Gegend suchen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillies ! Mélissa est très réactive et chaleureuse, ce fut un réel plaisir d’avoir séjourner à Chia ! Nous recommandons fortement cette location !

Wie waren im Juni für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Nicola in Cagliari. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen und hat alles, was es braucht, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt Sonnenschirme für den Strand, eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine sehr gut einstellbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, um bei hohen Außentemperaturen gut schlafen zu können. Nicola ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der dafür Sorgen trägt, dass man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Er fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und lässt einem gleichzeitig Ruhe. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Hôtes réactifs , courtois , aucun soucis de communication L appartement était d une propreté impeccable ! Il y avait tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires , de bonnes qualité ; ainsi que lave vaisselle , machine à laver , clim dans toutes les pièces , salle de bain spacieuse .. le nécessaire pour la plage ; l endroit est dans un complexe , très calme et sécurisé à quelques km des premières plages Par contre , l appartement étant en rez de jardin , il est sombre dans la chambre parental , sdb et cuisine ; la literie un peu dur mais ce n est que mon goût Le jardin avec barbecue , table et chaises est un plus que nous avons apprécié Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour dans le sud près des plages.

Délicieux séjour, trop court, passé dans l’appartement d’Anna qui nous a permis de découvrir, à pied, cette ville magnifique et si attachante qu’est Cagliari. Anna l’est tout autant. D’une hospitalité incroyable, elle regorge d’attentions pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Avec elle la boîte à clé n’est pas de mise. Elle prend le temps de recevoir ses hôtes personnellement, dans son appartement chargé de son passé et riche d’objets traditionnels. C’est une relation qui se crée, un échange qui s’installe, un partage qui se réalise. Merci Anna pour nous avoir donné à notre périple sarde une saveur particulière qui ne nous quittera pas, jusqu’à notre prochaine venue, nous l’espérons.

This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Casina davvero graziosa con una vista splendida sul mare. Davvero vista spettacolare! La casa era confortevole e comoda alle spiagge della zona. Ottima per la nostra mini vacanzina. Grazie Matteo e grazie ai tuoi genitori per la gentilezza.

Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

La casa è curatissima e chi ci ha accolto è stato fantastico sin dal primo contatto, fino al momento del check-out. Disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. Per chi passa per Tuili (magari per un matrimonio nella vicina e prestigiosa location di Villa Asquer - 5 minuti a piedi - o per un weekend di tranquillità) consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui: la piscina è pulitissima, fantastica davvero. E tutta la struttura è ben arredata, curata, pulita e accogliente. Oltre che spaziosa (essendo due ampi piani). Consiglio solo una maggiore tempestività nelle comunicazioni via AirBnb, o, in alternativa, visto che la proprietaria non vive in loco, di lasciare un numero telefonico di un referente reperibile, per avere una maggiore velocità nelle comunicazioni (spesso fondamentale per l'organizzazione dei tempi e degli spostamenti in vista dei matrimoni, appunto, che spesso si tengono in paese). Torneremo sicuramente!

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Angenehmes ruhiges Haus mit überdachter Terrasse auf einem sehr großen Grundstück. Durch die Bäume war es möglich sowohl Sonne als auch Schatten am Haus zu finden. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bleibt auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl (07.-21. Juni). Strände sind (je nach Ziel) mit dem Auto in 5 - 20 min erreichbar . Gut ausgestattete Küche. Angenehmer Wind zu dieser Jahreszeit. Alles top und wie beschrieben.

Siamo stati ospiti da Alfieri per una settimana è stato super gentile, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. La casa per noi due, era perfetta grande comoda e con uno spazio esterno coperto da un gazebo attrezzato di tavolo sedie e camino. La posizione è davvero tranquilla e silenziosa, al piano terra con parcheggio di fronte all’entrata. Da casa in pochi minuti si raggiungono in auto spiagge bellissime. Sicuramente torneremo sia per i posti meravigliosi che per la cortesia di Alfieri e sua moglie davvero super! Grazie

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. They were warm and hospitable. We cant recommend it enough! Thank you Gian Franco and Eli!

Valentina stond ons al op te wachten bij aankomst en ze was altijd zeer snel in de communicatie bij vragen! Het huis was heel fijn en ruim met fantastische bedden en terras. Valentina heeft zelfs een taxi geregeld voor ons bij vertrek. Er is speelgoed, genoeg handdoeken en het is 5 minuten lopen naar het centrum. Heerlijke locatie, rustig. Tegenover het huis zit een heel bijzondere botanische tuin waarvan de kinderen hebben genoten. Heel erg bedankt Valentina!

Soggiorno breve di tre giorni che è bastato a farci innamorare della casa e della cura dei dettagli di Clara! Lei veramente una persona a modo, gentilissima, simpatica e disponibile. Torneremo di certo!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Le logement est spacieux, avec de grandes chambres et une literie confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée. Andrea et Sandra ont été à la fois disponibles, serviables et très réactifs. Notre séjour s’est déroulé parfaitement, nous n’avons manqué de rien. C’est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir Cortoghiana et faire de belles excursions aux alentours.

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.
