An authentic and atmospheric house in a very interesting Sardinian area. Extremely kind and hospitable hosts who provided us with a clean and well-maintained home.

The apartment is very comfortable and welcoming, equipped with all services, very clean and with two beautiful terraces that are very livable. The beach of Sottotorre is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

We wanted peace and quiet and we got it 100% during our stay. The beautiful accommodation and the location directly by the sea are unique. The taxi boat to the nearby town was adventurous and something special. Because we knew that we had to register and plan our trips early, it was a good opportunity for us as a family with two teenagers to communicate with each other and coordinate our activities. We spent most of the time on the island because the big pool and the sea were the highlight for all of us. We chose the perfect time, there were hardly any other people on the island, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Luciana, who lives in the apartment next door, spoiled us with a delicious Parmecano and a LimoncelloCrema liqueur. She was so sweet and warm, it was a real gift and an unexpected surprise. Dalia was always available for questions. We would come back anytime.

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

We had a pleasant stay at Augusto's place. We were warmly welcomed and he gave us lots of tips. He wanted to think along that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you so much Augusto for everything!

Elisa welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us the great house on the outskirts of the city. The house is nicely restored and has a huge garden with grapes, apples, pomegranates, figs, lemons and Italian herbs. Everything was available in the house, bed linen, kitchen with basic amenities and many nice little things for the household. We had plenty of space and peace as the nearest neighbors 200m away weekend. It is outstanding for a family. There were four of us with a dog. In addition, Elisa gave us a lot of tips for the area and also recommended a great restaurant. There are many supermarkets in the area and many excursion options. You come to the house via a dirt road, which is relatively narrow. The gate is opened via a remote control. We didn't want to leave at all and would keep coming back. Great Host, Great Location. spacious top floor with a view. coffee and pastries right next door. dinner/ food/shopping options plentiful with 2 min of front door. our host was there to greet us with recommendations and instructions. AC & Wifi worked great as well. highly recommended! my children loced the decor. Alessandro is quite the Artist as well. thx again

Beautiful and stylish accommodation. The house had everything you could want or need for a home away from home. Exceptional attention to detail and exceptional cleanliness. Lovely welcome hamper, including a delicious cake!! which was appreciated after a long day travelling. Great location with spectacular views from the roof top terrace. Easy access to a lovely beach. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Eugenia's apartment. It was the perfect base for us to unwind and relax after a long day exploring all that Sardinia has to offer. It's very conveniently located, super close proximity to the shops and town, without being too loud. The apartment has everything you would need for your stay. Great place for a family of kitters with kids. The large garden, pool and trampoline delighted our children.

Beautiful new and very clean apartment, furnished with excellent taste where nothing is left to chance. The terrace is the icing on the cake. I can't wait to go back!!! There is also free parking 30 meters away. The hostess is an impeccable host. Thank you very much, a nice stay, see you soon.

The house is very nice. Very clean, well-kept and welcoming. Equipped with everything you need for a good stay. It has a spectacular view of the dunes. The owners were very kind and helpful. I am grateful because they allowed me to bring my dogs despite the considerable number of cats in the area. I hope 😅 to return soon. 😍

Few words other than WOW. The ever changing view of the sea & sky - sat and watched it for hours. Comfortable beds. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Friendly host. Could not have asked for anything more. Spent time exploring the local area and the two islands - and of course the local restaurants. Our first visit to Sardinia - it will not be our last and I will most certainly see if Fabio's place is available for the next time.

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Perfect stay! Chiara is a very helpful host and always ready to respond immediately to any request. The apartment is in an ideal location, a stone's throw from the sea, which makes everything even more comfortable and pleasant. The furnishings are carefully designed in perfect "sea house" style, welcoming and relaxing. It was really like feeling at home. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Angelo and Giovanna's apartment!! The apartment is nicely decorated, with a great large terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the evening sunsets. From the apartment you can quickly reach the beach and the area where the apartment is located is also beautiful. The contact with Angelo and Giovanna was great. They always responded very quickly and were super accommodating. The only thing we missed were a few kitchen items (there is no stove, only a single hotplate, bowls) But for the few days it was fine.

Stayed 4 nights, 5 days at this apartment and was very pleased. The location is excellent, it was spotlessly clean, and Viktoriia was extremely helpful and responsive. I didn't realize it was a Murphy bed, but it was still comfortable. I really appreciated having the access to a washing machine for a longer trip. I highly recommend!

Francesca's apartment is very bright, clean and equipped with every amenity. We stayed in winter and it turned out to be warm and comfortable despite the eternal low temperatures. It is in a convenient location, not far from areas where you can park for free.

Wow! Just amazing! Perfect location and easy to find. I will stay here again next time I visit Calgliari. In the historic district close to everything. Just an amazing place to be. Food walking tour and under ground tour all within a 5-10 min walk. Perfect place to explore Calgliari. Do not hesitate to book. My compliments to Ricardo!
