Townhome holiday rentals in Province of Brescia

Sylvia’s house was exactly as advertised, the photos do not do it justice in my opinion. View from the garden and pool (brand new) is breathtaking. Beds super comfortable, and the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had - cooked lunch or dinner almost every day. Air con excellent but with marble flooring downstairs and shutters, not really required except for in the bedrooms. Sylvia welcomed us warmly and showed us everything about the house (small misunderstanding about turning on a valve for hot water but easily rectified). Welcoming bottle of cold wine and snacks. Car essential though there are restaurants probably 20 mins walk away, it is a country road. Beautiful Salo is a 9 min drive for a large Conad or Carrefour closer than that. Several restaurants in Salo but great beach bars (Mokai and Conca d’Oro - great for families, paddle on the lake shore direct from the bars). We used Giorgio Viaggi taxi service once. We were a family of 5 - 4 adults and a 4 yr old and loved it!!

We have just returned from a lovely week at Marinas place, which was everything we could have wished for. The three bedroom apartment was spacious and super cool with the AC. There are two good size bathrooms with showers, a spacious lounge and two outside seating areas. I will mention that the bedroom at the top of the apartment does have low pitched ceilings, but that was not a problem for us. The apartment is situated in a gated community about 25 minutes walk to the historical old town. There is a lovely walkway into the centre along the side of the lake where you will also find numerous restaurants on the doorstep. The pictures of the pools don't do them justice, the largest pool was stunning with plenty of sunbeds and having pool towels provided was an added bonus. This really is an excellent place to stay for visiting Sirmione and all the towns around the lake. Its easy get the boat from the centre to the other towns.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. On a apprécié la piscine, la climatisation, la proximité de Sirmione qui est une très belle ville du lac de Gard, proche des grands axes. La résidence était calme pendant notre séjour. Chiara est très sympathique, flexible et arrangeante. De plus, des boissons avaient été prévues pour notre arrivée. Merci beaucoup !

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect for our family. Quiet and peaceful and a lovely garden to chill out in after being out for the day. Pool was great and is bigger than it looks in the photos. The apartment is close to the train station and we got trains to Milan and Verona easily from here. Restaurants and gelato a short walk away. A great place to explore the lake from. Michela was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would happily stay here again.

Well equipped apartment in a walkable location. Easy to get to the water, restaurants, and a bakery. Very kind and responsive host who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome.

Wir hatten eine wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Simone! Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist Ruckzuck an dem wundervollen Idro See! Die Umgebung ist wirklich super schön und für Familien und Paare geeignet. Simone war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!:)

I’ve been travelling Italy for many years and this has been my best holiday yet by far. This place is just amazing. The house is really cosy, brand new and comfortable and the view is simply breathtaking. In my opinion, it’s simply the best view you can have around Lake Garda, with Mount Pizzocolo overlooking Toscolano-Maderno on the other side of the Lake. You’re also just a few minutes away from the charming and peacefull city of Torri del Benaco and its wonderfull beach. Our host was really helpfull, reactive and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place.

Einfach ein fantastischer Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet – es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderschön, die Umgebung ruhig, und trotzdem ist alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Maison sur 3 étages (grandes chambres aux étages, climatisées), au calme, à l'Est du Lac de Garde. Beaucoup d'équipement, c'est pratique et chaleureux. Literie super. On sent l'attachement des hôtes pour leur maison de vacances et leur voisinage. Proximité avec les voisins qui sont sympathiques, et nous avons été sympathiques aussi. Immersion dans une petite rue italienne en somme :). Le garage est très large et pratique. En descendant à 800m il y a un parc aquatique que les enfants ont adoré. Cela a permis de fuir la foule du bord du lac, mi-août c'est terrible. Nous avons visité en soirées c'était mieux comme ça. Oliviers et vignes tout autour. Supermarché vraiment pas loin.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa pulitissima e accogliente. Le nostre cagnoline si sono divertite tantissimo a correre e giocare nel giardino recintato, mentre noi ci rilassavamo al sole in tutta tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale alla Sig.ra Felicita, che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e si è dimostrata sempre disponibile durante tutta la permanenza. Il clima è stato perfetto e la zona è ricca di sentieri ideali per chi ama camminare e immergersi nella natura. Insomma, un posto consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax, natura e ospitalità autentica. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

مضيف رائع ومتعاون جداً وأمين. أحد أفراد عائلتي نسي الجوال في المنزل، ولم ننتبه لذلك حتى قام صاحب المنزل بإرسال رسالة واتس آب لإخبارنا بذلك. طلبنا منه الاحتفاظ بالجوال لحين عودتنا من رحلتنا التي استغرقت 5 أيام، فوافق بكل رحابة صدر. بل إنه اقترح تسليم الجوال لنا في نقطة على الطريق السريع لتوفير الجهد علينا، نظراً لارتفاع المنزل. حقاً أنا معجبة جداً بهذا المضيف وأمانته. أنصح بشدة بالسكن هنا .. اطلالة جميلة لقداعجب عائلتي جداً .. سأوصي اصدقائي بالمنزل.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr gepflegten und sicheren Anlage mit eigener Garage. Luca ist ein toller Gastgeber, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer sofort reagiert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke auch für den gepflanzten Bambus.

Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Der Kontakt mit Marco lief problemlos und war zu jederzeit von Respekt und Höflichkeit geprägt. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war er stets erreichbar, hielt sich aber immer zurück, um unsere Privatsphäre zu waren. Rund um gesagt ein toller Urlaub in einer wundervollen Region, mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Menschen.

Met zijn tweeën een heerlijke week gehad in deze accommodatie. Fijne voorzieningen bij het hotel en het zwembad waar we gebruik van konden maken. Iseo (heerlijk stadje) op loopafstand met veel leuke plekjes en restaurants. Ideaal verblijf voor stellen (en eventueel met kinderen).

Das fliegende Haus mit Panoramapool sieht in echt noch besser aus, als auf den Bildern! Es ist eine Perle in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Aussicht auf den See ist fantastisch. Es handelt sich um ein Gästehaus auf dem Grundstück von Paola und ihrem Mann - die beiden kümmern sich um das Grundstück, es ist sehr gepflegt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die beiden waren stets bemüht und freundlich. Den Pool hatten wir quasi nur für uns. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vielen Dank auch an Daniele für die einfache, respektvolle Kommunikation. :-)

The place was amazing — peaceful, clean, and exactly as shown in the pictures (even better!). The view of Lake Idro and the mountains was stunning. We loved the quiet location and really appreciated the warm welcome and the complimentary dessert. I enjoyed it with my family. The check-in instructions were very clear and made it easy to find the place. Recommended for those who love peace and relaxation!
