Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Province of Brescia

Beautiful living room. The house is equipped with every comfort with a beautiful terrace equipped to eat out and relax on the lounge chairs. Great parking too. A few meters from the house, excellent restaurants, mini market, bar, pharmacy, not to mention the lake reachable in 10 minutes on foot and where you can swim in a beach with very pleasant and uncrowded shade From the house you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Communication with Veronica was very easy and always responded to us in real time. Thank you very much, I highly recommend this place.

The masters of the apartment were provided us the detailed information what is interesting to visit, the best restaurant locations, etc. The apartment is very bright, clean, has a big balcony and the wonderful views to the mountains. Parking is free. A small minus- hasn’t special place to dry up the skiing boots. Nevertheless, the common evaluation of the apartment is very good!

I stayed at Laura's place for 5 nights with my 3 boys. The apartment is nice, clean, warm, equipped with everything you need but maybe a little small for 4 adults; for a winter vacation, it is worth considering the fact that the apartment, like the whole building, does not have a ski storage, and in any case we were aware of it; Laura and Mrs. Lori were always very available for any type of problem.

Paolo's was the perfect spot for a night after taking the Bernina Express to Tirano! Paolo is extremely welcoming and kind and recommended a great restaurant for me to try the local specialties—he even called and booked a table for me! Tirano is lovely, I felt very safe walking to and from Paolo's and I had a nice run to the basilica in the morning before I left. As an overpacker, I was very grateful there was a lift in Paolo's building, and it was a fairly short walk from the station. The room had plenty of floor space for me to open my giant bag and easily organize myself, and Oscar the cat made a full inspection of all my things and then took a nap nestled amongst my shoes. I love cats, so Oscar was a huge bonus. I'd book again just to see that chonky boi again, but also it was a great spot to have one night in Tirano. Grazie mille, Paolo!

Very nice and quiet place to stay

We had a wonderful and very pleasant stay with Valentina and Federico! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival – the two took a lot of time to explain everything to us in peace, and we felt welcome right away. The accommodation was very nice, tastefully furnished and everything you need was available. The quiet terrace was particularly great, where you could relax wonderfully. There was also a nice, large common area with a pool that you could share. Communication with Valentina was always super friendly, uncomplicated and fast. We felt comfortable all around and would come back anytime

Perfect loft!! Right in the middle of all the action. Very modern and like 50 feet from the water. Will def stay again!!

Chiara's place is super cozy, and great for our kids with free access to the water park right next door. Everything in the apartment was as new and it was super clean and tidy both inside and out. A/C was very efficient at ensuring we could cool off inside during the day and sleep without it was too hot at night. The only very minor minus if you stay there for several days is that you have to drive to drop off garbage. We would definitely book again.

Everything as described and very helpful host. I was allowed to have a flexible check-in and the host explained all things I have to know, showed me the whole accommodation and provided additional requests from my side. All in all absolutely worth and a great experience. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation, I can only recommend! Very modern and has the perfect location. Directly in Sirmione, you are right in the action. There is a pick up and drop off shuttle from the parking lot to the loft. Cristian was the perfect host for us. Super nice and helpful. We had some difficulties during our vacation and Cristian helped and supported us immediately with his many connections. Thanks again for that! We hope to see you a second time ;)
