Convenient location not far from the center of Terlizzi. Centers around all very nice and to visit. Surrounding house mainly in the countryside. Spacious house both inside and out, spacious porch, all very comfortable to relax. Mostly little or no sandy beaches. Clear sea.

Everything was great! Escaping from Rome for a couple of days and resting at this place felt grounding. Luis' family members were always around, incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. This stay reminded me of the value of human connection and nature. The place itself is amazing: comfortable, private, and peaceful. I truly hope to return for a few days of doing absolutely nothing. Thank you, Luis to you and your wonderful family.

We spent two nights in Barletta, I have to say that the apartment, although small, responded perfectly to our needs. Located in the center with the possibility of always moving on foot. The host is very courteous and has always made himself available.

I spent one night in Maria Rosaria's apartment and appreciated the cleanliness and care of the rooms. The garden inside the building was very nice and quiet! The heating on, a great welcome dessert and the kindness of the owner made the stay perfect! Everything matched the listing and I would definitely go back!

We stayed here for 3 nights and we highly recommend it. Gianvito is an exceptional host and this home is spacious, beautiful and looked after. It exceeded our expectations. The location is super central with many restaurants, cocktails bars and everything you need nearby by. We loved the roof top, jacuzzi and how well decorated the place is. It was a great base for us to explore Trani and the rest of Puglia. We wish you could have stayed longer as the service we received was truly exceptional.

Great location, but hard to find by car - a lot of narrow streets around, not easy to find a parking spot.

Our stay was just great. A great great beautiful historic place to stay. Very large property that you have not seen in the pictures before. Perfect for families with childrens but also for couples looking for a quiet and romantic place to stay. We were very satisfied and so were our children. Great place brand new, very clean, all in place, Nicola was waiting for us explain all gave tips, very friendly. We love the place which we chose near to our next day trip, but the town itself was very basic all places were closed

Communication with Alessia was fantastic throughout the entire stay - she was quick to respond, helpful, and very welcoming.
