The host went above and beyond for us and was so responsive, the recommendations and webpage they provide is so helpful and one of the recommended restaurants ended up being our favorite from our entire trip in Rome (Trattoria Monti). The place itself- STUNNING! Grand! Squeaky clean. The only small downside was not a lot of towels were provided and there’s no dryer, but that is just small. Pictures don’t do it justice! Gorgeous! We had a great stay at Stefano’s apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to both metro stations (about 10–15 minutes away) and bus stops. Taxis also had no trouble finding the place. Stefano was very responsive and accommodating, and he even shared some great local dining recommendations. Inside the apartment, we really appreciated the detailed binder with instructions for using the A/C, washer, and other amenities—it also included helpful tips about the apartment and exploring Rome. Accessing the building and apartment through a phone link was easy and worked flawlessly. If you're planning to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, or Trastevere, this is a great base. Roma Termini is only about 20–25 minutes away by metro and walking. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

I love Romina's house, in the center of a beautiful town, spacious rooms, elegant interior and decoration, airy, high ceilings, lovely balcony, lake view.The information provided by Romina was very comprehensive and helpful to us.We rested well here, highly recommended.The only flaw is that the bedroom has no air conditioning, so it will be hot in the summer. In addition, the mattress is a bit deformed and collapses in the middle.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Rome! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from incredible restaurants, charming cafes, and iconic landmarks. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect - so convenient to get to all the attractions. The place was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. We loved the stylish and cozy interior design - you can tell the host put a lot of thought into making it beautiful. Special mention goes to our host who was incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were always available when we needed assistance. We definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

The view is stunning, the apartment very comfortable. Location can’t be beat, you can walk right into the Roman Forum and also walk to the city center fairly easily.

This place is fabulous! I fell in love with the photos and immediately knew I must book this location. It goes way beyond the photos and reviews, though, because Giorgio is a superb host! I cannot express enough how welcoming and thoughtful Giorgio is and he dedicates himself to providing incredible attention to his guests. Every question was answered and assistance provided from the moment of booking until the date of departure. The home was immaculately clean and had absolutely everything we needed throughout our stay. The air conditioner was a must and performed superbly. The electric blackout window coverings were so unique and worked incredibly. Everything was within walking distance and we felt safe at all hours of the day and night. There are so many sites to see and explore and also tons of shopping and food galore! Giorgio coordinated a private driver for us at airport pickup as well as last day train departure which was a relief. Don’t forget to bring cash for drivers!

This apartment is amazing. Much more spacious than we expected based on the photos and the private terrace outside in the center of the courtyard area easily doubled the space. The experience outdid our expectations. There are a LOT of stairs to access the unit from either entry, and the area is quite hilly, so if you have mobility concerns, this would not be a good match. The building was generally quiet and the AC kept us comfortable during a particularly hot summer visit. The kitchen has tons of amenities if you are planning to cook from home, but there are lots of restaurants nearby. It was very nice having access to 2 bathrooms with shower options. We loved our time in Trastevere!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, in a great central location, well-appointed inside, and with a fantastic rooftop overlooking the Rome skyline. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Fabrizio was a great host - responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment with nice big balcony! The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood in walking distance from all the different sites you want to see in Rome. Romana was very sweet and helpful - giving local recommendations and helped organize transportation to and from the airport.

Great location accessible to the main attractions, with nice well designed interior design. Alessandro’s is great host always helping to address any ask. Definitely i will book it again

Niccolo’s place is wonderful in the heart of the square. The patio and drying rack with small washer was a blessing on our stay. The location is perfect. There is some noise from a nearby restaurant using a storage closet, as some mentioned, but it wasn’t terrible and almost added to the charm. I was surprised by how quiet the stay was and love that we could go back and rest between activities. We are Airbnb hosts as well and appreciate the attentiveness of our host and co-host. We will be back!

Private space. Very nice patio, though we spent most of our time touring the city. Easy walk to nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as the Vatican. Claudio was great--very responsive. We were getting into Rome prior to check-in time and had a tour reserved at the Vatican. We were able to have our bags stored at the place and get in early with no fuss.

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

So glad we booked this apartment when there were no reviews yet..:) Superb location— you can walk to most attractions within 30m enjoyable walk. The meantime, once you are inside the apartment, it’s like an oasis, so quiet and peaceful. Everything is just like in the pictures, if not any better. The building itself is not in the best shape, but the apartment itself definitely makes up for it. For us, the best part of the apartment is the views— the sky , monuments, birds, buzzing streets all in one. 100% recommended.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The place is in a great location. The market is a hop away and the cafe downstairs makes a very strong Americano. There were some issues out of their control in regard to luggage drop off and communication was spot on. This did however lead to a delay in the turn over and the place was still being cleaned at 4pm. There was a comment about the linens being old and that is definitely true. The towels are old and the comforter was worn. However, the location and price are unbeatable

The apartment was incredible, the host was also very helpful and very responsive. The apartment is decorated perfectly and is very spacious inside. It is a walkable distance to lots of restaurants and the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would 100% return and stay again we all loved our visit.

Fabrizio was amazing! So kind and full of great info about the history or Rome and locations to see. The place is exactly as described, so believe it when he says it is small. It was perfect for the 2 of us and the outside rooftop patio was brilliant.

Andreas was a wonderful host - starting from the booking until the check out! Everything was perfect for us and we were enjoying our stay very much. Andreas was always helpful and thougtful. He really thought of everything and was always reachable. Our stay in the Pantheon Apartment was very good organized and we felt very welcome. Andreas always adked if everything is fine or if he could assist us with anything. Andreas helped us storing the luggage till the check in and after the check out so that we could do some more sightseeing. Thanks for the unforgettable visit in Roma!
